I recently placed an order thinking I was getting a fair price from Sears, a reputable store. The order #[redacted]36 was made on Oct 05, [redacted]. However, I received a package from Amazon a few days ago containing a blanket for which I paid $31 plus $12 for shipping. To my disappointment, I discovered the same blanket on Amazon for around $18 with free shipping for prime members. This kind of misleading practice from a Sears Marketplace seller is unacceptable. I am frustrated with this experience and will not be using your site again. It is important for Sears to ensure that the sellers on their platform are trustworthy and do not deceive customers. I will be sharing this experience with others to prevent them from falling into a similar scam.

I've been attempting to replace the stove top on my Jenn-Air gas range for weeks. It's frustrating dealing with the disorganization and incompetence of Sears Home Services. The communication is all through a NO REPLY email address, which is incredibly frustrating. After numerous emails since October 7th, the repair technicians arrived without the part and seemed unaware there was one needed. I'm requesting a thorough review of the 22 emails exchanged with Sears to address this issue and ensure the part is ordered and installed. I also had a previous chat conversation that now seems to be inaccessible.

I have thoroughly checked all the emails provided but could not locate the one containing the $25 inconvenience gift card. I have received the gift card for the original $75 mentioned. We purchased a Kenmore Elite refrigerator from Sears on May 15, [redacted], just a month before they closed down in Tyler, Texas. Subsequently, I was informed via email that the part was unavailable, prompting me to cancel the order on 10-09-[redacted]. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted].96. Despite assurances from customer service representatives like Ruth and Augustine, promising a refund within a specific timeframe, I have yet to receive it. Charo and Serena informed me to expect a call within 24-48 hours, but no follow-up has occurred. Following a lengthy chat session, Vincent Peters provided a phone number ([redacted]) for the Sears Billing Group, which I was instructed to contact for further assistance concerning my refund.

I have been without a refrigerator for several months now. You were supposed to send a replacement on 11/24/[redacted], but that got canceled last minute. The rescheduled date is 12/10/21. I'm anxious to know if it will finally be delivered on this date. My husband is on total disability, and we have twin 16-year-old boys. Having only a mini fridge for so long has been incredibly difficult, and I'm at my breaking point. If it's not possible to deliver on the 10th, then kindly issue me a refund for the cost of the new refrigerator so I can purchase one elsewhere. I've been patient for too long. Not having a refrigerator meant not hosting Thanksgiving, and I really don't want to have to cancel Christmas either as my family deserves a special holiday. My sales check number is [redacted]44.

The dryer is now successfully installed and working well. However, the delivery experience was not up to the same standard. Despite the 7:00 to 9:00 am scheduled window on Tuesday, December 7th, the delivery took place in the afternoon, causing some inconvenience after an early start. Our order included haul-away service for the old Bosch dryer, yet the delivery drivers, possibly from Costco, declined to take it, leaving it in our front yard. This poses a safety risk with children potentially exploring it. I urge prompt removal to prevent any accidents. Additionally, the Kenmore dryer exhaust close elbow was missing from the delivery. Your attention to these matters would be greatly appreciated.

Good afternoon, last Thursday, December 9th, I purchased a 50" Hisense 4K UHD TV model 50H6500G at Sears Vía Vallejo. The screen has defects as while watching content, it goes black for 2 to 5 seconds, then the image comes back. This has happened 6 times in a 5-hour period at different times. I am requesting a replacement TV without defects. If there are no other units for the exchange, I request a refund, please.

I am having trouble accessing my website. On December 11th, I called regarding my Kenmore Elite refrigerator as the freezer was not working. The customer service representative scheduled an appointment for December 14th. However, when the technician arrived, they mentioned that a part needed to be ordered, and I received an email stating they would return on December 27th to fix the fridge. Waiting 16 days without a refrigerator is unacceptable to me. I would appreciate a quicker resolution to this issue, such as expediting the repair or replacing the unit entirely.

I have been patiently waiting for my LG refrigerator to be repaired due to ice flow in the bottom drawer, causing it not to close properly. Today, the technician dispatched only works on washers and was not informed about my refrigerator issue. This is not the first time such a mix-up has occurred, greatly inconveniencing me. I now have to reschedule the repair for next week. It would be beneficial to have a live customer service representative who can effectively address customer concerns. I made a purchase at a Walmart store using my Sears credit card three months ago because I forgot my bank card at home. I spent around $21. However, I never received a bill in the mail. On December 26, [redacted], I had to change an online order, Order #[redacted]84, intended for local store pickup to be shipped instead, resulting in Order #[redacted]44, due to stock unavailability at the store. A Sears representative cancelled the initial order and placed the new shipped order. I have verified on my Sears account that the original order was cancelled. I was assured a refund for the order total of $17.11 and the $7.56 shipping fee. As of now, I have not received the refund, despite being informed on December 26, [redacted], that it would take 3-5 business days. Any updates on the refund status are greatly appreciated.

Subject: Appliance Warranty Service Complaints I am writing regarding issues with two appliances bought from Sears and serviced by Precision Services. My washing machine is still not draining properly despite having the pump and another part replaced. The technicians keep canceling and rescheduling appointments. Now, my dryer also needs multiple cycles to dry the clothes. When the technician was working on it, I had to cut the session short due to a family emergency. However, the follow-up appointment was missed, and I've had several more rescheduled since then. I've been relying on the laundromat for three months now even though I purchased the washer and dryer for convenience. The countless reschedulings and troubles have left me spending $50 weekly at the laundromat, which defeats the purpose of owning the appliances. After this ongoing ordeal, I am beyond frustrated and request replacements as I can't deal with this situation any longer.

I have searched my front porch, mailbox, and asked my neighbors if they received it accidentally, but it's nowhere to be found. I did receive the rest of the items from the same order, but they had a different tracking number, leading me to believe this item was shipped separately. On February 22, [redacted], a Sears technician came to inspect my washing machine. He advised that we needed a new machine, covered by the Protection Agreement Plan. The new machine was initially set for delivery on February 28 but got rescheduled to March 7 due to a manufacturer delay. Upon arrival, the new machine lacked hoses, causing the Costco installation team to leave without installing it. After contacting Sears service, a hose order was placed, and a new installation date of March 9 was scheduled. Despite a promised window of 2:30-4:30 on March 8, no one arrived. Further communication with Sears led to a new delivery date of March 11. However, complications with the order entry led to the possibility of a delay until March 18th. I urgently request Sears corporate to investigate and provide a reliable delivery schedule. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I recently received notification from the credit bureau regarding a delinquent account dating back to [redacted] for $[redacted]. After verifying the purchase of a washer and dryer during that time, I made arrangements for payments to be automatically deducted from my account twice a month. Following the completion of the payments, I spoke with a representative from the financial department who confirmed the payment was finalized. Surprisingly, a few months later when inquiring about the warranty for my washer, it was revealed that the payment had been completed over a month prior, though the warranty had already expired. In February [redacted], I received a notice from the credit bureau regarding the $[redacted] charge. While it hasn't reflected on my current credit score, I distinctly recall it being listed previously while I was making payments. I am looking to have this charge removed from my account as it only indicates a few payments made with no further updates in the subsequent years.
