I purchased a 6.3 cu. ft. Smart Slide-in Induction Range with Flex Duo™, Smart Dial & Air Fry in Stainless Steel, which was supposed to come with a free Circulon cookware set promo. Despite confirming the promo with a company employee who opened a case (#[redacted]) over a week ago, I have not been contacted yet. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service, especially after spending over $4,[redacted]. I called again and was transferred multiple times, currently on hold for nearly an hour. I hope to resolve this issue promptly as I am considering purchasing further appliances elsewhere if not resolved soon. Please send the cookware to me as soon as possible.

Our UN82RU9000FXZA TV is experiencing a white spot on the screen, approximately the size of a dinner plate, which is increasing in brightness. We contacted Samsung approximately 5-6 weeks ago, and technicians were sent for repair. Upon diagnosis, they recommended installing a new screen and any additional parts required. However, after 4 weeks, when trying to follow up, we were informed that the initial work order was closed, and a new one needed to be initiated.
A new technician visited on May 13th and mentioned checking the status of the original work order. As of now, the required parts are unavailable, leading to the work order being transitioned from repair to exchange. Regrettably, we are yet to receive any further communication from Samsung. We are willing to cover any price difference between the 82" and an 85" similar model.

The Z Fold display is faulty. I visited the Samsung rep at a local UbreakIfix. They were hesitant to proceed with the repair under warranty due to the extensive damage spread since the initial cracking along the fold. I am frustrated with the back and forth. I believe there is a design flaw in the inner screen given how protected it is within the phone, yet the cracks keep appearing along the fold. This issue needs to be addressed properly. I am willing to escalate this matter further. If it is indeed a faulty design, I would like to have either a newer unused S20 model or your highest-performing tablet as a replacement. The phone may be great, but if it's not ready for the market, it should not have been released.

I need to update the phone number on my account for two-step verification. My Samsung S10 has had multiple issues in the past year. Initially, the screen stopped working and took a week to get replaced, then the back screen was broken by the tech, resulting in another week without a phone. Subsequently, the home button stopped working, leading to another week without a phone. After that, the SIM card reader malfunctioned, rendering the phone unusable. Verizon did not provide assistance, and the phone has not worked for months despite being paid off and having insurance. I am considering switching from Samsung to iPhone after encountering similar problems with my last two Samsung phones. I just need to update my number to access my Samsung account.

I am currently locked out of my phone because I forgot the password to my screen lock. I frequently change it because my child has been accessing my phone and making online purchases. I attempted to use the Find My Mobile feature on my Samsung account to unlock my device, but there is a 2-step verification process that requires a phone number I no longer have access to. I've tried to change the phone number associated with the account, but I need to provide my name and birthday, which I did, yet I am unable to access the IMEI and serial number without the original box and receipt. My Samsung Galaxy S20 is currently locked and unresponsive. I am unable to power it down, make calls, send or receive texts, or take incoming calls. The phone seems to be stuck in Airplane mode, with the battery slowly draining. I can access some icons like MyCharterWIFicc-2G, Vibrate, Link to Windows, location, Music Share, and Bixby Routines, but they are unresponsive when selected. The Power, Safe mode, and Emergency icons are also present but inaccessible. Attempting to change my password on the phone or Samsung account is futile due to the lockout. I am seeking assistance from Samsung as I am unable to use my phone in any capacity and am hopeful for a solution. Desperation has set in, and I'm in need of help.

I purchased 4 appliances through Samsung's online site, including installation and haul away services. Unfortunately, the third party company Samsung contracted did not have licensed installers available on the scheduled delivery day, which was delayed by about a week. Despite my efforts to contact XPO Last Mile delivery, I was unable to get any useful information regarding rescheduling. After opening a case with Samsung and receiving a case number, I have been unable to find a resolution as no one seems capable of assisting me. Multiple calls to Samsung's customer service at [redacted] have resulted in long wait times exceeding an hour. I have explored options such as online chat and refund request, but the necessary steps are not available as indicated under My Orders for the respective item. Dealing with Samsung's lack of assistance has been frustrating and disappointing. I advise against choosing the installation service for Samsung appliances in the future.

In April, I had my Note 10+ screen repaired. Despite having a case and screen protector, it cracked again in June. I filed for repair on June 25th or 26th but never received confirmation. After contacting customer service, they said they would follow up but never did. During a call yesterday, I was transferred to multiple departments for over an hour. I spoke with four representatives, with one mentioning a promotion validation for the $49.99 repair cost. However, I was redirected to a department not handling phones, then to the tech department. When I requested a manager, I was placed on hold for long periods and eventually disconnected after 15 minutes. The runaround I experienced was unprofessional and time-consuming. My initial request for the front screen repair at $49.99 wasn't met due to expired promotion, despite my previous repair with a screen protector and case. Today, another hour on the phone led to no resolution as the representative mentioned she couldn't help me. It has been frustrating and disappointing dealing with this situation.

I suspect that my identity has been stolen. Someone has been altering my Google and Samsung passwords and settings. As I was trying to update my passwords once more, someone interfered, leaving me unable to access my phone. The situation has escalated to the point where I've signed up for Aura's identity theft protection services. However, I need to resolve this issue promptly because I rely on my phone for an application crucial for work, which is not available on the app store.

I requested a refund for a washer/dryer that I never accepted delivery of back on June 21st. I was provided with escalation numbers and informed that I would receive my refund in up to 15 days. I got an email on June 30th confirming my refund acceptance and stating that someone would contact me to arrange pickup of the undelivered units. Despite this, my refund did not arrive by July 20th. After calling and being transferred to multiple departments, enduring long hold times and incorrect email address attempts, I was assured my refund would arrive in 5-7 business days. As of Aug 8th, I still have not received my refund. My attempts to reach Samsung's Home Appliances team ended unsuccessfully with disconnections and unhelpful automated lines. I even got sent to a survey without speaking to anyone after my third call. I am frustrated and seeking guidance on how to reach a responsive support representative.

I am currently locked out of my Google account because Google mistakenly used my Gmail account email as the recovery email for my account instead of my [redacted] address. This happened after my phone was stolen, and although I can see my devices listed, I can't access them. This error has caused me to lose significant data, bank cards, and money on various platforms like Cashapp and Venmo. Despite my efforts to seek help and provide feedback through email and various apps, I have not received any assistance or response from Google. I used to be a loyal Samsung customer, but not anymore. I purchased a refrigerator 18 months ago, and the door seal started cracking 6 months in. Despite sending pictures and contacting customer service multiple times through calls, emails, and texts, they insist on me handling the installation of the rubber seal, which was fine by me. However, they couldn't locate a Samsung technician in my area. After numerous attempts, they called today saying they couldn't assist me because they couldn't find a service person, leaving me stranded after 6 months of trying to resolve this. I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of help and support. I just want them to send me the part, and I will have my repairman handle the installation. It's disappointing to have a faulty appliance that isn't covered. I have a 30-year-old fridge with a flawless seal. This situation is simply unacceptable.

My Samsung Galaxy A50's touchscreen suddenly stopped working, and there is no external damage. After contacting Samsung support and providing my phone model and IMEI #, they scheduled an appointment for today. Despite confirming with the agent that the parts would be available at the service center, the repair would be covered under warranty, and it would be done quickly, none of it was true. The service center did not have the part, wanted to charge $[redacted]+, and said it would be ready only by tomorrow. It appears that the initial agent entered information for a different phone model that I don't own.
I have made multiple calls to Samsung and tried chatting with agents to resolve this issue, but have had no success. I am hopeful that Samsung will honor the commitments made by the initial agent and fix my phone promptly at no cost to me.

I purchased a microwave from Samsung's website, which was delivered on Tuesday, Sept. 6th. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I found it was not as expected. I decided to initiate a return but encountered difficulties accessing the "Return Button" on the website as instructed by Samsung's customer service. Despite multiple attempts and emails to request a shipping label for the return, I did not receive a helpful response. After numerous unsuccessful phone calls to different customer service representatives, totaling over five hours, I have decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This frustrating experience has led me to vow never to purchase from Samsung again due to the lack of efficient customer support for returns. Although the representatives were polite, the language barrier and poor assistance have left me extremely dissatisfied with the process.
