Hello, my name is Boonsook Manivong, and I have always been a loyal Samsung user ever since I first got a mobile phone. Currently, I own a Galaxy S21 Ultra, which I absolutely adore. Unfortunately, about a week and a half ago, I accidentally broke the screen on my phone. I purchased a replacement screen and attempted to fix it myself, but I have encountered a major issue. The screws on the motherboard panel seem to be glued down and I have had difficulties removing them. Despite successfully removing two screws after a day's struggle each, the third screw is still stuck even though I have fully unscrewed it. As a result, my hands hurt, and upon inspection, I noticed that the screen is now bleeding, indicating that I may need an LCD and screen replacement. I must admit, this process has been extremely frustrating and exhausting, both physically and mentally. Despite this setback, I remain loyal to Samsung and will need to take some time away from my phone to assess the situation.

I am facing issues with my husband accessing my accounts without permission. He recently tampered with my iPhone 13 and now I am using a different phone from AT&T. I suspect he breached Apple's security and may have accessed my emails. I am frustrated and concerned about my privacy. I reached out to Apple for assistance but have not heard back from them yet. I am hesitant to share my email due to his potential interference. Please contact me at [redacted] or call [redacted]. My name is Jessica Seiler. I would appreciate a prompt response within the next few hours as I am unsure when he might intrude again.

In June [redacted], we bought a Samsung refrigerator with model number RF28HMEDBSR and serial number 065L43AG901297J. If we don't manually defrost it yearly, ice build-up causes the fan blades to hit the ice, making it rattle. The drain tube needs cleaning annually to prevent water overflow on the floor. The ice maker now constantly frosts over, even after defrosting, rendering it unusable. Despite attempted services, all these issues persist, prompting a class-action lawsuit against Samsung. Since repair attempts have failed and local repair services avoid Samsung products due to reputation, we request reimbursement for this faulty appliance. We sent a letter outlining these problems to Samsung on October 21, [redacted], at [redacted] Challenger Rd., Ridgefield Park, NJ 07[redacted], but have not received a response yet. We await your feedback.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7+ online during the Black Friday sale. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues with the unit and was overcharged by several hundred dollars. I have been struggling to reach your customer service due to the weather conditions. The tablet has been sent back for repairs twice, and I am still without it.
I believe I deserve a refund for the excess amount I was charged. My order number is US [redacted]78. If not, I would like a full refund and will purchase the tablet elsewhere. The lack of pricing on the packing slip made it challenging to realize the overcharge until a recent communication. The advertised price was $[redacted].99, but I was charged $[redacted].99. I expect at least a refund of the price difference between the Black Friday and regular prices.
The service I have received in addressing these problems has been unsatisfactory. I have dedicated over four weeks and 40 hours to resolving the issues without having a functional tablet for which I overpaid.

I have been a loyal Samsung Galaxy user since the Galaxy 3 and recently upgraded to the Galaxy S21 5G (Model SM-G991U) for both my wife and me. Previously, I could personalize notification sounds for text messages and calendar alerts, but currently, I am unable to customize alerts separately, which is frustrating. Also, I am bombarded with unwanted notifications from numerous apps. Despite my technical background, I am considering transitioning to Apple products due to these issues. The frequent system updates that reset permissions are becoming bothersome. I need advice on how to address these challenges and avoid the constant annoyances.

Subject: Repair Issue with Galaxy Z Flip 256GB Mirror Black ([redacted]-01-05)
To Whom It May Concern,
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 256GB Mirror Black (IMEI: [redacted][redacted]) on July 10, [redacted], under the company account (DWS CLINI-PHARMA LTD). Recently, about 1-2 months ago, the phone has developed an issue where it powers off every time I close it and takes a few minutes to turn back on.
After contacting Cyta, they were unable to repair it due to a lack of spare parts. They offered a credit note of approximately [redacted] EUR if I return the phone's original box and contents, which I find unacceptable and unprofessional.
As the phone is still under warranty, I believe I am entitled to a replacement unit rather than a conditional credit note. Cyta has given me a one-month deadline to accept the credit note, after which I will forfeit it.
I urge you to address this matter promptly and provide the appropriate customer service I deserve. If the Galaxy Z Flip 256GB Mirror Black is not available, I request a replacement with a newer model.
I appreciate your swift response and assistance in resolving this issue.
Kind regards,
E.K.

I have a screen lock issue on my Samsung Galaxy A10e. While using it, the phone prompted me for a 4-digit pin which I cannot recall as I relied on a password manager. Now, I am unable to access the data saved on my device. MetroPCS instructed me to transfer the SIM card from the Samsung Galaxy A10e to my old Coolpad Defiant to be able to make phone calls. A concerning incident occurred where someone attempted to break into my apartment, and I managed to capture images of the intruder and the lock being tampered with. As a single widow, I am extremely worried about the individual returning. Please provide assistance as soon as possible.

I bought a 55" Smart TV, Model AU8000 at PC Richard in Forest Hills, New York on 12/21/21 (order # [redacted]). Upon setting it up with a sound bar, I noticed a constant clicking sound when the TV is turned off, seemingly from the left side. Moving the TV briefly increases the speed of the clicking. I am considering returning it as this noise is unacceptable. I prefer not to get a replacement due to concerns about recurring issues. I attempted to resolve it by unplugging and replugging the power cord, but the clicking resumed. I'm hesitant to perform any complicated fixes myself. Please reach out to advise on the next steps as I want to avoid disassembling it or returning it, considering the time spent on setup. Thank you.

I have been eagerly anticipating the delivery of a refrigerator that I ordered on January 7, which was originally scheduled for today. However, I was surprised to learn from XPO, the delivery company, that the delivery would not be taking place today and may even be delayed until February. Despite my efforts to reach out to Samsung for assistance, I was only able to receive a vague promise to send an email to request an earlier delivery date. It is frustrating that neither Samsung nor XPO have provided clear communication regarding this delay, leaving me unsure of when to expect the delivery. As a result, our food is at risk of spoiling due to this unexpected delay.

Hello! I bought a Samsung Family Hub refrigerator 4 years ago and have been in touch with your support team many times regarding the ongoing problem with the ice maker. Each time I contact them, they instruct me to turn it off and on, claiming it might take up to 24 hours to resolve the issue. However, this process never solves the problem. Since the initial few weeks of having the fridge, we have faced continuous troubles with the ice maker, starting with it frequently freezing up. We have tried everything, including having a Samsung authorized technician come to repair it, but the problem persists. This summarizes the first 3 years of owning the refrigerator and the persistent trouble with this faulty ice maker. The latest repair was on 9/24/20. Due to the pandemic, I am hesitant to have an unknown person visit my house, but the ice maker issue has reached a point where it is consistently freezing up or leaking water, resulting in slushy ice. Upon calling the Samsung helpline again, I was once more advised to turn off and on the ice maker to resolve the issue, which is not effective. I understand they are unable to send a technician free of charge to address this product defect. The model is Samsung Family Hub RF22K9581SR. I am seeking guidance on how to have Samsung consider a replacement due to the persistent ice maker problem.

I am incredibly frustrated with the difficulties I am facing while trying to return a $30 item I accidentally purchased. The process of signing into my account, resetting my password, and attempting to contact customer service has been a nightmare. Even after jumping through numerous hoops, I cannot locate my order in "My Orders" despite having the physical item in front of me with a packing list. The experience has been so frustrating that I am considering switching to LG products in the future in hopes of better customer service.

Dear Customer Service,
I have been a loyal supporter of Samsung products, owning numerous Samsung items ranging from televisions to kitchen appliances. Despite my faith in the brand, I experienced a letdown with the top-tier "door within a door" refrigerator purchased in [redacted] (model code: RF28HDEDBSR/AA) from Home Depot. Despite acquiring a 5-year extended warranty, the repeated issues, particularly with the ice maker, have been frustrating. After multiple service visits and expenses totaling $[redacted].90 for recent repairs, I am urging Samsung to reconsider the design of their refrigerators to avoid such disappointments in the future. While I appreciate the aesthetic of my current model, the persistent problems have been disheartening. As a dedicated Samsung customer, I hope for improvements in future products to maintain my loyalty to the brand. Yours truly, Marcia Z. from Boynton Beach, FL.

My phone, a Samsung S21 5G, began malfunctioning five weeks ago after an update. It started showing old text notifications in large batches, with unread messages increasing drastically. Despite multiple visits to AT&T and Best Buy, along with hours on the phone with support, I haven't found a solution. This included multiple resets and SIM card replacements, still requiring constant reentry of passwords and Bluetooth pairing. Even a visit to a repair store yielded no results. The lack of consistent customer service and resolution has been frustrating and disappointing. I hope Samsung can provide a solution and show they care about their customers.

I am Juan C. Arredondo from Davao, Philippines, and a loyal customer of Samsung products for over 20 years. My Samsung refrigerator, SR-S20NTC serial No 718342B700013X, purchased 18 years ago, recently stopped working. I contacted Davao Samsung services with the following concerns:
- The technician took nearly a week to attend to my request.
- After charging me P1,[redacted] for diagnosis and repair, I received no documentation.
- Despite the technician's attempts, the refrigerator continued to malfunction.
- Upon revisiting, the technician claimed a refrigerant issue requiring two to three weeks for repair at their shop, at my expense for transport.
- Dissatisfied with the service, I opted not to purchase Samsung products in the future. I am disappointed by the lengthy repair process and lack of on-site servicing despite a safe working space available at my residence.

I have a Samsung French door refrigerator with ice and water on the door. I purchased it on 8/22/14 with serial number JKJ44BBF603132F. Within the first year, the ice maker stopped working and the fridge started icing up despite correct settings. After attempting manual defrosting, Samsung service replaced the compressor and ice maker, but issues persisted with freezing and ice buildup. Following online advice, I tried shutting down the fridge for 48 hours, but it did not solve the problems. Samsung advised contacting service again, leading to ongoing repairs every 10-14 days for ice buildup. Despite multiple replacements, the issues continue, and Samsung insisted on customer payment for further repairs. I feel let down by Samsung's response and refusal to acknowledge the recurring design flaws in their product. I now resort to using ice trays due to the faulty ice maker. I seek accountability from Samsung for their product's persistent defects.

I am having trouble accessing my Samsung Galaxy account. When setting up my phone, I encounter an issue with the Google account field displaying my old phone number instead of the current one, which prevents me from receiving the verification code. Samsung Galaxy A115U
My phone has been hacked in the past, and I've noticed some concerning issues with it. I now have three phone apps, two contacts apps, and some apps that used to work are no longer functioning. Initially, my VPN stopped connecting, and despite unresolved issues, more problems arose. For example, my camera app won't open, indicating that another app is using it, even when no other apps are running. I have experienced spying and hacking incidents before, leading me to change passwords, enable two-factor authentication, switch phones, numbers, and use a VPN. However, my current phone is running very slowly, causing delays in everything I do. I suspect that the person who hacked my phone may have created a clone and has been causing trouble for over a year. I feel constant anxiety, believing I am being watched and tracked. I also discovered videos in my trash that I did not take and activities like sending texts to friends while pretending to be me. I need help to identify legitimate apps and address this terrifying situation promptly.

Order number US[redacted]29 was placed on 10/7/21. I am seeking a refund for a never-used microwave. Best Buy, who installed my new range and dishwasher, is unable to deliver the refrigerator I ordered, leading me to purchase different appliances that do not match the microwave. I am requesting an exception to the return policy given my circumstances. Currently residing with my daughter in another city following my husband's passing, I have purchased a condo an hour away but have been unable to move in due to this appliance issue. I am hopeful Samsung will consider a return and refund, as Best Buy has. Thank you for your understanding. Marlene Evans. P.S. I am willing to coordinate a pickup date for the microwave at Samsung's convenience.

My Samsung SMART TV LED 50" UHD 4K 50TU8000 stopped working after just one year of use, similar to many other TVs of the same model that have experienced problems, some failing after only one or two weeks. It appears to be a widespread manufacturer issue related to the display. Samsung acknowledges the problem but states that repair costs are too high compared to purchasing a new TV. Samsung, known for its quality and reliability, has a premium price reflecting these qualities, prompting many, including my family, to choose Samsung products. However, the customer service response in Brazil was disappointing and unhelpful, leaving me dissatisfied with the lack of assistance.

I received an email stating the refrigerator I ordered is on its way three hours ago. However, it is unclear when it will arrive. I need to coordinate someone to be home. The email did not provide any time frame for delivery, causing inconvenience. My order number is SG[redacted]9 for the model RS62R5004B4/SS. The customer name is Sue-Ann Leong. Delivery address: 11 Kee Sun Avenue, Singapore [redacted]. After contacting customer service and speaking to Mira, I was told the delivery people would call with an estimated time, which has not happened. I believe a rough delivery time should be provided for better planning. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
