Unfortunately, we were left waiting on the plane for 3 hours and 30 minutes due to a fault announced by the pilot as we taxied to the runway. The lack of communication, refreshments, or assistance from the airline staff created frustration among the [redacted] passengers who endured the heat and discomfort. We were not informed of the delay until 7:13 am through the app, with conflicting messages and minimal support from Ryanair employees or the airport staff. The situation worsened as the day progressed, and we eventually departed around 6:40 am and arrived home at 9 pm, resulting in additional expenses and physical discomfort, especially for me, given my chronic myalgia. I am not writing to file a complaint but rather to express my sincere gratitude to a very competent young lady at Stansted airport on the 7th of June around 6:45 am. She went out of her way to assist me when I had forgotten to check in online. Today, on 30/06, I was supposed to take flight FR5711 from Naples to Barcelona, a flight that was canceled just 1 hour before departure. This caused substantial inconvenience as I couldn't even cancel my hotel reservation. I have already applied for a refund for the airplane ticket, but I also seek compensation for myself and my partner for the money lost with the hotel and all the trouble caused. According to EU261 regulations, I believe we are entitled to [redacted] euros each, totaling [redacted] euros (for both of us). I tried to fill out the form on your website but encountered difficulties, so I would like to start a claim by phone or email.

This morning, my child's flight from Bergamo Orio al Serio to Barcelona was unfortunately canceled. I'm concerned about the inconvenience this has caused. Riccardo Teruzzi, age 18, who was flying under booking ID [redacted], has been rescheduled to a flight to Valencia departing tomorrow at 5 am. Due to this change, Riccardo has lost a night's stay in Barcelona which was already paid for. He now has to cover the cost of one night at a hotel near Bergamo airport, as well as expenses for meals while waiting for the Valencia flight. Additionally, upon reaching Valencia, he will need to purchase a train ticket to Barcelona. This situation has resulted in a significant portion of his holiday time being spent on travel instead of enjoying his destination. We are extremely disappointed and hope that the additional expenses for accommodation, transportation, and meals will be promptly reimbursed. Hello, my name is MQAMI MOHAMMED. Today I had two flights with Ryanair; from Oujda to Barcelona FR7501 and from Barcelona to Budapest FR8394. Upon checking my travel documents with your agent, I was informed that the system does not authorize me to travel because my documents are incomplete. Unfortunately, I was unable to exercise my right to travel even though I have been a resident in Hungary for over twelve years with a valid residence card and passport, and I have been working at the Qatar Embassy in Hungary for 4 years.
I kindly ask you to resolve this issue as soon as possible by sending me new tickets to Budapest and booking a hotel in Oujda (Morocco) for me while I wait for my flight. My leave will expire tomorrow.

I flew into Glasgow Airport from Dublin on the 3rd of July on Flight No FR5776 at 19:40. Originally, I was scheduled for the earlier Flight FR5774 at 1:15pm, but due to a delay in arriving from Chicago, I had to rebook for the later flight. Upon landing in Glasgow, my luggage was missing. I reported it and filled out a form as instructed. I was informed my luggage might arrive the next morning, but I have not received any updates yet, causing me concern. I had a flight from Warsaw Modlin Airport to Rome Ciampino Airport on the 28th. Unfortunately, the flight got canceled and rescheduled for the next day in Rimini. This change disrupted my plans as I had arrangements in Rome, which all got derailed. I ended up staying overnight in Poland. I am frustrated with the ongoing struggle to get my refund that should have been issued months ago. Despite multiple explanations, I have yet to receive it.
I am experiencing a lack of communication via email regarding my refund. To summarize, I submitted a form due to a 5-hour flight delay. Initially, there was an issue with the account name not matching my ticket, as my husband paid for it. After rectifying this, I was informed that I would receive the refund.
To my surprise, my husband received a refund of [redacted] euros in his account, which was later retracted. I assumed this was a mistake on your part. After speaking with an advisor who assured me a refund was processed to my account, it has been two weeks with no payment received. I am experiencing an issue with my upcoming flights FR8386 outbound and FR8387 inbound. The seating arrangement for my party (Melinda-ann H., Chelsea Aurora Celeste H., and Safiyah-Mae H.) has become a concern. We noticed that the 5-year-old will be seated alone on the return flight. Acting quickly, we booked the closest available seats, but have since realized there is an error on the 5-year-old's boarding pass. On the advice of On the Beach, we reached out to you to unbook the seats, await the correction of the name, and then rebook the seats. This situation has caused significant worry as it seems there may not be suitable seating by the time the name correction is made. Hello, my wife recently purchased Ryanair flights for our family vacation through Kiwi.com. Unfortunately, upon receiving the flight confirmation, we noticed that the return journey date is incorrect. The return flight is scheduled for a few hours after our arrival (11/07/22) instead of the intended week later (18/07/22). Kiwi.com has been unhelpful in resolving this issue. We were traveling to Prague with Ryanair, but due to the airline discontinuing direct flights from Jordan, we had to take connecting flights (Amman to Budapest, then Budapest to Prague). Unfortunately, we missed the connecting flight due to a delay on the first leg of our journey. Despite no notification, we had to take a taxi as there were no available flights that day or the next.
Upon reaching Prague at 4:00 am, 11 hours later than expected, including the time to find alternatives and a 6-hour taxi ride, we incurred a cost of [redacted] euros.
