I am writing here after trying to contact the company multiple times with no success. I have been severely troubled by continuous phone calls day and night from people trying to reach Ryanair. This situation is affecting me greatly, and I am unable to change my number as it is essential for my work and medical needs. I am pursuing legal guidance on this matter. During my calls to your company, I have encountered rude behavior from some representatives. One even suggested that it was my responsibility to resolve the issue, which is unacceptable given that my number is incorrectly listed on your website. I kindly request prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I purchased a flight ticket from London to Seville for 11/06/[redacted] with booking number O5VWPB. Unfortunately, I am unable to fly due to an infection, and I need to stay at home.
I attempted to change my flight but was surprised to see that I am being asked to pay extra for an adult ticket. I believe I should only have to cover the fare difference and not incur additional charges for the adult ticket. The change I require is only for a few days in the month, not a name change.
I would appreciate it if you could provide guidance on how to proceed in this situation.
Thank you,
Leonora Castano Morales

I made bookings for a trip from Knock Airport, Ireland to Alicante with reference LG945X for 11th May to 14th May, [redacted], along with XCover insurance. Unfortunately, due to illness, my husband and I missed that trip. We rescheduled for 28th May to 1st June, [redacted], but my health prevented us from traveling again. The new flight has reference D899GS. I have reached out to Ryanair via their chat for assistance with Ref Nos [redacted]9, [redacted]9, and [redacted]4, but I have not received any response from their customer service team. I am seeking a "No show" letter from Ryanair for my insurance claims with XCover. I would appreciate guidance on obtaining the necessary No Show letters. Thank you. Mary (Cusack) Mahon.

I am trying to book a flight, but there are no seats together for me and my grandchildren in rows 18-33. Consequently, I am attempting to reserve rows 11-15. However, I noticed that I am still being charged for my two grandchildren at £12 each and £6 for myself. According to the family booking guidelines, if seats in rows 18-33 are not available together, rows 11-15 should be offered without charging for the children. Can someone assist me with this issue?

On June 5th, I flew from Catania to Bologna. The flight departed late, and as we neared the Bologna airport, we were diverted to Venice due to the airport closure. We were told a bus would transfer us to Bologna, but upon landing, no bus arrived. We were given misleading information about the reason for the diversion, causing confusion and a delay. After a wait, we had to arrange and pay for our own train journey to Bologna. I have been unsuccessful in reaching out for a resolution, and I am disappointed with the lack of communication and support. This experience incurred unexpected expenses and wasted valuable time. I hope for a refund for the inconvenience caused.

I have a flight booking with RyanAir that I can no longer use due to a family emergency. My daughter requires surgery close to the travel date, making it impossible for us to take the trip. I've been informed by RyanAir that I cannot cancel the booking in advance or claim a refund on medical grounds. I have comprehensive insurance, but I cannot process a claim without evidence of cancellation. RyanAir advises me to wait until the flight date passes and use a "no show" email as proof. However, I'm unsure if this will be accepted by my insurance company. I feel frustrated as I've tried to handle this situation proactively with RyanAir. I'm looking for advice on how to proceed in this difficult and challenging situation.

Hello,
I recently purchased a flight from Bergamo Milan to Brussels for 1 July [redacted] (flight booking no. T97QJV). The ticket cost me €[redacted].98. I needed to change the departure date to June 30th and keep the return flight on July 1st from Brussels to Milan Malpensa at 3:20 pm (flight booking no. T79QJV). The change charged me an additional €[redacted], making the total €[redacted].98. According to the conditions, a flight change fee in high season is €60. Can you clarify why I was charged €[redacted] instead? I am expecting a refund of €[redacted] for the initial payment. Could you please confirm when this will be processed? Thank you for your prompt assistance. Marco B.

I lost my passport at Rome airport, and although the security found it, I missed my flight. I had to go back to my accommodation and try to contact customer service the next day with no success. I ended up having to buy a second ticket and incur extra costs of around £[redacted], plus loss of earnings.
Upon boarding the flight, there was confusion regarding mask-wearing instructions, resulting in me contracting Covid-19 three days later. I believe it's essential for all staff to provide consistent information to passengers. Despite these issues, I generally like flying with Ryanair and offer this feedback as constructive criticism. While a refund and reimbursement for expenses would be appreciated, I still recommend flying with your airline.

On May 26, [redacted], my son and I traveled from Tel-Aviv to Bologna on Ryanair flight FR6281. Unfortunately, upon arrival, my suitcase was missing. After reporting it at the lost and found counter in Bologna airport (reference number BLQFR12479), we reached our hotel late at 02:30 am with no belongings, clothes, toiletries, or necessary medication for my autistic son. The next day was a challenge as I had to buy essentials while trying to calm my son without our belongings. Despite efforts over the next 3 days to contact Ryanair with no success, my son's condition worsened, leading us to cut our trip short and spend nearly $[redacted] on new tickets. Remarkably, my suitcase was returned on June 7th by a friend working at the airport, not by Ryanair. The lack of response and assistance from Ryanair during this stressful ordeal added to my frustration and helplessness. I am seeking full compensation for the expenses incurred, the hours wasted trying to contact Ryanair, and the emotional distress caused. I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter.
Best,
Michal B.

I recently booked a flight to Madrid through fluege.de. Following their instructions, I checked in using the Kiwi app. However, today, I received an email from Kiwi stating technical difficulties and asking me to check in directly on the Ryanair website. When I tried checking in on Ryanair, it requested a 0.35£ verification fee. After completing the payment, I received a significantly higher bill, which included charges for only 2 out of my 4 flights. This process seems confusing as I believed I only needed to pay the 0.35£ fee. Now it appears as though I may have unintentionally booked my flights again. I am seeking guidance on either receiving a refund or clarifying the unexpected additional charges from Ryanair.

Hello, my name is Lisa Murphy. I arrived home last Thursday morning, June 9th, from Malaga Airport on flight FR7055 at 07:25 a.m. My booking reference is Y68CXB. Out of the 7 of us traveling, 6 had carry-on bags. Upon reaching the gate, we were unexpectedly asked to pay 45.00 euros per bag to bring them on board. This was not the case on our outbound flight, and I had no prior knowledge of this charge. Due to insufficient funds, I could only pay for 2 bags and had to abandon the other 4. The staff's attitude was unhelpful and disrespectful, even laughing at my 3 upset children who had to leave their belongings behind. I will be filing a formal complaint, but in the meantime, I seek assistance in retrieving my luggage. As a member of the Dublin Airport team, specifically Aviate Credit Union, I would appreciate communication via email at [redacted] Your support in resolving this issue would be greatly valued.

Dear Sirs,
I am writing to request your assistance in locating my missing luggage from my recent flight from Tel-Aviv to Memmingen on RYANAIR flight FM [redacted] on June 13th. Unfortunately, my suitcase did not make it onto the flight and I was unable to report it at Memmingen due to time constraints.
The tag number for my luggage is Y6IQYR [redacted]. I have already contacted the Riga lost baggage service, but we have not received any updates yet. The luggage contains important documents and medication.
I kindly ask for your prompt assistance in delivering my luggage to Riga Airport in Latvia. I have attached a photo copy of my tag. Please register my application in the lost baggage system and provide me with an update.
Kindly reach out to me via email at [redacted] I am looking forward to your response.

I was looking forward to traveling to Jordan and then exploring Rome with my cousin. The total cost for the flights was supposed to be $[redacted].50, a deal we couldn't pass up. However, although the prices for the first two flights checked out, the third one suddenly increased by over $[redacted] when I tried to book it. Regrettably, I couldn't afford the higher price, so I canceled the first flight without issues. Strangely, when I attempted to cancel the Ryanair flight from Amman to Rome, which I had booked just half an hour earlier, I was unable to do so. I desperately need a full refund, as I simply cannot cover the unexpected additional cost. I really want to visit Rome, but the sudden price increase has left me in a difficult situation financially.

Hello,
I recently flew with Ryanair from Dublin to Berlin on flight FR [redacted] with reference number PFEWXN. The flight was initially scheduled for 18:45 but was delayed, eventually departing at 20:05 due to a lack of ground staff. The pilot informed us of the delay and assured us of a timely arrival in Berlin by 23:05. However, 20 minutes before landing, the flight was diverted to Hannover Airport due to missing the curfew in Berlin. The pilot mentioned buses would take us to Berlin, but upon arrival, no buses were provided by Ryanair. We were left to make our own arrangements, including booking a hotel in Hannover and finding transportation to Berlin. Upon trying to retrieve our baggage, we were informed it was either still on the plane in Hannover or in Berlin. It has been a frustrating experience dealing with the lack of information and miscommunication from Ryanair. Any assistance in recovering our baggage would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Feargal Murphy

Subject: Issue with Ryanair Reservation through Lastminute.com - Request for Refund
I am writing to address a concerning issue I encountered with my flight reservation made through Lastminute.com and Ryanair. Despite receiving confirmation from Lastminute.com and attempts to check in online, I faced difficulties at the airport due to a communication problem between Lastminute systems and Ryanair. The Ryanair staff at the check-in desk acknowledged the issue but still charged me 55 euros for counter check-in, advising me to seek a refund from Ryanair later.
I believe it is unfair for me to bear these additional costs and inconveniences caused by the technical problem. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and facilitate a refund for the amount paid unnecessarily. I have incurred expenses and stress due to this situation, and I anticipate a swift resolution to avoid escalating this matter further.
Looking forward to your urgent attention and resolution.
Sincerely,
Sonia R. N.

I made an online check-in through Lastminute.com for a Ryanair flight from Rhodes to East Midlands on 05-06-[redacted]. Following issues with check-in both online and at the airport due to communication problems between Lastminute and Ryanair, Ryanair staff made me pay 55 euros at the airport check-in counter. Despite providing proof of confirmation to Ryanair, I was unable to check-in online. I am seeking a refund for the undue charge, considering the situation was caused by a system error and not my fault. The refund is requested for the extra expenses, time, and stress incurred due to this issue. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Thank you.

Dear Ryanair,
I tried to resolve an issue regarding our flight reference or booking number through chat, but couldn't proceed as the representative needed card details from the old card, which has since been replaced. We booked 5 return flights from Bristol to Venice Treviso, with transaction details showing in my Barclays account as RYANAIR LGJNGI0 IRELAND. The amount was £[redacted].70, debited on 1st March [redacted] (Barclays reference: ON 26 FEB BCC).
We require the email with booking details, potentially lost in spam or junk and deleted. Any assistance in retrieving this information would be greatly appreciated as we're currently stuck in a loop.

Rob H.

Dear Sirs,
I, Maria Hanna, made a flight reservation from Venezia Treviso (TSF) to Prague Vaclav Havel Airport (PRG) on June 17th. I received a confirmation from Omio with the booking code "N27L89GXR" and an email from Ryanair with the reservation code "BIEG5R."
When attempting to check in at the airport, my name was not found in the passenger list despite showing the two attached emails to the check-in desk staff. Consequently, I was unable to board the flight and had to travel by bus to Prague due to no available flights until Monday, resulting in a 12-hour trip.
I kindly request compensation of at least EUR [redacted] to cover the incurred expenses and inconveniences due to this error.

I am facing issues with my cancelled return flight booked directly on your website. The website claims it was booked through an unauthorized agency. Despite providing necessary verification like a passport selfie, I am unable to access or change flights due to continuous errors on the Ryanair website. I require assistance in booking an alternative flight for my family, possibly direct, to ease our travel concerns. The costly Disneyland holiday has heightened our anxiety over the flight cancellation. Contacting customer service has been a challenge with long wait times on the live chat exceeding [redacted] in queue, leading to frustrating disconnections when close to connecting with a representative. Please respond promptly to alleviate the stress of two worried adults and three children eagerly anticipating their holiday.

Subject: Displeasure with Recent Ryanair Experience
Reference Numbers: N7K39P & W39NUB
Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experiences with Ryanair. Firstly, upon arriving at Eindhoven Airport, I was unable to utilize the fast track service I had paid for. The airport staff informed me that Ryanair was aware of this issue prior to my booking. Consequently, I kindly request a refund of €26 for this inconvenience.
Secondly, in relation to booking reference W39NUB, my wife's boarding pass displayed her call sign, "Dianne," instead of her first passport name, Ardina. Despite my attempts to rectify this discrepancy in "my Ryanair" account, I was still charged €[redacted] at the airport for the adjustment. As a loyal Ryanair customer, I am disappointed by this experience and request a full refund of €[redacted] for the additional charge incurred.
I look forward to a prompt resolution to these matters.
Warm regards,
Eddy V.
