Subject: Request for Compensation Due to Flight Delay Dear Customer Services Team, I am writing to address a delayed/cancelled Ryanair flight and the compensation entitled under EC Regulation [redacted]/[redacted] as upheld by the Court of Justice of the European Union in the Tui & others v CAA case. I was charged twice for the same flight when trying to book a flight from Sofia to Milan and back. After the first payment attempt failed, I received an error message and then was asked to place a new order. Upon doing so, I was charged twice for both flights through Trip. The reservations were made on 21/05/[redacted], the first at 4:15 pm (order number: LMI03R) and the second at 4:35 pm (order number: LMI0E3). The reservation number for Sofia to Milan is LGNGQN, charged [redacted] Bulgarian Leva, and for Milan to Sofia is E9JSRY, also charged [redacted] Bulgarian Leva. I need to cancel the second reservation (reservation number JGMWHK) for Edward Radev. Thank you.

Hello, I have made a booking for flights from Dublin to Berlin for my family, consisting of 2 adults and 1 teenager. We are scheduled to depart on Monday, July 4th, [redacted]. I realized that I mistakenly booked the return flight for the same day instead of July 10th, [redacted], as intended since we are returning from Frankfurt. When trying to manage the booking online, I noticed that the cost for changing the return date is significantly higher than expected. In fact, it would be more economical to simply make a new booking for the family. The original flight cost was €[redacted].35, the change flight cost is showing as €[redacted].95, and booking a new flight would be €[redacted].43. It seems changing the flight is €60 more expensive than booking a new one. I also noticed that I had to add the bags again in the change flight option, even though they were already included in the original booking. Any assistance from Customer Support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Michael R.

We were supposed to fly from Paphos to Manchester on December 17, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my wife couldn't travel due to a serious hip issue. I filled out a refund application with supporting documentation from her doctor on December 16, [redacted]. Ryanair sent an automated confirmation email in response. However, on December 24, we received an email stating that with the high volume of refund requests related to Covid, some criteria didn't qualify for a refund. Despite trying to resubmit our request on January 3, the system wouldn't accept it, claiming we had already attempted to claim. We have reached out to Ryanair Customer Services via letter and phone but haven't received a response. Thank you. Best, J. and C. Adams

Dear all, I would like to share my recent experience. Yesterday, on May 26, [redacted], I booked two tickets to travel to Brussels, Belgium with Travellink. The booking process was smooth until I received the confirmation email. Surprisingly, both tickets were issued under my name, Amanisa Ablaz, instead of one being for my cousin, Nadine Rosiahun. Even though I correctly entered her full name during booking, the error occurred on your end. Travellink should cover the costs for this modification since the mistake was not mine. I kindly request to change one passenger's name to Nadine Rosiahun. Booking Reference: [redacted] Reservation Code: PCDUJZ

Dear Sir/Madam, On Friday, May 20, [redacted], at 18:10, I was scheduled to take flight FR6916 to Katowice. I attempted to check-in online through both Mytrip and Ryanair without success. Despite multiple attempts with Ryanair, I encountered issues. Upon my arrival at the airport nearly 2 hours prior, I was informed at the counter that I would need to pay €55 for not checking in online beforehand. Distressed, I explained my situation through tears. The staff member alerted me that without paying the fee with a credit card, I would not be allowed to board the flight. Since I did not have a card with me, I regretfully could not fly. This ordeal caused me great stress and anxiety, particularly difficult as I am currently pregnant and unable to handle such situations. I kindly request a refund for the incurred expenses of €57.10 for the round-trip flight. I would greatly appreciate a positive response. Sincerely, Martha B.

I recently booked a flight yesterday and encountered issues adding priority boarding at €13.50. Despite multiple attempts on the app and online, I couldn't add it. The red message stating it may sell out made me think it was full. After booking, I tried again and this time it allowed me to add it for €20, making it €80 for two return flights instead of the initial €54. I needed priority boarding but couldn't contact anyone due to the urgency of booking with prices increasing rapidly. I couldn't find an email address for assistance.

I, Avraham Milgram, was not allowed by your personnel at Milan Bergamo airport to board flight FR820 to Lisbon. The staff member insisted on an additional luggage fee. After a discussion, I reluctantly paid 45 euros for a small bag I had flown with from Tel Aviv to BGY previously without charge. The staff member reported me to airport authorities, who did not find any fault. However, I was unjustly stranded in BGY and had to purchase new tickets for myself and my wife totaling [redacted] euros for a flight to Lisbon the next day. At 70 years old, this experience was distressing. Having been a loyal Ryanair customer for years, I am deeply disappointed by the inhumane and unjust treatment by a Ryanair employee at BGY. I appeal to Ryanair to address this incident, take action against the staff member, and reimburse me for the [redacted] euros spent on new tickets for flight FR2087 to Lisbon from BGY tomorrow.

On May 10th, I booked a package holiday for 4 people to Thessaloniki through a third-party travel agency with Ryanair. All individuals were correctly listed on the travel document as follows: Maria Zweck, Niklas Zweck, Manuel Zweck, and Yvonne Aigner. During check-in at Vienna Airport, we were suddenly informed that the name Yvonne Aigner had been changed to "Yvonne Zweck" and therefore the flight for Mrs. Aigner was not approved. We were forced to make a name change incurring a cost of €[redacted]! After consulting with the travel agency LMX International in Leipzig, they mentioned that they did not make any changes, but it was a system error with Ryanair! I request contact for clarification and a refund of the incurred expenses. Best regards, Maria Zweck

I am encountering issues trying to access my Ryanair account to add cabin baggage and download my boarding passes. Despite receiving confirmation emails, I am unable to input the information successfully. After engaging in a lengthy live chat between Ryanair and the booking agent, there is a dispute over the accuracy of the details. I am certain the information I am entering is correct, especially since I recently corrected an error with Ryanair. The details for my upcoming flight from Birmingham to Alicante on June 23rd are as follows: Flight numbers FR2152 and FR2153, Booking reference Lov[redacted]. My name is Lynne Jordan and the second passenger is Tracy Griffiths. I reside at 42 Wood House Road, Tettenhall, Wolverhampton WV6 8JQ. Contact number: [redacted]4. This holiday was planned due to health reasons, and I organized it for myself and my carer. I appreciate any assistance provided.

I need to cancel my trip from Edinburgh, Scotland, on June 1 to BWI. While booking online, I entered my payment information and waited for the transaction to process. However, the website displayed an error message and when I tried to rebook the same flight, it was no longer available. I ended up booking a new flight from a different airport. Later, I received a confirmation for the original flight from RyanAir/eDreams, which I won't be using. I am requesting a full refund due to the inconvenience caused by the website error. I have been trying to reach customer service without success via phone, and the chat system has been unhelpful. Please cancel these reservations and issue a full refund. Contact me at [redacted] REF # [redacted]18 Y8R6WY.

We arrived for our flight from Edinburgh to Lanzarote on Monday, May 23rd. Unfortunately, due to the remote location of the parking site, we missed our flight. Despite seeking directions, we were unable to locate the parking lot promptly. After a lengthy search, we finally found the parking area, 27 miles away, only to miss our flight as we arrived at the gate closure. As a result, we had to book alternative flights with Ryanair from Glasgow Prestwick later that day, incurring bus fares of £27.80 from Edinburgh to Buchanan Street bus station, £26.80 from there to Prestwick, and £[redacted] for the new flights. We believe a refund is warranted for these expenses due to the lack of clear directions provided. The original booking was made by Mrs. J. Fyfe for the Edinburgh-Lanzarote flight, and I, Mr. N. Fyfe, arranged the subsequent flight from Glasgow.

I experienced an issue with my missing baggage on a Ryanair flight from Newcastle to Dublin in early May this year. I have completed all the necessary forms, submitted supporting documents, and received a confirmation email assuring me they would be in touch soon. However, after a month has passed, I have not received any updates. When reaching out to customer support via email, I was informed that the email address provided was not valid. I was then directed to their website, which unfortunately led me to a frustrating automated response system. I simply want to know the status of my lost luggage, if I'm eligible for compensation, and if any more information is needed. It's a reasonable request to have a clear communication channel and to improve the customer service experience to avoid situations like this in the future, something that other companies have successfully implemented.

I booked return flights from Stansted to Cork departing on May 14th and returning on May 16th, including car parking at Stansted, Booking GWIY7J. Four days before my flight, I noticed I hadn't received any car parking details. When I contacted Ryanair customer service, they referred me to MAG, providing an incorrect email address. MAG clarified that it was Ryanair's responsibility. After several attempts to resolve the issue with Ryanair, I ended up booking more expensive replacement parking. Despite attempts to sort it out, no resolution was reached. I am seeking a refund of £49.99 paid to Ryanair for the car parking. The flight experience was great, but the parking issue was a hassle.

Hello ladies and gentlemen, Yesterday, I received an email stating that the departure time for the Berlin-London flight has been changed (June 23). I am aware that fees are not refunded for any changes, but I wanted to inquire if it would be possible to modify my destination. Instead of London, could you please find two seats for Brussels for me? Your change has slightly disrupted my plans, I know this happens often and I don't hold it against you at all. I understand. I was supposed to make this trip with my boyfriend: - Chrisdo Libobe Mbonzi and myself, Victoria Mabeka Kwami. For more details or information, here is my number: +[redacted]1. I have sent three emails to [redacted] but haven't received a response yet. Maybe you can assist me. Thank you and have a good evening.

Ms. Malak Zilo has booked a flight to Denmark through lastminute.de for June 4, [redacted], at 9:10 p.m. She urgently wants to visit her sick daughter in Denmark with her husband and daughter. She holds a Syrian passport. On March 12, she received a letter from the city of Stuttgart stating that her new electronic residence permit (eAT) has been received at the city of Stuttgart (her old one has expired). Typically, it takes two months for the eAT to be sent out. Since it has not arrived yet, they visited the Foreigners' Registration Office on Monday. They were informed that it was sent to Ms. Zilo on Monday, May 30, [redacted]. Unfortunately, it could take up to 8 days for it to arrive. Today, the postal service confirmed this delay. Ms. Zilo may only have the letter from the city stating that everything is in order with her eAT but not the eAT itself since it is still in transit. Question: Will the Syrian passport and the letter from the city of Stuttgart (including online functions, PIN, and PUK for the eAT) be sufficient for the planned flight? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Irene P.

During my recent flight, I upgraded two seats for extra legroom using the airline's app without any issues. However, once on the plane and settled into our seats near the front exit, a member of the cabin crew informed me that I could not sit there due to me having one hand. Despite explaining that I could handle emergency situations, the crew member insisted on moving me as per their policy regarding mobility issues. This misunderstanding led to me feeling publicly embarrassed by her refusal to listen to my explanation and the passengers nearby were equally uncomfortable with the situation. I eventually switched seats with a friend, but the crew member's continued cold behavior towards me, my friends, and other passengers throughout the flight left a negative impression.

I booked return flights for my partner and myself with Kiwi from London to Alghero. The itinerary included flights from London to Bologna, then from Bologna to Alghero, with return flights from Alghero to Bologna and Bologna to London. Unfortunately, Ryanair canceled the Bologna to London flight back home. Despite Kiwi offering alternatives that were too costly, I decided to seek a refund for the canceled flight to book another connecting flight independently. However, since Kiwi only allowed a refund for the whole itinerary, I had to cancel all the flights. At present, I am looking to refund my tickets, but Ryanair is only offering a refund for the canceled flight. This would result in receiving a minimal amount back, which doesn't seem fair considering the circumstances. I believe I should be reimbursed fully for each flight, as Kiwi didn't permit a refund for just the canceled flight. I am in need of this money, especially as a student who has diligently saved all year for this trip while managing high expenses like rent and bills. I am struggling to get assistance from Ryanair directly and hope for a resolution soon.

Good afternoon, Flight details: Thursday, 26th June at 7 pm with Ryanair Booking Reference: L72IUY. I am surprised to see the attachment suggesting we arrived within 3 hours when that is not the case. I arrived at Gatwick's boarding gate at 9:56 pm to go through security for the second time as our 7 pm flight got canceled without any explanation. Another passenger mentioned it was due to paint and the engineer not signing off paperwork. We were asked to deplane as another plane was being arranged. At 10:34 pm, we were informed of a delay due to runway traffic, and we didn't depart until after 11:02 pm, as I have photographic evidence of. We landed in Dublin at 11:56 pm, with further photographic proof. I am not sure where the 3 hours and 41 minutes duration came from. I need guidance on how to proceed with compensation as I am asked for IBN numbers, though I can't input my bank (Lloyds Bank) details on the form provided. Please advise on obtaining the necessary form or a clear course of action. Kind regards, Mrs. C. Cooney
