After disputing a transaction, my card got deactivated, and a new one was sent to my old address instead of my updated one. When I tried to activate the new card, it was rejected because they knew it was sent to the wrong place. I was asked security questions, but some weren't relevant to me, causing me to fail. I sent my ID, Social Security number, and a utility bill as requested, but they couldn't read the documents. Now I have to physically mail everything to the corporate office. It's been two weeks without a card, and I desperately need it for my medication, insurance, rent, and gas bill. Living without gas in January can be dangerous for me as a Kidney Recipient on anti-rejection medicine. I urgently need my card to be expedited for my health and well-being.

I am experiencing a frustrating issue with my RushCard being unexpectedly blocked. Despite providing all necessary proof of identity and address multiple times, my account remains inaccessible. This problem arose after requesting a replacement for an expired card. My employer's recent direct deposit is now inaccessible due to this blockage. Regrettably, attempts to reach customer service have been unfruitful, with calls being disconnected and chat sessions abruptly ending. I urgently require access to my funds and am disheartened by the lack of assistance from RushCard. The behavior exhibited by the company is causing me significant concern regarding the security of my money and personal information.

I recently discovered unauthorized transactions on my account. The RushCard system has not been helpful, causing me a lot of stress. I have been a loyal customer since [redacted] but have only faced issues and lost money. There are multiple unauthorized charges, such as $55.99 at Sonic Drive on January 29, [redacted], $10.84 at Popeyes, $33.35 at Walmart, $[redacted].88 at Dollar Store, and $43.81 on January 28, [redacted]. Additionally, $39.00 is missing from a January 26 transaction. I am also experiencing payment issues with SpeedPay, Western Union, and Black Hills Electric. I cannot afford these extra expenses, especially the repeated charges from gymrec.com and Dollar Tree. As a person with low income supporting children, I cannot tolerate these deductions. I urgently need my money back due to an impending electric shut off and important prescriptions to purchase. I am frustrated and plan to report these fraudulent activities.

I noticed a significant amount of money was withdrawn from my account. It is crucial that we are notified of any suspicious activity. Despite being a customer since [redacted], I have not felt appreciated. I find Rush Card to be irresponsible, unkind, and rude. They lack clear communication channels, their fees are unreasonable, and they fail to verify account changes properly. The customer service agents' accents are difficult to understand, which adds to the frustration. I urgently require a direct method to fax a dispute form as I have been trying to resolve this issue all night. Uploading documents has been challenging, and faxing seems to be the only viable option. I need more information to proceed.

I have been trying to get a replacement card for my lost or stolen card for a month now. I have updated my address and phone number and have submitted the necessary documents via mail and fax twice as requested. However, every time I contact customer service and ask to speak to a supervisor, I am denied and told that they cannot transfer calls. This card is essential for my social security payments, and I just need a replacement as soon as possible. I hope to resolve this without the need to involve a lawyer.

I've been having trouble accessing my account transactions since the system changed. When I try to log in, it keeps redirecting me to an old Yahoo account I haven't used in a decade because I can't remember the password, and an outdated phone number. I've only had my Rush Card for 2 years, so I'm puzzled as to why this is happening. It seems there may be some connection with another company holding my old information that Rush Card hasn't informed its customers about.

After multiple attempts to submit documents for a new card and file disputes for unauthorized transactions due to my card being stuck in an ATM, issues persisted. Following ID approval, errors in the paperwork prevented me from proceeding with the dispute process. Transactions not made by me were noted on my statements during the period my card was unusable, while legitimate ones from Walmart did not appear. Despite being able to make withdrawals at Walmart once the new card arrived, transaction alerts ceased, hindering clarity on my account balance. Upon reconciliation, discrepancies with my SSI funds emerged. Subsequent attempts to address the situation have been complicated by website login issues and unhelpful automated phone service. The experience has been frustrating, with refund delays and unexpected withdrawals. Accessing account details has become a challenge, adding to the confusion and my inability to resolve the matter efficiently.

Hello, I'm Janetta Miles. I've been experiencing problems with my RushCard. I am unable to contact anyone for assistance and my card has been on hold for over a month. I have my direct deposit linked to the card, but they are not providing me with my account number to transfer it elsewhere. I urgently need help unlocking my card as they have not released the hold despite my attempts to reach out. A representative mentioned I could call back the number used to place the card on hold, but no one has returned my call. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

I'm attempting to update an outdated email address and phone number for my Rush Card account. I have been a member since May [redacted], and initially didn't provide an email address. Although I remember the old email and phone number, I cannot recall the password associated with it. Customer service has been unhelpful in providing me with my account and routing numbers. They are advising me to submit a letter for these changes, which I find inconvenient as I need to address this matter promptly. I have had a negative experience in the past where $1,[redacted] was stolen from my account by unauthorized individuals, making me cautious about online activities. It seems unreasonable that the only solution offered to me is to write a letter. I hope to find a more efficient resolution to my issue.

My payroll check was deposited yesterday, but Rush has not processed it yet. My account is locked, and I am frustrated about not being able to access it. Contacting customer service only leads me to online options, which I cannot access due to being locked out. This situation is unacceptable. I have been a Rush card holder for years, and this has never happened before. I am in a tough spot with bills due, and without access to my funds, I am considering switching to a bank. It is essential to have reliable communication with the company that manages your money. I have been waiting since yesterday to receive my pay, and I am extremely upset.

I recently attempted to use my card to purchase groceries after loading $75.00 on it. To my surprise, the balance showed only $36 and some change, despite my recent deposit. Upon checking my RushCard account, I noticed a pending charge of $91.95 to Health Desir at [redacted], which I did not authorize. After trying to contact the number provided and finding it associated with a potential scam on Facebook, I became concerned. I typically use this card for Facebook game purchases, but this charge was unauthorized. As a resident of Florida facing a statewide lockdown, I rely on this money for essential bills like water, electricity, and phone payments. I have paused the card to prevent further charges, but I am worried about the unauthorized deduction. Feeling upset and unsure of how to proceed, I am considering reporting this incident to the police. With limited time to purchase groceries for the next two weeks, this situation has added stress to an already challenging time.

I noticed an unauthorized transaction for $83.00 on March 28, [redacted]. Despite attempting to contact RushCard's customer service for a week, both toll-free numbers have not connected me to anyone who can assist. The system repeatedly asks me to call back without resolving my issue. I urgently need to rectify this and have the $83.00 credited back. Thank you, M. Perez.

I am having trouble getting in touch with RushCard. I did manage to contact the company responsible for the unauthorized transaction on my prepaid credit card. They require me and my financial institution to provide my credit card details before refunding the amount. The card is currently unusable as no funds were added. Despite explaining my situation, the company representative refused to disclose the name of the unauthorized transaction company, abruptly ending our calls after a long hold time. It's urgent as I need the refunded money before midnight to cover my daughter's prescriptions, power and phone bills, as well as grocery essentials.

I have discovered numerous unauthorized charges on my RushCard online debit card from GOOGLE*YOUTUBE SUPER INTERNET [redacted] CA US between April 2 and April 3, [redacted]. Despite my attempts, I couldn't connect with a live representative to address the issue, resulting in the charges being processed. These charges were not approved by me, and I require assistance in removing them from Google Play if they originated from there. I am unsure how my information was compromised, and after researching, I noticed similar incidents occurring to other RushCard users. The lack of fraud protection from RushCard means they do not notify me of suspicious transactions. The multiple transactions within a day indicate fraudulent activity, but the absence of any alerts led me to discover the issue only when checking my card for class registration. The absence of live customer support from RushCard is a significant oversight, potentially constituting negligence on their part.

My name is Norman Allen. I have submitted documentation for a change of information twice. Everything was okay except for the two items that had my name and address on them. I recently moved there and haven't had the chance to update everything yet. I don't receive any bills as I live with my son, who takes care of those matters. I don't understand why I am being treated like a criminal. I have been a customer for a long time and I rely on my Social Security check from that card. The address for my Social Security check is different and has been the same for many years. Despite providing two proofs of my new address, they were rejected. It seems Rush Card will keep my $1,[redacted]. I am now having my Rush Card account closed.

I am requesting my replacement card as my first disability check is directly deposited onto it. I have already provided my updated email, home address, phone number, electric bill, and rental lease information to ensure the card is sent to the correct address. Despite being a loyal member since [redacted], I have not encountered such difficulties with customer service before. I acknowledge and appreciate the security measures in place, but the delays and hurdles I have faced in receiving my replacement card have been frustrating. I have resubmitted my information for the twentieth time, and I humbly request the prompt delivery of my replacement card. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have been a Rushcard member for over 3 years and recently encountered issues with my expiring card. Despite being assured a replacement card would be sent automatically, I have not received it over 2 months later. Numerous attempts to contact customer service have been unsuccessful due to high call volume, and the online chat support is also unavailable, directing me back to calling. This has created a frustrating situation as I am unable to access the $[redacted] IRS deposit in my account, which is crucial for my expenses. Not having a functional debit card during such a critical time is incredibly inconvenient and affecting my ability to provide for myself and my family. It is disappointing that a financial service would leave a customer in this challenging situation. Thank you, A. Shearer.

Last month, I used my RushCard to withdraw my income tax, only to realize I hadn't taken the card out of the machine. After searching everywhere, I canceled the card. When I called customer service, they asked for my old phone number, which I couldn't remember due to changing it multiple times since getting the RushCard. Despite my efforts, the account got blocked. Later, my daughter informed me that an employee at the store where I left the card had it. However, when I tried to withdraw my stimulus money recently, I learned it was inaccessible. I am unsure what steps to take next. Can someone please assist me?

I've been diligently trying to reach a RushCard representative since yesterday. The calls keep getting disconnected without even putting me on hold. Despite setting my alarm for when the call center opened, I still encounter the high call volume hang-ups. Yesterday at 7:51 PM, I used a Security National Bank ATM at the Western office in Springfield, Ohio, on West Main Street. I attempted to withdraw $[redacted], but the ATM only dispensed $[redacted], leaving me short $60. This has never happened to me before, and the amount was deducted from my account. I contacted Security National, who advised waiting for RushCard to make a claim before they can address the issue. I'm unable to locate a dispute form, and I am unable to reach RushCard customer service for help. I urgently need this money to pay my bills as my children are affected by this situation. Please reach out to me regarding this matter. - Diamon Walker

I no longer have the same information I used to set up the account, but I still reside at the address where the card was originally sent. Unfortunately, I no longer have the card or the folder containing the account details as my girlfriend disposed of it. The last 4 digits of the Rush account are [redacted]. I believe I can receive a replacement card at the address linked to the account. I still remember my PIN, so I require a new card and access to my account information. If a representative could reach out to me, I am willing to provide my SSN and personal details, including the answers to security questions, to facilitate the process. I am in need of my stimulus funds.
