I purchased a RM Tracked 48 label for a 2kg parcel sent to MACK Studio E in London. The package was supposed to be labeled and sent to Eva Marchetti in Reading, UK. Unfortunately, the parcel, containing a family photo book, has been missing since it was sent on June 29th with tracking number TQ[redacted]3GB. Despite contacting Mack, there has been no progress in locating the item, and I fear I may never receive it. I turned to the mail service due to its reliability. I'm curious about the legitimacy of a company called "OSRIAN PORTAL" to ensure it's not a scam. The address provided is No. 8 Straw Lane, Sudbury, UK. Considering Straw Lane is a heritage-listed address, I find it unusual for a commercial entity to operate from there. Unfortunately, I've had no luck reaching out to them as there is no listed telephone or email contact. Kindly verify the credibility of the company "OSIRIAN PORTAL" and confirm if No. 8 Straw Lane is their correct postal address. If you have a telephone number available, please share it. The mail at my flat is being left in the communal area instead of being properly placed in the letter boxes. This morning, I witnessed the delivery person throwing mail in the main doorway rather than through the letter boxes. When I addressed the issue, I was told they were instructed to use the external letter box. This practice does not align with regulations, and it hinders proper mail delivery. It's concerning as important mail could go missing or be easily accessed by others, leading to potential distress and safety hazards. The mail slot in the building should only be used for circulars, not personal mail. Additionally, it seems like there might be an issue with your contact email "[redacted]"

There were two unsuccessful delivery attempts for my package. Despite selecting a redelivery date online, no further attempts were made. The tracking system only shows details of the initial delivery attempt on the 29th and does not reflect the rescheduled delivery on the 2nd. The reference number for the package is RH[redacted]13GB, sent on the 27th of May. I tried calling Royal Mail from Kenya but experienced technical difficulties. I am concerned the package might be returned to the sender if I do not resolve this promptly. I am seeking the contact information for the local delivery service in Kenya to address this issue directly.

I was expecting a redelivery of a tracked item last Friday, but it still hasn't arrived as of today - Monday. The tracking information hasn't been updated since stating it was coming on Friday, leaving me uncertain of its current status. The reference number is GV[redacted]62GB. I've attempted contacting the provided number three times, but the automated system has trouble recognizing the reference number I enter, making it impossible to speak with a representative. This situation is quite frustrating. I need to know if the item has been lost in transit.

I haven't been getting my mail. I've had medical tests but still haven't received the results. I called the NHS numbers and they said the results were sent weeks ago. On Sunday, August 15th, I checked the local Post Office's opening hours online, which indicated that the Underwood Spar store would be open for most of the day and early evening. However, upon arrival, I found it closed due to a lack of an engineer. I then went to another post office within the Beaufort Road store in St. Julians, Newport, which was also listed as open, only to discover that they don't open the Post Office on Sundays. It was frustrating to have made two wasted journeys. I thought these post offices in stores were supposed to offer longer hours. It seems like the Royal Post Office needs to update their websites or reconsider the locations of these services as they seem non-existent.

I shipped an item 10 days ago, and I am being informed that the delivery has not been made. The delivery address provided is: Zake Zhong Unit 2, Nexus Close London Feltham TW14 0AF I no longer have proof of postage, but I am willing to provide any other necessary details. The buyer is eager for a refund right after I sent the item, which raises my suspicion that they might be falsely claiming the item is lost to obtain a refund. I have gone the extra mile to assist the buyer, even visiting the post office for advice as requested. However, I am now at a loss for what else I can do. I received an empty jiffy bag that should have contained two rare vintage Austin seven metal items. It seems there was a hole in the bag where the items may have fallen out. The metal pieces are approximately 5.5 inches long and 1 inch wide, with a sliding piece to form a handle. They are painted black, have rivet holes, and are made of thin 1.5mm thick metal. The package was sent from Bradford, West Yorkshire to Bridport, Dorset. I visited the local sorting office in Bridport but couldn't locate the items. I tried to find the previous sorting office online but was unsuccessful. I believe the items are still somewhere in the postal system. Thank you for any assistance. Regards, Mervyn Denning.

I am currently waiting for a package from Australia that was sent via China with the tracking number LZ[redacted]59CN. It was last tracked leaving China at 03:04 on the 19th of July, but now there is no update. I've attempted to track it this morning, but nothing happens when I click on 'track item.' I also tested a wrong tracking number, and it correctly showed as incorrect, indicating it's not a computer issue. When I called your phone service, it stated that my parcel has left the UK, which is puzzling since it departed China on the 19th of July. This package is crucial as it contains special shoes that are necessary for my wife's mobility following significant ankle surgery. I greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. I sent out three postcards from Drumnadrochit near Loch Ness, Scotland to my grandkids: two to Sheffield and one to Woking, Surrey on August 12th using expensive airmail stamps. The Sheffield postcards arrived on August 23rd, taking 11 days. Unfortunately, the Woking one had insufficient postage, and my daughter had to pay £2 picking it up from the post office. This issue, in addition to the postage cost and the 11-day delivery delay, was upsetting. Even worse, Royal Mail covered Nessie's face on the postcard with a sticker, ruining the picture intended for my grandson, Francis.

I am trying to obtain a disability road tax exemption form for my new vehicle. The DVLA website instructs to collect the form from the post office and provides a link to locate the nearest one. Despite this, my local post office did not have the specific form and redirected me to another town's post office. After a bus journey, the second post office also did not have the form and directed me back to the DVLA website. The DVLA site suggests calling the post office if faced with difficulties, but the provided telephone number is no longer in service. Upon calling a different number, I encountered an extensive menu that did not offer any assistance with vehicle documentation. Is there no way for disabled drivers to simply download and print a .pdf form?

I accidentally sent a dress to my friend's house using the wrong address number, typing [redacted] instead of [redacted]. I recently checked the reference number and saw that the dress was delivered successfully. However, my friend never received it as the house at [redacted] is unoccupied. I now need to contact the delivery person to find out where the package was delivered since my friend did not receive it. Thank you.

I shipped a package to Mrs. P Johnson at 4 Bramley Close in Heckington, Sleaford NG34 9TE on August 16, [redacted], with reference number [redacted]. Unfortunately, she missed the delivery and the parcel was redirected to a holding facility in Sleaford. Mrs. Johnson claims she did not receive any notification card, and now the parcel has been moved to another holding location. I am struggling to find information on the Royal Mail website to locate this new facility for retrieval. I am inquiring about a missed shipment with the tracking number LG[redacted]57GB. Hello, I have been passionate about autograph collecting since I was a child. Even at 42, it remains my favorite hobby. I am located in Portugal and recently received a package from the UK. Hello, I am reaching out for assistance regarding a recent purchase I made from the United States. I sent a parcel from Bradley Stoke Pavilions Post Office on September 9, [redacted], with tracking number LG[redacted]55GB. The package was bound for Lassia Hotel Petra in Lesvos [redacted], containing gifts for the staff - 2 Japanese knot bags, 1 Scooby Do Cushion, and an English to Greek Phrase book. After arriving in Athens on September 11 at 4:55 am, the parcel went missing for 16 days before showing up at Customs Department on September 27 at 10:36 am. The hotel is closing soon, and I am concerned about the delayed delivery after paying extra for faster shipping. The parcel might not reach the hotel before it closes, and I am unsure what steps to take next since the owner will be away. I sent a Royal Mail Special Delivery parcel on Tuesday, October 19th, which was expected to arrive the next day by 1 pm. However, as of today, Friday, October 22nd, it has not been delivered. Each time I check the tracking number, it shows 'in transit'. The parcel left the Bristol depot on Tuesday evening but never appeared to arrive at Chelmsford depot. The tracking number for my parcel is SF[redacted]18GB. I am concerned about the delay and request immediate attention to this matter.
