On the 10th of May, I sent 3 parcels and 1 card to Sweden via airmail, hoping for a 3-4 day delivery time. So far, only 1 parcel and the card have reached their destination. I was disappointed to find out that tracking was unavailable for my parcels and that I had chosen economy airmail service. I called the local post office after 2 weeks to inquire about the lack of delivery, but they couldn't assist me further. I called again, but found the experience frustrating due to the responses I received. I am currently on hold, but expect to be cut off soon as it's nearing closing time. I am dissatisfied with the service, especially since I believe I should be eligible for compensation up to £20 according to the website. I had indicated the value of one parcel at around £80, but received no additional information. I plan to call again tomorrow. The delivery address is 34 Korgpilsgrand, Hasselby, Sweden [redacted], and I included the recipient's phone number on the parcels. The Financial receipt has an ID SESSION number 1-[redacted] and FAD: [redacted]. The proof of Postage receipt mentions accepting conditions "Y," but I'm unsure of what these are. The parcels were posted as Int Std Sm Plc. I feel that I didn't receive the service I paid for and seek information on the whereabouts of my parcels.

Hello, I posted an international package with Royal Mail on May 22nd, but it hasn't been delivered. The tracking information shows it was handed to a delivery partner and left the UK on May 23rd. However, there have been no further updates and it's been two weeks without delivery. I'm unable to reach anyone at Royal Mail, and the website is not providing any contact details for the delivery partner. Can anyone advise on how I can locate my parcel? Thank you.

I sent a small packet from the USA to the UK on April 28, [redacted]. However, on May 22, [redacted], it seems to have stalled. The tracking information indicates that it last departed from USPS Regional Facility CHICAGO IL INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER on May 18, [redacted], at 1:43 pm. The US International division couldn't track it as it was sent by First Class mail, and suggested reaching out to Royal Mail for further details. I recently sent out a parcel that was supposedly returned to me due to delivery refusal. It's been 12 days, and the parcel hasn't made its way back to me. I've been attempting to seek assistance online, but the information provided is not helpful. When I tried calling for support, I could only reach an automated system that repeatedly misinterpreted my tracking number. This made it impossible to progress with my query. I couldn't find any contact number to speak with a live person, which is quite frustrating. Additionally, I tried filing an online claim but was asked for a DIE number without any explanation of what it is. Despite managing to complete the form and submitting it, the page went blank afterward, leaving me unsure if my claim went through or not. This lack of communication and assistance seriously diminishes the customer service experience.

I am anticipating a mail sent by my friend from the UK to Toronto on May 15, [redacted]. The envelope reached Toronto on May 31st according to tracking information. The latest tracking update indicates that the package is with customs. I am unsure why it's there. I noticed that my friend mistakenly used my box number ([redacted]) as my building number. When a package is held by Customs, does that mean it's undeliverable or will be returned to the sender, or is it undergoing investigation? As a first-time online user, I struggled to navigate the website. Fortunately, after speaking with a helpful phone representative, I was able to arrange the service. However, when I called again, a different representative informed me that the parcel wouldn't arrive the next day as expected but on 1st July. I encountered difficulty canceling the collection online, even after multiple attempts, leading me to believe it was intentionally challenging. I ordered a package at the end of June to be delivered to post code BN1 5DP, but Royal Mail mistakenly delivered it to post code BN1 1AA. Despite correctly entering my address during the order, the tracking number LY[redacted]45DE indicates delivery to the wrong address on July 5th at 10am. I was present at my address on the delivery day and did not receive anything. It seems my parcel was delivered to the incorrect address, which I did not provide. Hi, my sister posted a first-class birthday card with money inside for my husband on 5th July from Doncaster to our home address in Barnsley. Unfortunately, the card has not arrived yet, even though it should have by now. Despite our efforts to track it down, we have been unsuccessful. When we visited the sorting office in Barnsley, an employee mentioned that cards like this sometimes go missing due to theft by staff members, which is upsetting to hear. This situation has left us very disappointed, and we are considering not using Royal Mail in the future. Hello, On Monday, the 5th of July, my sister dropped off a birthday card for my husband at 5:30 PM at the post box in Warmsworth, Doncaster, with hopes it would reach our address in Barnsley. Unfortunately, the card has not arrived, leading us to make inquiries to locate it. During a visit to the sorting office, we were informed by staff that birthday cards are sometimes taken by Royal Mail employees. This has left my sister devastated by the possible loss of her card. I ordered a package of small parts from Italy using PosteItaliene's service. The tracking information shows that the package has been returned to the International Center because I haven't paid the HMRC fees. I haven't been contacted about this nor received any fee notification. According to PosteItaliene, the package has cleared documentation verification and customs. I'm unsure who is responsible for notifying me and arranging the onward shipping, but I believe Royal Mail in the UK might be involved. The tracking number for the package is 8C4176D000687. Hello, I sent a parcel to Cyprus five weeks ago, but it hasn't arrived yet. I mistakenly chose standard delivery instead of recorded delivery when using the self-service option at the London post office for the first time. I meant to select recorded delivery so that it could be tracked, but I pressed the wrong button, and now my parcel seems to be lost. I find it hard to believe that it could just disappear, especially since it's being handled by Royal Mail. I hope that there is a system in place to monitor all parcels leaving the UK. Hi. I encountered an issue with a sale I made this afternoon. The buyer sent money, but her bank contacted me saying they were experiencing server problems. Subsequently, I got an email claiming a problem with my bank account, stating there was a limit and requesting an extension to receive payment, which is untrue as I have never faced such issues before. Soon after, I received another email asking for an additional £[redacted] for the payment to proceed. Following that, a request to release funds stuck in the buyer’s account indicated I needed to pay her £[redacted] more. I suspect a scam and wish to retrieve my item. On July 6, [redacted], the sender informed me that I would receive the box on July 9 if I paid the specified amount. I paid [redacted] SAR, equivalent to $[redacted] USD, on July 7. However, on the same day, I was notified that there was an issue as the box contained money, which needed to be paid back to release the agent. Following the staff's instructions from Royal Mail, I paid an additional [redacted] SAR, around $[redacted] USD, for the agent's release. They assured me the box would be delivered on the same date. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the box as there seems to be another problem with the payment. The representative mentioned that the previous payments were for the agent's release, and now an additional amount is required for the box's delivery. I am unable to pay again and uncertain about the situation. I simply wish to have my money refunded. Thank you.

My parcel with tracking number GV[redacted]06GB has been moving back and forth within the Anglia region since it arrived at Cambridge Delivery Office on Thursday, July 15th at 11:47. It then went to Histon on Friday the 16th, Peterborough on Saturday the 17th, back to Histon on Monday the 19th, then back to Peterborough on Wednesday the 21st, and finally made its way to Peterborough Mail Centre at 12:20am on Thursday the 22nd. I am confused as to why it keeps oscillating between Peterborough and Histon when ELY is situated between them and would be on the way in either direction. This parcel was expected to be delivered around Thursday the 15th or Friday the 16th of July. Could you please investigate this situation and ensure the prompt delivery of my parcel? It's frustrating that it took 6 days to travel from Shanghai to Atherstone RDC and an additional 8 days to circulate within Cambridgeshire.

According to their last response, someone supposedly accepted the delivery on my behalf on 22.07.[redacted], but I don't know who as there is no signature visible. Since I live in an apartment building, it is possible that one of my neighbors has received my expensive mobile phone, which I urgently need.
