I purchased a Megalodon Shark Card from the website and received a confirmation email with order number [redacted]. However, the payment shows as going to Xsolla instead of R☆ on my bank statement. The support team claims Xsolla is a third-party payment vendor. My billing email is '[redacted],' while my PS4 account email is '[redacted]' The funds did not reach my GTA Online account or R☆ Game Launcher, and the transaction does not show in my account history. Despite the deduction from my bank account, the purchase seems incomplete. I am disappointed and seeking a refund or for the funds to be correctly transferred.

I recently purchased a Megalodon Shark Card from the R☆ website. After receiving the confirmation email with order number [redacted], I noticed that the payment was processed by Xsolla instead of R☆. Despite Xsolla's claims that they are not involved in the purchase, the funds have not been credited to my GTA Online account. I've been unable to access GTA V online for more than 5 days now. The error message keeps saying, "Rockstar game services are unavailable right now. Please return to Grand Theft Auto V." Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like DNS changes, firewall adjustments, and checking my internet connection and speed, nothing seems to help. It's frustrating because it was working perfectly fine for the last three months, and now it's suddenly stopped working. I was considering upgrading to GTA+, but I can't justify paying for something that I can't even access reliably.

Dear Support Team, I hope all is well. I'm facing difficulties accessing GTA Online. The issue originated when I tried to invite my brothers to play in an invite-only session. Despite our shared love for the game, an error message stating the host cannot be joined kept appearing upon their acceptance of the invite. I attempted to rectify this by creating a new invite-only session followed by joining a public session, but things took a turn from there. An error message stated "cannot contact Rockstar Game Services right now," relocating me to story mode. Subsequent efforts to join GTA Online resulted in an error stating "files required to play GTA Online could not be downloaded," perpetuating a cycle. To address this, I've tried restarting the game and console, redownloading the game, attempting a different PS5 account, saving data to the cloud, clearing cache, and changing domain name servers. Hello or good evening, it has been months since my Gmail account got hacked along with all my saved passwords, including Rockstar. I tried to contact Rockstar but failed, so I lost all motivation. My hacked account is [redacted], and I had only purchased one game in Rockstar using a code, which is GTA 5. Please help me retrieve my game. The hacker who has access to my Gmail account has changed the Rockstar password as well as Steam and others. Please help me for the love of God.

Hello, I purchased a license for a Rockstar game. To install the game on my computer, I need to first install the "Rockstar Game Launcher" software. The RGL installation goes smoothly, but upon launching it, I receive an error message (without a number) stating that it cannot connect to the game library servers, preventing me from proceeding further. I have checked the Rockstar support pages, which ask for RGL logs, but do not specify the email address to send them to. I am concerned about the safety of my substantial in-game wealth amounting to 1 billion total net worth and 19 million in the bank. Since the recent update a few days ago, my character in single-player mode is currently locked. I am unable to switch between characters like Trevor or Franklin. When I try to play online, I am stuck in my house garage without access to a computer or phone. I've been playing GTA 5 online on my PS4 for about two months now. I've invested a lot of time, have a million in cash, own a car shop, a MMJ grow, and a biker shop. I'm concerned about losing my progress if I start a new online character. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am facing issues while playing your game. When I join public lobbies to earn money, I encounter hackers who are causing disruptions. In two consecutive lobbies, hackers have set a large bounty on me and made me get flung across the map whenever I move. I have tried leaving the lobbies and even restarting the game, but the problems persist. I purchased the game recently, reached level 30, and now feel stuck. Recently, I bought GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC on Steam. I'm having trouble accessing my Social Club account to view achievements. Someone changed the email and password associated with my account, as I now see unfamiliar login details. My Social Club account is linked to my Steam account under the name SpiderCerdo0089, but when I try to log in, it shows a different email and password. In-game, I go by the name jesus0089 in the online mode.

My account was recently compromised. While I was in the application, I received a notification that someone else had logged in. I tried to change my password immediately, but the hacker had already changed the email linked to my account. I need to recover my account. The original email associated with Rockstar is [redacted], and the new email is [redacted] The notification email was in Chinese, and the provided link directed me to Rockstar support in Taiwan. I am located in Puerto Rico and typically access my account from there.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my social club account. I attempted to reset my password but was unsuccessful. As a workaround, I created a new account using the same email address, which leads me to believe that my original account may have had its email altered or unlinked. Now I find myself with a new account under my old email, without access to my original account due to the email being unknown. Hello, I recently discovered that there has been unauthorized access to my Rockstar account. The account was linked to the email [redacted] Although I attempted to reset the password after being unable to log in, I never received the reset email. Strangely, I found an email from Rockstar in my inbox dated March 15th, containing characters in either Chinese or Japanese (I am unsure of the language). This leads me to believe that my account may have been compromised around that time, resulting in a change of the email associated with the account. My account had GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2 activated. Despite having "Stay logged in" enabled, I was unexpectedly logged out of the launcher and did not receive a password reset email. Hello, I am unable to access my account as I have lost my 2FA device. The email associated with my account is [redacted]. My usernames are Hell_Butcher (Social Club) and PigmaskColonel (PSN).
