I, along with others in the GTA 5 community, am facing an issue where we are unable to save the game progress. This problem renders the game unplayable. After using the GetHuman service and receiving an email suggesting the issue was resolved, clicking on the provided link that indicated the problem persists redirected me to another page full of ads. There seems to be no way to contact someone for assistance in resolving this or any other issues. It is frustrating to see Rockstar neglecting its players like this. This lack of support highlights a concerning trend in the gaming community. Rockstar should prioritize its players and the community that supports the game's success.

I used to play GTA 5 on PS4 and had a character that I want to transfer to my new PS3. However, I forgot my Social Club login information and can't access my old email to retrieve it. I can still log in to my PSN account, though. Can I transfer my character using just my PSN? I also played on Xbox [redacted] with the same Social Club account. Is there a way to recover my Social Club account so I don't lose my progress and level [redacted] character in GTA? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am encountering difficulty when trying to access online play in Red Dead Redemption 2. Upon entering the main menu and selecting online mode, I am consistently disconnected from the network after a 3-minute loading screen. I have already sought assistance previously, but have been advised that I did not specify how to resolve the issue. My internet connection is stable, allowing me to play other online games without any problems. Given that this issue pertains to your company's game design, I believe it is imperative for this persistent problem to be rectified promptly. I have not violated any regulations within the game and simply wish to enjoy the online features without encountering further setbacks.

A year ago, a modder entered my lobby in GTAV, causing me to log out. When I attempted to play again, my computer failed, and my backup system could not run the game. Now with a new PC capable of running GTAV, I reinstalled the game only to discover I have been permanently banned. This is the second instance where a modder has dropped money on me without consent, resulting in an unjust ban. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue and have my ban lifted, allowing me to access Steam and play again.

A while back, a modder caused trouble in my GTAV lobby, leading me to log out. When I tried to return, my computer was not able to run the game. Now that I have a new PC, I reinstalled GTAV only to discover I have been banned once again. This is the second instance of an unwanted money drop by a modder resulting in an unjust permanent ban. Contacting support has been unhelpful, as I keep getting directed to the forums. Even after submitting a ticket, it was closed without proper review. I am unable to get a refund and would greatly appreciate if a real person could look into my situation.

I recently purchased a car and mistakenly replaced it in my full garage with the vehicle I was currently in. When I tried to sell the wrong car at LS Customs, I received an error message stating it couldn't be modified. Upon exiting the vehicle and attempting to get back in, a message popped up saying it was no longer my personal vehicle and it vanished. I am requesting 500k in compensation for this error.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but I recently encountered an issue in my Grand Theft Auto 5 online account. While attempting to sell my full "BUNKER stock," my teammates unfortunately lagged out or left the session, leaving me to complete the delivery solo. Out of 20 crates, I only managed to deliver 8, resulting in a loss of $[redacted],[redacted] from the original stock value of $1,[redacted],[redacted]. I was hoping to use the funds for a nightclub upgrade to acquire the oppressor mark 2.
I believe it would only be fair for players like myself who spend a significant amount of time grinding in the game to not be penalized for issues beyond their control. I understand if there are limitations to what can be done, but I wanted to bring this to your attention and respectfully request a reconsideration.

Weeks ago, I encountered two GTA Online players on GTA 5 Online who are both griefers. They have been targeting me repeatedly, using the orbital cannon to kill my character in every lobby I join. Even after blocking them on PS4 and setting my online status to offline, one of the griefers managed to attack me with an orbital cannon again today. I am feeling frustrated and need to reach out to Rockstar Games support for assistance with this ongoing issue. If this matter is not resolved, I may have to stop playing GTA 5 online altogether as they continue to target and kill my character relentlessly, even when I switch lobbies.

I am currently frustrated by the situation at hand. Rockstar has been closing tickets without providing any explanations. I am unable to reopen a ticket and have received no information regarding why my account and game have disappeared.
This is the third time I am expressing my concerns as it seems closing a ticket without a response is considered a resolution nowadays. It is not your fault, but I am bewildered that after a few years, I am unable to access my account associated with the email: [redacted] and the username darkw1sh which I used to play a game I paid for extensively.
After facing constant errors, I resorted to creating a new account, a process that I find puzzling as I was able to do so with my old credentials. I have attached a photo of an old ticket I opened on my account as I am still in the dark about what led to this issue.

I have been enjoying the game, but I have some concerns regarding the new daily challenges where you have to shoot another player because it leads to trolls attacking me constantly. This has made it difficult to progress as my level experience is decreasing, and my friends are also struggling to progress. Additionally, I have noticed a decrease in my in-game currency, which was quite odd as I went from [redacted] to [redacted] overnight. Overall, I feel that the game has shifted too much towards player versus player, which is not the direction I expected. This change has been disappointing for me and some of my friends who are considering leaving as well.

On April 8th, when I logged into my account, I discovered that my character had been changed from male to female, which I did not want. Additionally, I noticed that my money was missing, and I had been set back from level [redacted] to level [redacted]. Moreover, all my vehicles, weapons, businesses, CEO buildings, arena war items, bunker research, race wins, stunt jumps, M.O.C, and Terrabyte were all gone. I informed my girlfriend, who found information online suggesting that accounts were being hacked from Russia. I am struggling to cope with this situation and would appreciate any help or information you could provide. At the very least, I would like my character to be changed back to male. I have a question regarding the reporting policy. While playing RDR2 online gun rush teams with my husband and father-in-law, we got separated into different teams, as the game tends to be buggy at times. To keep it fun, if any of us end up as the last players, we settle the game with a fair fist fight. Recently, another player accused us of cheating, claiming we shared locations of other players, which is false. We couldn't even see other players as we were the last two standing. The accusing player threatened to report us to Rockstar, even though we weren't cheating. We have a video of our final showdown if needed. I'm worried about being banned for something we didn't do. I need to update my email address to recover my forgotten password for my social club account to play GTA 5 online. The current email is outdated by six years and may have been compromised since it's a Yahoo account. I am unable to change the email on my account to my current one. I am feeling frustrated because I have been attempting to recover my Rockstar account for several months now. The problem arose one day when I wanted to play GTA, and my Rockstar account got automatically logged out since I no longer had access to the email associated with it. I cannot comprehend why Rockstar disconnected itself. Despite all my efforts to retrieve my email, I have not been successful. I reached out to their support team, and they informed me that it is impossible to regain access to my email. I invested money in this game and enjoyed playing it until this issue occurred. I had selected all the necessary options like the "remember me" feature, so I am puzzled why I was logged out. While I was at work, my younger brother accidentally caused some trouble on my gaming profile. Despite efforts from friends to commend me and improve my status, I kept getting placed in bad sport lobbies. After finally becoming a clean player again, I quickly received the forgiveness message but then reverted back to bad sport status within moments without any action on my part. This situation has been frustrating as I didn't engage in any behavior to warrant this penalty. Even while playing in a clean lobby and participating in jobs with friends, I suddenly encountered a blue error message, leading to being stuck in bad sport for a month. I'm eager to continue playing the game without this restriction, and I'm seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly.

I'm currently in chapter 2 of Red Dead Redemption II and I'm determined to fully upgrade my camp before proceeding with the story missions. Part of this involves finding a Bull Moose, which has been quite the challenge. Despite my efforts in various locations, it remains elusive. The situation has led me to believe that the Bull Moose might be glitched, echoing the frustration of many other players facing the same issue. I hope this can be addressed in a future update to the game.

After completing the GTA V download, I encountered an issue starting the game. Initially, "Offline mode not available" appeared multiple times. Subsequently, a new error message about "code [redacted]" emerged before reverting back to the original offline mode message.
