I lost all of my GTA nightclub stock, which was stolen while I wasn’t even in the game. I have the security upgrade, and I find it incredibly stupid that if you accidentally leave your game on when you're not at home, you risk losing all your hard-earned stock that I've been saving up for days. I would like to be reimbursed in some way to make up for this. I did nothing wrong and didn't even have the opportunity to save my progress. What's the point of buying a security upgrade if it doesn't even prevent break-ins? If I had sold all my stock for the amount I last saw on the screen, I would have made 1.2 million alone. Additionally, I had enough stock for special orders, so that 1.2 million could have been anywhere above 2 million. I lost it all for no reason, and I didn't even know this was possible when I bought the upgrade. Please help me!

A while back, I transferred my Xbox [redacted] character to Xbox One and made significant progress. Now, I've started playing GTA 5 on my PC, but I'm having trouble logging into Social Club. The email associated with my account is defunct, and I can't reset the password because the reset link is sent to an inactive email. I need to update both my email and password, but it seems impossible due to these issues. I understand this is a complex request, but I'd appreciate any assistance in transferring my old information to a new account. If you can offer any solutions or guidance, please respond promptly.

My 16-year-old son attempted to address an issue with Rockstar, but it has not been resolved. His Steam account was hacked, and despite sending an email to confirm this, the problem remains unresolved. He was banned from GTA 5, and we are seeking clarification on the reason for the ban. We are requesting evidence of the ban and are eager to have his account reinstated to its previous state. He has dedicated considerable effort to his progress in the game, which has been disrupted by a malicious individual. We hope for a swift resolution as this situation is understandably frustrating. Please investigate this matter promptly. Thank you.

While playing GTA Online on PlayStation 4, I encountered a glitch when customizing my Willard Faction car into the Faction Custom variant. Unfortunately, after purchasing the custom upgrade, the game froze due to my friend leaving the vehicle during the process. Upon restarting the game and joining a new session to resolve the issue, I noticed that [redacted],[redacted] GTA$ were deducted from my account, yet the car remained unchanged without the custom upgrades. I have solid evidence of this incident as I captured a video using the PlayStation recording feature, clearly showing the failed customization. I am seeking assistance to either receive a refund of the GTA$ or have the car upgraded to the custom version as intended.

I've reached out to Rockstar Support about not receiving the special outfits and vehicles from the guest list rewards in GTA Online. Despite being logged in regularly when the rewards were available, I never got the wired outfits for my character, nor did I receive the free Nightshark and Ubermacht Revolter. My friends have already received their rewards, and I was hoping to enjoy them too. I have been patiently waiting for these items to show up in my wardrobe, but so far, they haven't appeared. I would really appreciate it if someone could look into this issue as I'm excited to finally have the cool outfits and vehicles that were promised. Thank you for your help.

Around 1.5 years ago, my younger sibling, who was 6 years old back then, was watching me play GTA 5 online. I was demonstrating to him that when he grows up, he could also play like me if he was interested. After about an hour of playing, I took a break to get a drink. When I returned, I discovered that he had accidentally deleted my account. I was upset because I had recently bought two 8,[redacted],[redacted] shark cards totaling 12,[redacted],[redacted] in-game currency. Despite my efforts to recover the account, I discovered that it was not possible. I had to accept the loss and create a new account. However, upon reviewing my past achievements, the memory of my level [redacted] account with 12,[redacted],[redacted] in funds resurfaced. Now, I am considering looking into ways to potentially retrieve the lost account. I understand that it has been a significant amount of time since the incident, and I regret not exploring solutions earlier. I have since implemented parental controls on my Xbox to prevent any future mishaps.

Subject: Issue with Deluxo Purchase
Dear Rockstar,
I recently bought the Megalodon shark card on August 8, [redacted]. I used the funds to purchase a Deluxo and customize it to my liking. I also have the mobile operations center where I purchased weapons for the car. While my character was inside the truck, I bought the weapons and vehicle expansion, which kicked me out and caused my Deluxo to disappear permanently. I believe you can verify my in-game purchases, showing that I bought the car but did not sell or delete it. I kindly request that my Deluxo is restored and fully upgraded, as I lost in-game money spent on it, which essentially translates to real money spent in-game. Alternatively, receiving 6 million in-game currency to cover the cost of the car and customization would be appreciated. Please respond promptly; I have made significant investments in the game and hope to have my belongings returned.

I purchased the Deluxo but never received it. I started a Doomsday Prep mission and ordered the Deluxo from the War Page. While on my way to get the truck, I received a text saying the Deluxo was delivered to my facility. Despite being unable to complete the mission due to other online gamers destroying my prep, I later checked my facility only to find the Deluxo missing. I also searched my apartment garage but had no luck. When checking the website, it does not recognize my previous purchase. Despite the option to buy the Deluxo again, I am certain the game glitched because it typically indicates I already own a vehicle. I am simply seeking a refund for the missing Deluxo as it took a considerable amount of time to earn that money.

Hello, my online alias is Flex-Rose. I had GTA5 on the PS3 with the expectation that my progress could carry over to the PS4 when it was released. After a few years, I returned to the game to play with friends, but to my dismay, none of my previous hard work, including my house in the rich area and custom cars from past missions, has shown up. I am disheartened by the idea of starting from scratch and would appreciate any assistance in recovering my progress. My PS4 gaming system is linked to the username Flex-Rose. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Good morning! I purchased a shark card for $99 to buy the new B11 jet in GTA. Unfortunately, I can't find it even after checking Pegasus, my mechanic, and my hangar multiple times. I've restarted the game, asked other players, switched sessions, and waited a few hours, but still no luck. It's frustrating that I used the shark card to buy the jet, and now I can't even use it. I haven't played GTA in years, so I'm a bit lost. I'm rank 28 with no money besides what I spent on the shark card. Could you please advise me on what to do next? Thank you for your help.

I have been an enthusiast of GTA 5 since its release, especially enjoying the online version and encouraging friends to join. However, my recent experience has been disappointing. Despite dedicating countless hours building businesses to earn in-game cash, disruptions like server crashes have caused losses of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Even after investing in starter packs and virtual currency, I've had cars with over $1 million disappear from my garage due to glitches. These incidents have cost me millions in the game, making it challenging to progress. I enjoy playing but the constant setbacks are disheartening. I'm reaching out to request compensation for the losses I've incurred due to server errors beyond my control. I'm seeking $1 billion in-game currency, not real money, to continue enjoying the game without the frustration of losing progress. My Xbox username is UNC218.

I have played GTA 5 since it was released and I am a dedicated GTA Online player. Lately, I have faced challenges with the game affecting my experience. Despite investing a lot of time building businesses and purchasing in-game items, I have encountered issues like server crashes resulting in losing substantial amounts of in-game money. I have invested real money in the game to buy virtual currency and starter packs to support the company. Unfortunately, I recently lost a car from my garage with over $1 million in it due to a glitch. These problems have led me to lose millions in-game currency unfairly. I enjoy playing GTA 5 and want to continue, but the frequent errors making money disappear have made it frustrating. I am reaching out to request compensation for the losses caused by server errors that are beyond my control. I am asking for $1 billion in-game currency as compensation. My Xbox gamertag is UNC218. I am not seeking real money but assistance to continue enjoying the game without the fear of losing progress due to technical issues. Thank you, -Josh

I was recently playing GTA 5 online on my Xbox One using my main account Seardust 69. While trying to park my APC in Eclipse Towers, I encountered an issue. After attempting to store it in my garage, it displayed an error message saying "this vehicle cannot be stored in this garage." Subsequently, I ordered two Elegy vehicles to fill up the garage, planning to swap one for the APC. However, upon returning, the APC had disappeared, despite checking all my properties and contacting in-game services. I hope to have my customized APC restored or receive a refund if this was due to a glitch. Thank you. Torin

Hello, I recently purchased a Shark card for $99 to get GTA cash and bought the new B11 jet on 8-11-18. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to find the jet in the game. I contacted Pegasus, my mechanic, and even searched my hangar to no avail. I have restarted the game, asked other players, switched lobbies, and waited a few hours, but the jet still doesn't appear. I hadn't played GTA in years, so I used the Shark card since I had no money in the game. I'm currently at rank 28. I am disappointed that I can't access the jet. Any advice on what steps I should take next would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I nearly had my Bunker stock full at around 700k. While selling cars with friends, a strange bug occurred during the modification stage. My friend had a waypoint I didn't, and I was concerned about the cars we were selling. The mission turned out to involve defusing bombs and driving a truck, which I thought was a bunker defend mission, but something felt off. Unfortunately, a train collided with the truck my friend was in, the main mission objective. I didn't think much of it at the time. However, now all my stock is gone, which is disappointing as it was the first time I reached a full stock. I had been saving up for new after-hours content.

Hello,
I have been a dedicated fan of Rockstar Games for years and I have been playing Grand Theft Auto 5 since its release. Recently, I returned to playing GTA Online after a hiatus to try out the new After Hours update. After spending some time playing and showcasing some old vehicles to my friends, I noticed that the 3 vehicles (Hotknife, Khameleon, and Carbon RS) that were initially advertised as collector's edition exclusives are now available to all players. Additionally, the exclusive melee weapon seems to have become accessible to all players as well. I am reaching out to inquire about the possibility of a refund for the collector's edition due to the change in availability of these exclusive in-game items that were a significant part of my purchase decision.
Thank you for your attention, Kaleb

I am having an issue with my account being muted due to my gamer tag, not because of any actual wrongdoing on my part. I have been a loyal GTA player for years, spending a substantial amount on in-game purchases and likely to continue in the future. I want to address this situation as a mature 46-year-old player who does not partake in inappropriate behavior like younger users might. It seems unfair that I have not been given the opportunity to explain or defend myself against any complaints. I hope Rockstar Games can consider my perspective as a longtime customer and rectify this issue, as I value my gaming experience with their products.

While entering my apartment's garage on my motorcycle, I received a warning that a vehicle would be removed. Since my Armored Kuruma was the first on the list, I proceeded, assuming it would simply be taken out. However, to my surprise, the car vanished completely instead of being moved outside where I could access it. This incident occurred on August 14. I am kindly requesting the return of my Armored Kuruma along with some funds to reapply the upgrades. I submitted a support ticket, but I was informed it couldn't be verified, which I find unjust as a player. Please consider my situation and assist me by restoring my cherished vehicle. It holds sentimental value as my initial significant purchase, and I rely on it for missions. I appeal to Rockstar to show a one-time act of goodwill by returning my car. While a compensation like a shark card would be reasonable, all I ask for is the restoration of my vehicle. Your help in this matter is sincerely appreciated. Thank you.
Best regards,
D. L.

I am frustrated with being labeled a bad sport in the game for engaging in the core gameplay of combat. It seems contradictory that the game encourages players to use weapons to kill others but penalizes them for doing so. The bad sport designation should be reserved for individuals who cheat or use hacks, not for regular players like myself. This makes it difficult to enjoy playing with friends or engaging in combat as intended. The recent addition of powerful vehicles like the oppressor has made it even more challenging, as destroying them can lead to consequences. It's disheartening to feel punished for playing the game as designed. If I am currently stuck in the bad sport category, it limits my ability to enjoy the game fully and play with others.
