I am having trouble accessing my account because it is attempting to use two-step verification with my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. Despite attempting to update my phone number by using a code from my email, providing my license, and having my face scanned, I am still unable to login. I need to update my phone number with your system and regain access to my account.

I received an email from [redacted] on August 25, [redacted], regarding a $[redacted].99 transaction made using my Robinhood Wallet. The email instructed me to contact Robinhood customer support at +1-[redacted] if I did not make this transaction. I am concerned as I did not authorize this payment. I attempted to activate my cash card, but mistakenly used my new mailing address instead of my email, causing issues. When I fixed this and entered my email, it created a new account unintentionally. I deleted the new account but couldn't access the code sent to my old phone number that was inactive to prove my identity for my initial account. I had to reactive the old phone and get a new number to regain access. I hoped reactivating my old phone with the correct email would solve the problem and access my money, but I am facing delays due to these issues now.

Hello, I am still unable to access my account due to the 2-Factor Authentication on Robinhood. I would like to remove this security feature so I can login with just the phone passcode. I received a new bank card and tried to activate it by calling, but need to do it through the Robinhood app instead. While attempting to activate, I mistakenly entered the wrong email address and phone number associated with my account. My old email was [redacted], but I accidentally entered [redacted] My former phone number was [redacted], but it's now [redacted]. I can't receive the verification codes as they are being sent to the wrong email. I also misplaced my SS card and am waiting for a new one, which will take two weeks. I urgently need access to my funds to pay bills.

I have tried contacting a representative from Robinhood multiple times to activate my debit card, but I have had trouble getting assistance. The representative hangs up on me each time I call, and this has been very frustrating. I need help activating my card, but I am not receiving the support I need. This situation is disrespectful and disappointing as a customer. I expect better service and hope to resolve this issue promptly.

I am having trouble accessing my account and withdrawing funds as I forgot my username and password since I typically use biometrics. The phone number [redacted] associated with my account is no longer in service. I have around $[redacted] in my Robinhood brokerage account that I need to transfer to my Robinhood debit card instead of cashing out to my linked bank account. I have met the document requirements and possess case number [redacted]5, but unfortunately, I have not received the necessary information yet. My initial contact with Robinhood was in early September [redacted], and I have resubmitted the documents twice, the first time being on September 11, [redacted]. I have provided his driver's license, social security number, death certificate, an authorized and notarized letter for estate representation, and all other requested documentation. I was informed that I needed to mail my information, which I did around two weeks ago. Unfortunately, I haven't received any updates from them besides confirming they possess details about cryptocurrencies. I haven't reviewed this information as I can't access my account. I have repeatedly expressed my lack of interest in cryptocurrencies and requested them to liquidate my holdings. Moreover, I've asked them to terminate my account and send me a check for the remaining balance owed.

I recently uninstalled and reinstalled my Robinhood app on my phone as I was facing issues with the total amount of money in stocks not showing up at the top of the page for weeks. Interestingly, right after I did this, I received a text message from Robinhood about a login being detected near Phoenix, with a warning to change my password if it wasn't me. I received a letter stating my account balance is below $50. I deleted the email connected to that account and cannot log in now. The system indicates I may incur a fee due to the low balance. In the past, I attempted to withdraw all funds during college but couldn't access the final $10 or $12. As a result, I uninstalled the app as all efforts to retrieve my money were unsuccessful. I have no intention of using Robinhood in the future and do not plan to cover any fees. Since I made efforts to withdraw my funds which were impeded, I do not consider myself liable for any outstanding balance.

I have a Robinhood account that I haven't used in some time. When I try to log in, it prompts me to verify my identity through my old email, but I no longer have access to that email. I'm experiencing difficulty opening an account with Robinhood because they won't accept my bank statement with my P.O. Box on it. Since I live in an R.V. park without mail services, my bank uses the P.O. Box. I have also uploaded my AZ driver's license multiple times, which shows my correct physical address, but it seems they rejected it. I suspect their system may not verify the address.
