I am having trouble accessing my Robinhood account due to a repetitive loop instructing me to input my email and phone number. Even though I know my password, the platform insists it can't find my account. I am eager to regain access to my funds. Update: I have reached out to my bank, PNC, in hopes of reversing the transfer to retrieve my money. The PNC representative was surprised by Robinhood's lack of a phone number, comparing it negatively to E*trade's user-friendliness.

I recently created a new Robinhood account but I am having trouble logging in with the new password. I have attempted to reset it but did not receive the instructions. I lost my phone and bank card, which resulted in my account being restricted by Robinhood. After finding both items, I promptly informed them. Initially, they requested photos of my ID front and back, as well as a picture of myself holding the ID. After complying, they later asked for a picture with all four corners visible, causing a delay. Subsequently, they required a photo of my social security card, which made me uneasy as it was not initially needed for the account. Despite sending various forms of identification, including my original birth certificate, the restrictions remain in place. Their slow email responses and lack of phone calls have left me frustrated with the situation.

I am looking to close my account. Initially, I used my landline for verification, but it was switched to SMS without my consent. For over a week, I have been unable to access my RH account that I opened in April [redacted]. On 05/29/[redacted], I purchased CRISPR as my first stock. Throughout the 20 months of having the account, my portfolio fluctuated between $[redacted] and $[redacted] at the start of [redacted], then last week, it was between $[redacted] and $[redacted]. I mainly use RH margin, and my RH debit card ends in [redacted], linked to my Citibank account. My SSN ends in [redacted]. Despite trading for 20 months, I only had to provide my password twice, with the last time being three months ago. Recently, I couldn't recall my password requested 10 days ago, which has been challenging due to relocating twice, from Honolulu to New Hyde Park, New York, at the ages of 85 and 80 with my wife. I sought help from customer service but encountered difficulties.

I recently switched to a new phone and attempted to log into my Robinhood account. However, I kept receiving an error message stating that the credentials provided were incorrect. Even after changing my password and trying a different email address, I still encountered the same issue. On Thanksgiving, my account was hacked, and I needed to contact Robinhood for assistance. After calling, a person claiming to be from customer service asked for my Apple ID and led me to believe they were helping me, but they actually made unauthorized transactions totaling $[redacted]. Despite changing my password and email as advised by Robinhood, my account remains locked. They are requesting additional verification, claiming my ID is laminated when it is not. Now, they are accusing me of scamming them and threatening to close my account and hold my funds for up to 60 days. I am unable to trade and need help urgently. I want my account unlocked for trading, and I need assistance disputing the unauthorized charges on my debit card. I hope Robinhood will handle this situation with more understanding and cooperation. I'm new to Robinhood and recently encountered an issue where an unknown Chime card attempted to link to my account. Concerned, I contacted support to address the situation. I am currently experiencing difficulties in receiving my funds. I am currently residing at the Salvation Army in Dallas, Texas due to being homeless. My name is Stephen Saucier, and I have an approximate balance of $71,[redacted].00 in my account. Robinhood attempted to transfer funds to my bank account by sending three micro-deposits of approximately 20, 60, and 70 cents, which were later withdrawn. Robinhood appears to be limiting fund withdrawals by disabling the "show number" in the "transfer" function. Some accounts cannot access the transfer feature under the "cash" tab and are receiving a message that their debit card feature is discontinued. This may mislead or intentionally delay access to clients' funds. Even the "manual transfer" option does not work when entering the account and routing numbers, prompting contact with customer service that does not respond despite email assurances.
