I have a Robinhood account, but I can't log in without verifying my identity. I used to use a different phone, and now I have a new one. I find it odd that they want to verify my new number by sending a code to my old, inactive number. I'm very frustrated and would appreciate a more convenient way to resolve this security issue.

I am unable to access my Robinhood account because I no longer have my old mobile number linked to it. Last year, I tried to update my phone number by submitting the necessary documents for verification to Robinhood. Unfortunately, I never received any response from Robinhood regarding my account access.
I urgently need to update my phone number or alternatively, I would like to close my account as the current situation is causing unnecessary inconvenience. I am unable to access important documents such as my tax statements as I do not have the app installed on my phone. Despite sending my verification details to Robinhood previously, I have not received any communication from them.

I had an issue earlier where I was mistakenly charged 3 times $[redacted] instead of $[redacted] once for my investment account. The representative I spoke to assured me it would be resolved. However, I received a call from someone named Joseph claiming to be from Robinhood at [redacted]. He asked for personal information, liquidated my investments, and purchased cryptocurrency. Now, I am unable to access my account and suspect this may be a scam. I urgently need to speak with a representative. I would like to know what is the minimum amount of money needed to open an account with the necessary trading level for option spreads.
Can you provide information regarding when Robinhood might close an open spread position? For example, currently, I am short the SPY [redacted]/[redacted] Put spread at 2:40 PM Central Daylight Time with SPY trading at [redacted].85. Will Robinhood close this spread position under these conditions? I had a similar experience with Webull when the SPY closed above [redacted], resulting in a loss for me.

You sent me an email on 6/20/23 to the correct email address regarding a sweep account for cash not invested. I need that money now as I'm 79 and experiencing health issues. I don't need the stress. Please assist me.

I am struggling to reach Robinhood for assistance. They are holding approximately $4,[redacted] of my money, and I urgently need it for legal fees due to a legal dispute. Despite providing all requested and approved documents, they recently notified me that I was not approved, citing document issues. I am experiencing issues related to a product situation that occurred three months ago. I have been trying to contact Robinhood but have not received any response regarding my account. Someone unauthorized accessed my account and misappropriated the funds I invested. I have not been notified about the status of my account or how it was closed without my consent. The individual in question transferred stocks from my account to hers within your company. I am Drude Dupuy and can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] I am concerned about the discrepancies in my Robinhood investment credits. Recently, on July 14, [redacted], I noticed that my stocks like AQST, Vascular Boogenics, and DAL were not credited accurately for the after-hours gains they made. Despite filing a complaint previously, my concerns were not addressed by the Robinhood staff. I recently had to sell CREX due to a similar issue where the stock fell during normal trading hours and gained significantly after hours, yet I did not receive the correct credit. On the Robinhood website, CREX stock was credited after hours as [redacted]. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a supervisor regarding these ongoing fraudulent activities. I am having trouble accessing my Robinhood account. I cannot reach anyone for help. I have entered all my information, including my Social Security number, but it keeps looping without letting me in. I opened a Robinhood account in [redacted] with around $[redacted]. Unfortunately, I can no longer access my account, though initially, I wasn't concerned. My account was hacked. I reported it via email since I couldn't request a call due to being unable to log in. When I tried to add money to my account to buy stocks, I was prompted to upgrade the app to the latest version. After doing so and trying to log in, I was taken through a verification process and then suddenly kicked out. I attempted to call Robinhood, but upon entering my phone number, they mentioned my name and then stated my account was invalid. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate it against Robinhood, and I assure you, I will succeed.

My husband and I set up a Robinhood account a couple of years ago. He updated the account details and then couldn't log back in. Despite receiving emails asking him to log in, he can't access the account using the old login information. Since our numbers have changed, we can't use them to recover the account.
