I require assistance with accessing my account on Robinhood. The previous representative I spoke with was unhelpful in locating my compromised account. I suspect it was hacked, as I did not receive any alerts. Despite contacting the fraud team, they have not updated me on the situation. I am seeking reimbursement for the losses incurred as a result. My old account remains active, but it seems no one is acknowledging it. It appears that some individuals have tampered with my account and transferred stocks without permission. I believe there are individuals within the company able to identify my old account and restore my previous stock holdings. I need to transfer funds from my Acorns account, including my Roth IRA, in a NON-ACAT Transfer. Below is the information I found on how to proceed. I am having trouble logging into my Robinhood account no matter how many attempts I make. Although I am confident my username and password are correct, I am unable to access my account without entering a verification code. Despite selecting to receive the code via email (checking my spam folder every time) or SMS (if my phone number is updated), I never receive it. I have been attempting to update my cellphone number for weeks to resolve this frustrating issue. Robinhood requested a photo of my ID, initially asking for the front and back. After submitting these, I was then instructed to provide a live, current photo showing my face. When trying to comply with their last request, I found the link provided redirected me to the login page, creating an endless cycle as my case was closed, and I cannot contact customer service without logging in. This has been an ongoing struggle for almost two months, and I desperately need Robinhood's assistance in resolving my login problem.

Someone has used my bank account information to sign up for Robinhood without my permission, resulting in a charge of $[redacted] to my account. They mentioned that a Robinhood card is on its way to me, but I am unable to activate it because they have control of the email and password associated with the account. I am currently experiencing a series of support errors with Robinhood that have resulted in my brokerage account being wrongfully restricted. I originally reached out to them for help with fraudulent charges on my Robinhood spending debit card. Despite locking and canceling the card, contacting support, and spending hours on the phone, my brokerage account was mistakenly restricted. I have been unable to communicate with support for three days now and need urgent assistance from Robinhood. On September 1st, I reported fraudulent charges made to my spending account from India and immediately took steps to limit the impact. After contacting Robinhood support and providing my case number on September 3rd, my brokerage account was restricted instead of addressing my spending account issue. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have been met with boilerplate responses and restrictions that prevent me from accessing my funds or disputing the unauthorized charges effectively. The situation has caused frustration and financial insecurity as I am unable to transfer my funds or report the ongoing issues properly.

I transferred my small Robinhood account to Charles Schwab and was surprised by the $[redacted] transfer fee on my Robinhood account statement, which is quite a large sum for me as a retiree. I prefer the 1.5% fee I had anticipated, which would have been around $32. I reached out to the companies for assistance with the transfer, so any unexpected fees are concerning. I need that money and would like a refund for at least a portion of the fee incurred during the transfer process.

One of your customer service representatives advised me to sell most of my shares despite my intention to invite two individuals and receive a free app from them. I encountered a problem concerning my instant transfer deposit of $[redacted].00 initiated yesterday from my bank account. Upon checking my balance recently, I noticed that the money was deducted from my primary account without my awareness, which may lead to the transfer being unsuccessful due to insufficient funds. To prevent this, I need to update the debit account to another account number at the same bank. I need to transfer stock to my bank account, but I haven't received any response despite multiple calls and messages to Robinhood since November 1, [redacted]. This lack of communication has left me extremely frustrated. I would like Robinhood to reach out to me promptly, or I will consider withdrawing all my investments.
