I only have until March 31 to refer a friend for $30. I referred my husband, who opened a new Rakuten account today. Unfortunately, I forgot to click on the "referred by a friend" button before he signed up. He made a purchase of over $30 to qualify for the $30 bonus, but we both haven't received it. Should he cancel his order or his new Rakuten membership? Should I cancel my order as well? Is there a way for you to confirm he signed up today? If so, could you credit our accounts with the $30 each? He used the link I sent him but missed the referral option. We both spent more than $30 on qualifying items. Can you help me with this issue or call me back to advise on the next steps? Thank you.

My spouse was referred by me to sign up for Rakuten. He clicked the link I texted him but forgot to select "referred by a friend" and enter my email. Assuming the link was sufficient, he completed the signup, downloaded the app, set a password, and spent over $30 on qualifying items for the $30 cashback offer. I'm supposed to receive $30 for the referral. Could you assist us? We don't want to miss out as the deal ends soon! Can you credit $30 to both our Rakuten accounts today? We dedicated a lot of time dealing with logins, emails, passwords, and purchases just to qualify for this. We hope to see the $30 credited promptly. Should we cancel our orders and start over? Your help is appreciated.

I received an email about receiving a $[redacted].00 refund for a Macy's in-store purchase, but then the refund was reversed. Later, I got another email stating I would receive $8.95 cash back for a new Macy's purchase, which was also reversed. Despite providing all the necessary information, including receipts, in our email exchanges, the support team keeps redirecting me to Ebates, a service I haven't used recently. I am frustrated by the lack of clarity in this situation.

After logging onto Rakuten, I proceeded to eBay and bought a "Smart Wi-Fi Home Thermostat" on August 9, [redacted]. I realized that Rakuten didn't acknowledge my purchase. Upon checking my account, the transaction was not listed. On August 10, [redacted], I reached out to Rakuten and forwarded a copy of the eBay purchase confirmation to resolve the issue. Subsequently, I was notified that my purchase "did not qualify." However, on the Rakuten eBay page detailing qualifying categories, it clearly indicates "Smart Home Devices." I am confused as to why this Smart home thermostat was deemed ineligible. Kindly request an explanation as to why this "SMART Home Device" was excluded!

Bonjour, J'aimerais déposer une réclamation auprès de RAKUTEN avant d'envisager d'engager des poursuites contre eux. J'ai acheté un téléphone Samsung S22 Ultra NEUF le 20 juillet [redacted] et je l'ai reçu le 25 juillet. En ouvrant l'emballage, j'ai remarqué qu'une grande étiquette "DO NOT ACCEPT IF SEAL IS BROKEN" recouvrait l'étiquette d'origine de Samsung, qui était coupée. Cela signifie que le téléphone avait été ouvert alors qu'il aurait dû être neuf. J'ai contacté le vendeur et soumis plusieurs réclamations à RAKUTEN, mais le vendeur n'a pas répondu et RAKUTEN a rejeté mes réclamations en prétendant avoir vérifié le code IMEI et affirmant que le produit était neuf. Cependant, il n'y a pas de preuve que le code IMEI est celui d'origine. J'ai attendu un mois sans utiliser le téléphone en espérant une réponse satisfaisante et un dédommagement de leur part. I often shop through Rakuten and consistently see their offers, but unfortunately, I haven't received my cash back from them. When I tried to submit my purchase confirmations on the "get my cash" section of my account, it didn't work. I only noticed this issue when I planned to use the cash back for Christmas. I attempted to reach out to customer support, but I couldn't find any contact information. If I had used other cash back extensions, I might have accumulated a substantial amount for the holidays. On January 26, [redacted], I placed an order #[redacted]-[redacted] with Fanactics during a promotional offer for a free basketball. The website confirmed my qualification for the promotion and stated that I would receive the basketball within 4-6 weeks. It's been nearly 2.5 months, and the ball has not arrived. Around 2-3 weeks ago, I received an email indicating that it would be delivered soon, but it still hasn't come. I've used Rakuten multiple times due to this promotion and now feel very let down. I'm considering reaching out to the sponsoring agent, the Warriors, to express my disappointment. It's frustrating to be reminded of this experience whenever I see Rakuten online. I simply want the basketball promptly so I can bring joy to my granddaughter. I hope you address this issue and handle my complaint appropriately. My referral bonuses were revoked because my family members and I live together and use the same credit card for purchases. We all have separate cash back apps like Fetch and Upside, where we each earn our own rewards. We use the same credit card number on these apps to collect our individual cash back. It is important for my husband and daughters to receive their own cash back when they make purchases using the app. They prefer platforms that allow them to earn and spend their own rewards, even though we share an address and credit card.

About 2 days before my payment was due, my account was inexplicably closed. This is the second occurrence of this issue. Previously, I was wrongly informed about having 2 emails, which was incorrect. After resolving that matter, I have not used my Rakuten account or engaged in any activity that would warrant its closure. This delay has resulted in a significant payment overdue for a long time. My account was deactivated and suspended because it says I can only have one account per account holder, but this is the only account I have. I had one in the past, and the funds were removed with the account closure. I regularly make purchases and use coupons for my trips. I downloaded the app months later to create a new account not linked to my old one. I didn't even use a referral code. However, my account was closed again. I need to contact someone to discuss reactivating my account.

I have paid GLOAUC JAPAN for a car using their Rakuten bank account, but they never delivered the car. I have discovered that they have opened another account under a different name. I am seeking a refund for my money. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to request an immediate refund for the vehicle that I paid for six months ago. Despite numerous attempts to contact both your company and the agent, I have not received any response regarding the status of my purchase. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to escalate this issue to the Japanese authorities, Interpol, and the Japanese Embassy in Lusaka. In October of last year, Cash Cayden representing GLOAUC contacted me, and after negotiations, I made a payment of $4,[redacted].00, 60% of the total cost. The payment was acknowledged by GLOAUC on November 8, [redacted]. However, after three months without any progress, I contacted the agent who informed me that the car had failed inspection. Subsequent attempts to find a replacement vehicle or obtain a refund have been unsuccessful. I am hereby formally requesting a refund due to the failure to deliver the car within the agreed timeframe and the lack of communication regarding alternative solutions. I find Rakuten's customer service frustrating. Every quarter, I face issues with missing cash back despite always activating the Rakuten extension when making purchases. Today, I am missing $10 cash back from subscribing to Britbox. I provided the order confirmation email, but Rakuten requested more information. When I try to reply and send it again, I encounter a mail delivery error stating that the server is misconfigured. The message reads: "[redacted] 5.7.1 We do not relay m.rakuten.com." This ongoing problem with missing cash back and technical issues has become tiresome to deal with.

Hi Viki! I'm experiencing difficulty creating collections for my shows. Every time I make a collection, it disappears after refreshing. Even when I don't refresh and exit the app, the collection vanishes. I've made multiple collections in the last three days, and they have all disappeared! I am upset and disappointed with your platform. I referred five friends through my link, and they all made purchases. Initially, I was missing a $30 referral bonus. I am frustrated and disappointed with your platform. I referred eight friends through my referral link, and five completed registration and their first purchase. As of yesterday (10/24), I was missing a $30 referral bonus cash back, which I appealed for. Today (10/25), my account initially showed $[redacted].78 cash back, but now it has decreased to $78.78, missing $90 for the remaining three people. Despite successfully referring five people who completed purchases, I have only received one referral bonus, missing out on bonuses from four people. I signed up for Viki Pass Standard on October 15, [redacted], and was charged $59.00. Today, on October 28th, [redacted], I decided to upgrade to be able to download my favorite shows to my phone. I was charged $99.99 for Viki Pass Plus on my Visa. However, when I made the purchase on the website, the final price showed up as around $40 to account for my previous $59.99 payment.
