I've had my account for about 2 years and recently encountered login issues with ThatOneCocoa username. After logging out to fix game joining problems, the verification process kept looping and displaying a temporary error message. Despite re-downloading the app, the problem persisted with continuous failed attempts. It took until the next day to log back in, only to face a demanding 20-step verification process. Today, I faced the same game-joining restrictions as before. Resetting the password briefly resolved the issue, but now I am locked out again due to the faulty verification system. The excessive 20-step verification process is frustrating, and I urge the platform to address these technical difficulties promptly so I can enjoy the game without interruptions.

I have had my account for about 2 years. Recently, I faced issues logging in as I had to log out to fix a gameplay problem. However, after logging out and trying to log back in, I encountered repeated verification errors. Despite following the process correctly, I faced a temporary error message, requiring multiple attempts before gaining access to my account again. The next day, I encountered similar issues and had to go through excessive verification steps. Even after resetting my password, I continued facing login issues and found the amount of verifications required to be excessive. I urge for a fix to reduce the number of verifications needed, as I have a stable internet connection and believe there should be no reason for these persistent problems. I hope to regain access to my account smoothly and enjoy the game without further disruptions.

My account got hacked, and I'm unable to sign in again. The last game I played was "Adopt Me Gift Update." After checking my Xbox, where I linked my account, I noticed a boy avatar. When I tried to join a game, I received an error message stating that I couldn't play due to someone else using the account on a different device. I need assistance with retrieving my account. I purchased a $25 Roblox gift card for my son to use on games, hoping to get [redacted] chips. However, when he tried to use it, $23 was deducted from the card, and he couldn't access the chips we paid for. Now, there is only $2 left on the card instead of the full $25. I am seeking a refund of the $23 if my son cannot use the chips we paid for. I want to ensure he receives what we paid for. I purchased a $25.00 Roblox gift card for my son's birthday, hoping he could use it to get [redacted] chips. However, Roblox deducted the money from the card, leaving my son unable to access the chips. I still have the card, and I'm disappointed that my son didn't receive what I paid for. Hi, I'm Insomniac Mob. While playing Lumber Tycoon 2, a player asked me for an axe, and when I stepped out of my base to give it to them, my entire base disappeared. When I tried to reload the game, I found myself reset with only one square of land. I had purchased a lot of land, had various axes, over a million dollars, received gifts from another player, and was setting up different wood sections in my base. Losing all this progress would be devastating as I've invested a lot of time into the game. I hope for assistance in resolving this issue. Thanks 😢😪

This resulted in a significant loss of items totaling thousands of robux. The user who acquired these items has had their account deleted, and I have not received any reimbursement or return of the items. I am truly disappointed by this situation, especially in a platform like Roblox that caters to a younger audience. I urgently need your prompt attention to this matter, as I am considering further action if a resolution is not provided. I kindly request two things: 1. A way to permanently disable trades on my account to protect my assets. 2. The return or refund of the items that were taken. You should be able to verify the transactions through your system logs, showing that I did not authorize them. Hello, my username is nephophobic and unfortunately, I was hacked by MCPEOnyc. He promised to help me with getting a shirt, one that I don't know how to download or create. The shirt had offensive language on it. He tricked me into giving him my password by pretending to be my friend. He spent [redacted] robux on something foolish, logged me out, and altered my profile with a self-promoting message. He also set a pin to prevent me from fixing it. When questioned, he responded with a disrespectful answer in his own profile. I am upset and frustrated by this incident. I seek help to reveal the pin, report his account for suspension, and request a refund of my robux. It seems he has a history of these actions, which concerns me for his friends' safety. To the Roblox team, I am writing as a concerned mother (account: [redacted]) regarding my daughter, who goes by the username [barbbie123456], and an incident that occurred in "Welcome to Bloxburg." She was threatened by a Brazilian boy with the nickname [otaviogamer…[redacted]] (the exact numbers are uncertain). Despite reporting him for bullying, which was mild compared to the severe threats directed at my daughter and witnessed by me in the chat, I am deeply troubled. The boy, writing in Portuguese/Brazilian, menaced my daughter and our family, claiming to have the ability to track us down and harm us. He even boasted about having a group of hackers at his disposal to compromise my daughter's account. This behavior is abhorrent, and my daughter is understandably terrified. I urge you to take appropriate action, such as temporarily blocking him, given our current limitations to address this issue legally. Hello! Recently, I attempted to verify my phone number on Roblox under the username XxKawaiiKat5647xX. Due to a service outage, the verification text was not sent initially. After multiple attempts, when I finally received the code, I was unable to enter it since I was not on the correct page. Upon re-entering my information and trying to add my phone number again, I encountered an error message stating "too many attempts. Please try again later." Despite waiting a couple of hours and attempting various troubleshooting steps like restarting my browser and computer, as well as clearing my cookies, the issue persists. It has been over 4 hours now, and I am still unable to verify my phone number. I suspect this might be a glitch. Hello! I go by the username Emperor_Glorious on my account with the email ****************.com. Recently, someone impersonating a ROBLOX moderator contacted me regarding my limiteds, requesting proof of ownership due to their increased value. Following their instructions to enable 2-step verification, I found myself locked out of my account upon doing so. Despite being logged in on my phone, I disabled 2-step verification and regained access, changing my password immediately. However, during this time, the individual named Kudara swiftly traded away my limiteds such as Blizzard Beastmode, Radioactive Beastmode, Adurite Antlers, Legit Fedora, and more to an account named "accstorage1." I have tirelessly sought the Blizzard Beastmode for three years, only to obtain it briefly before losing it. I can provide evidence of the trades and the impersonation by Kudara, who referenced a supposed ROBLOX moderator named Kayla Cordula. I earnestly request assistance in retrieving my 55k+ worth of items either through a rollback or a ban on the perpetrator. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. In the Boku no Hero Academia game, someone was pretending to give away money in exchange for friend requests. They led me to an Obby in the game and asked for my password, which I knew was a scam. I promptly reported them, but later found out my account was deleted. I posted a video on YouTube under the name Music Dash, titled "Music Dash stick fight", explaining the situation. I also had an admin account in Natsu World Of Wonder, which was falsely linked to a scam. The original account was Natsu2nd, but now I had to create a new one, Natsu5th. While playing Trade Hangout, a user named ScarySpartan promised me [redacted] Robux in exchange for assistance. He requested my Discord, where he directed me to manipulate game files through Inspect Element. After following his instructions, I lost valuable limited items, including Sinister Branches, Super Happy Face, Sapphire Crystal Circlet, and Sailing Hat. Despite not changing my password, he blocked me and quickly traded the items. I have evidence, including screenshots, and observed the traded items in ScarySpartan's inventory. Notably, he claimed to be a scripter and a seasoned user of nine years. My username is MixedFeelingsss.

I have had an account on Roblox since [redacted]. Recently, when I tried to log in, it kept saying "invalid username or password." I tried changing my password multiple times to no avail. Strangely, when I checked from another account that I'm friends with, my account is still there and looks fine. I have even spent money on this account for Robux. A few years back, while I was using ROBLOX, my account's email and password were altered without my knowledge. It seems another person accessed my account, tampered with my login credentials, and possibly changed my email. I had modified my password previously as I couldn't recall the original one and had safely stored the new one. Recently, when I tried to log in, my new password didn't work, and to my surprise, my ROBLOX avatar was different. Given the significant sum I invested in my account, I'm eager to regain access.
