Hello, my name is Mansor, and my Roblox username is MANSOR12312. I have purchased $[redacted] worth of Robux twice or more using my mobile, which should give me 15k Robux with the Builder Club. However, now the amount I can purchase on mobile is only 11k, even with the Builder Club. I make purchases through my region's SIM service in Saudi Arabia called SAWA because I do not have a Visa or credit card from my region. I understand if you have reduced the purchase limit to prevent errors or bugs due to multiple purchases, but I kindly request you to increase the amount back to the original limit. My friend recently experienced a hacking incident while playing Jailbreak. After accepting a friend request from a player called Pinecone_unicorn, it led to a scam game where she was asked to perform parkour and input her username and password to redeem ROBUX. Following this, she had difficulty logging back in and sought help online. Please assist my friend as I miss playing with her. Today, on July 15th, [redacted], I was finally able to log back into my Roblox account after struggling with a password issue. Upon logging in, I noticed that my avatar was wearing clothing that I did not purchase. Despite my initial confusion, I decided to play a game of Bloxburg. After about 30 minutes of gameplay, I took a short break and when I returned after 15-20 minutes, I encountered an error message (Error Code: [redacted]) prompting me to check my internet connection. Even after reconnecting as instructed, the issue persisted across various games, despite confirming my computer and internet were working fine. I reached out to my friends who also play Roblox, and they didn't experience the same problem. I'm unsure of what's causing this recurring issue, and any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I used to have an account named cutebunny8582 with a good amount of Robux. I had bought [redacted] Robux and now only have [redacted] remaining. After kindly asking them to stop, they refused. Another player, Lion_dude12123, also joined me in requesting them to cease, but they persisted. One user even went as far as telling us to "Go die in a hole," with the username emilyegg2612. To prevent further incidents and protect younger members of the community, I urge you to address this issue with the users emilyegg2612, Mariah142 (who apologized later), and Drama_Llama009. In regards to the hacked account "globpoops," I will provide a detailed account of what occurred since I cannot reach my friend currently. This incident took place some time ago, likely in the winter or fall of this year, during the evening. I joined my friend who was upset while playing "Adopt Me!" I located her in the game and discovered that her account "globpoops" was present. Initially, I assumed she was in a dispute with her cousin, whose account is named "globpoops2," yet upon closer inspection, I realized it was not her cousin's account as it lacked the "2" at the end of the name. Upon inquiring, she explained that a person named Naomi 65, whom she had friended, was hacking her account. Since then, she has been unable to regain access to her account. Hello, I submitted a ticket (Ticket number: [redacted]1) concerning my son's login issues. Despite him entering the correct password, he can't access the account. When setting up the account, there was no valid email provided, and I can't remember adding mine either.
Attempts to reset the password failed as the email is not verified on the account. I received a reply to retry the password reset tool, which I've already done. I was also asked to confirm the account holder's email, which I can't do as my son set it up and is unsure if he added an email.
To verify ownership, I can provide the billing address, details of when I started paying for Builders Club, and the PayPal email used for purchases ([redacted]). I started paying for classic Builders Club around 5th-7th July. My son has maxed out his group joins and recently left some to join more. His avatar had a multicolored llama on its head for a long time.
These details should suffice to prove I'm the parent and request a password reset sent to my email. We just want to access the account without this hassle. I am reaching out regarding my account that may have been banned. Today, July 17, [redacted], I took a break from other activities and wanted to play on Roblox. However, when I logged in with my account, GojiraFan_09, I was greeted with a message saying “No Internet Connection”. I checked my WiFi connection and refreshed several times but still faced the same issue. Upon accessing my profile, it displayed “Account Terminated”. Shocked, I contacted my brother to discuss it. We are certain that no hacking activities were involved in my account. If my account remains banned, I will have to create a new one, making it the fifth account. I have invested a significant amount of money in the game, and it would be disappointing to lose it all. Kindly consider unbanning my account.

I attempted to acquire Robux online from individuals, which turned out to be a bad decision. A person approached me offering Robux, and eager to obtain them, I agreed. He asked me to join his game, so I did. Once in the game, he thanked me, and suddenly I was kicked out of Roblox. When I tried to log back in, my saved password didn't work. I suspected that I was hacked. I had my sister check on her phone, and when I logged in, the guy had gone offline and I was mysteriously logged out. I have invested a considerable amount of money and reached high levels in games on Roblox. I kindly request assistance in reclaiming my account.

Yesterday, I purchased Robux for my daughter to enjoy, but today she complained that someone had taken some of them. Looking at her Transactions log, I saw a shirt listed for [redacted] Robux. I am unable to access my account on Roblox using my Chromebook. Regarding my previous post, I want to bring to your attention the issue of a hacker named Crimson_V3NOM in Roblox. He has been causing trouble by exploiting the game in Super Power Training Simulator and intimidating players like GeneralCarnage666. He claims immunity to bans due to a paid exploit. I urge Roblox to address this hacker problem promptly to maintain the integrity of the game. Implementing measures like kicking out hackers from the game (except for legit admins) would vastly improve the gaming experience for everyone. While I personally doubt any direct threat from Crimson, taking actions such as a temporary or permanent ban would prevent further disruptions. I think I created this account in [redacted]. The account name is deeadiy (with an uppercase i to appear as deeadLy). I shared my password with my boyfriend, and shortly after, he changed it, locking me out. Despite denying access, he continued to use items I purchased. I can provide my previous PayPal details and evidence of ownership. I communicated with the alleged hacker named Alex, who shared a new Discord account but never responded. I suspect my boyfriend is behind this and wish to regain control of my account.

Hello Roblox team, I'm a dedicated fan of your game, and at 11 years old, please excuse any spelling errors. I spend a lot of time playing Roblox under the account name Real_IoPlayz. Recently, I've been helping my friend with the account XxMighty_DemonxX as he's unwell. I encountered a problem trying to access my account peacefully. Only Noa was able to log in successfully. I managed to regain access after pleading for help, but I now want to secure my account by changing the email and password to mine. Unfortunately, my friend was able to regain access and change the password in the past, even with two-step verification in place. I believe "UNICORNSWEET090" should be banned from Bloxburg. While playing, they asked to be friends, and when I accepted, I got kicked off my account. Later, I received a message asking me to reset my password, which I did not initiate. After trying to log in and failing, I checked through my sister's account and saw "UNICORNSWEET090" in my house, claiming ownership. Despite providing my phone number and email for help, I have received no response from support. Thank you.

While playing Bloxburg, as I was near Pizza Planet, I encountered another player, sistersquad1234. This person initiated a conversation, but suddenly my in-game money dropped from 78k to 0. They claimed to have hacked me, taking all my Bloxburg funds. Promising to return the money and triple it as an apology, they lingered briefly before exiting the game, leaving with my currency.

As a parent of two children with Builders Club, I have noticed a continuous reduction in the amount of Robux they receive for the prices I pay. Working hard for my income, I already spend a lot on the game. If the amounts for $4.99 and $9.99 packages keep decreasing, I will ban the game in my household and remove Builders Club. The previous rates of 1,[redacted] Robux for $9.99 and [redacted] Robux for $4.99 were fair, but now they have been reduced to [redacted] and [redacted] respectively. Any further decreases will result in us no longer using the service. Many parents I've spoken to have also complained. Please return the Robux amounts to their previous levels before you lose a lot of your customer base – parents who fund the game. It's important to consider our contributions. Please reconsider your pricing strategy.
