I'm having an issue with my Robux disappearing. My dad purchased [redacted] Robux for me, and after using [redacted] of them, the next day when I logged back in, all the Robux were gone. I checked my purchase history, but there were no new transactions listed, except for the ones from the day before. A similar thing happened when my dad got me [redacted] Robux last week. After purchasing some items, I was left with 30 Robux. The next day, those were gone too, with no new purchases showing up in my history. I'm unsure if it's a game glitch or a problem with my account since it's older. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello Roblox Support, I have been unable to access my account, Cytay, due to forgetting the password. I previously tried to recover the account by providing a redeem card, which I do not have. However, to prove my ownership of the account, I can provide some specific details. The email associated with the account could be something like SherriMcCandless@hotmail. The last remembered passwords were either Tyler123 or Cytay123. Before Cytay, my username was Skythekidrs376, and I also had a Skythekidrs375 account with the password possibly being Fluffy. In terms of gameplay, I enjoyed Twisted Murderer previously but now focus on playing Robeats and Murder 15. I often interacted with a user named "Joomis" during my time on Roblox. I have redeemed several cards, mostly $15 ones from Walmart or Gamestop, with occasional $25 ones. Approximately 2-3 years ago, I redeemed a card almost every Thursday. I value my account, and I hope you can assist me in regaining access. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your advice on the next steps.

Hello. I am writing on behalf of my daughter's character "night2033". She was scammed in the "Adopt Me" game on July 23rd by a user she cannot remember but is traceable through your chat logs. She was tricked into giving away a legendary dragon named DARK girl, a legendary unicorn cycle, and an uncommon fenec fox named Luna in exchange for a Ride Dragon. However, after the trade, the other user refused to reciprocate and left the server. I would appreciate your assistance in recovering the items that were wrongly taken from her. Thank you.

While playing Bloxburg, I encountered two guests at my hotel who refused to pay for their room. Despite my request for payment, they left without settling their bill. Later, they returned, offering me only one dollar as payment, which I declined. When they reappeared on the server, they once again failed to pay, taunting me when I demanded my dues. Frustrated by their behavior, I wish for action to be taken against the users kawaii_kunicorn636 and GOLDENBOOTGOLDEN, who owe me money and are causing disruption in the game. My Roblox username is LIA_FOREVER13, and I hope that reporting such incidents will lead to appropriate consequences.

My account, opmaster7892, has recently been hacked. I have submitted several requests to reset my password back to 'opmaster'. It might sound silly, but my account was randomly hacked, and I'm not sure why this happened. Around 4 to 5 months ago, I wanted to share an experience I had at Club Insanity where I met a player with the username GunFui. We chatted in-game, and after we logged out, GunFui messaged me offering free BC. I declined as it seemed suspicious. The next day, I discovered three of my limited items were missing, replaced by Builder's Club. Upon investigating my completed trades, I found a transaction with a user named "BrodyPkmn" involving my rare items. Although BrodyPkmn's account is banned, I suspect they transferred the items to an alternate account who then traded them to GunFui or another player. It's frustrating that despite investing Robux purchased with real money, I fell victim to this scam. I urge Roblox to assist in restoring my items, even if evidence is scarce. My Roblox account is under the username nicoyetti.

I recently experienced an issue with my account due to a changed phone number, leading to a ban that was lifted but now prevents me from logging in. I am unable to reset my password as it requires my old phone number that is no longer in service. My new number is not linked to the account. I am asking for assistance from the Roblox staff to address this matter as I suspect my account may have been compromised. Attempts to reset the password through Gmail have been unsuccessful, possibly due to the changed phone number. Your help in resolving this problem is greatly appreciated.

I changed the account to "MollylikesBTS" to prevent "olivia1902" from accessing my daughter's account. Please rectify this issue as my daughter's current account is "MollylikesBTS," not "BirthdayPartyxo." I have taken steps to secure the account by changing the password, username, purchasing [redacted] robux, and updating the associated email address. I am having trouble logging into my account "xenera" as my password does not seem to work and I am unsure if it was changed. The email linked to the account belongs to my cousin, who set it up initially and can't recall the details. This has left me unable to access my account and I have lost all my purchase history. I also noticed that when logged in on my old iPhone *, the gameplay is slow and laggy, making it difficult to use. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resetting my password to the previous one or providing access to the email associated with the account so I can log in on my new phone and continue playing games without issues.

I was scammed by a user named MopTheFloorMaid in Roblox Adopt Me. She promised me legendary neon pets in exchange for my rideable full-grown unicorn, rideable giraffe, griffin, and an elephant. She tricked me by pretending to work with another user who claimed to have lollipops she wanted. I trusted them and gave all my pets to that person, who then handed them over to MopTheFloorMaid. I am devastated and hope for help to retrieve my belongings. MopTheFloorMaid needs to be banned. My username is Nadiac224.

I recently bought two Robux cards within the past week. After redeeming the first card and obtaining [redacted] Robux, I tried purchasing an item from the catalog for 95 Robux. However, upon proceeding with the purchase, my Robux disappeared, and the transaction history showed an unauthorized VIP place bought for [redacted] Robux. With the second card, I received [redacted] Robux, used some of them, and then discovered [redacted] Robux remaining. After playing a game and returning later, my Robux count had decreased again. The transaction log revealed an unapproved purchase of a VIP server. I did not authorize either of these VIP-related transactions. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue promptly. My son has been using his tablet to buy subscriptions we can't afford monthly. While exploring settings, I accidentally clicked on the account pin option and now I can't recall setting one up. It seems I didn't create one when I enabled the feature. I understand the typical solution would be to contact Roblox for a pin reset, but I face a unique challenge. My parents, busy with work, are unable to assist and my account is linked to my dad's email address - not mine. If I email Roblox, they might doubt my identity as I can't use my dad's email. Hello Roblox support team, I am reaching out about my account "Maha619" which was compromised by my friend "specaculagirl123." The situation unfolded after my friends had a falling out, and I attempted to reconcile them. Unfortunately, "specaculagirl123" suggested swapping accounts for a day, and I, regrettably, shared my password. The next day, when trying to log in, my password no longer worked. Upon investigation with my brother, we discovered that my friend had taken over my account, deleting property in Welcome to Bloxburg. Despite pleas to stop, she continued and then unfriended my brother. I did not link a parental email or phone number to the account, but the phone number associated with Robux purchases belongs to my brother's friend. Upon attempting to unlink a Roblox account from my Xbox One and logging in with a different account, an error message ([redacted]) stating the account is already linked persists. Despite signing out, reinstalling, and trying to link the Roblox profile to a different Xbox account, the issue persists. I have been forced to use the linked account, but I am frustrated, as I have had the other account for many years.

I encountered a player named Katuraw who repeatedly attacked me and my zombies in the game, even though I am new and unfamiliar with the gameplay. The situation escalated as my friend G joined, and the same behavior was directed towards them as well. Our attempts to communicate through chat were met with continued aggression. It seems like there may be underlying issues with this player, as their actions feel unfair and disruptive to the gaming experience for everyone involved. While playing Strucid, I noticed some unusual activity in the kill feed. One player was consistently getting significantly higher scores than others and appeared to be exploiting. Upon further investigation, I communicated with them via Discord, where they behaved aggressively and attempted to send a suspicious link. They mentioned using "Synapse," a paid script executor, suggesting they may be utilizing unfair advantages in the game. I don't have direct proof of their exploitation but recorded the conversation for reference. The username involved seemed to be "fozilla_mirefox." I urge the game creator to look into this matter, potentially tracing their IP address for further action. I have shared a video of the exchange for more insight. My daughter's account got hacked, and now we can't access it. Her username is princess_lexi009, and we live in Washington state, USA. She was lured into a game on Roblox named Free R Admin, promising free robux after entering her password to verify her identity. Unfortunately, she fell for it, and shortly after, she was locked out of her account. Despite numerous attempts to reset the password through email and phone verification, we never received the necessary information to regain access.
