Blue_b1iss and I were unfortunately hacked by someone named jc_bloxy. I decided to confront her in a server after she hacked my friend's account. She demanded my friend's new account in exchange for returning the original one, which was odd. Once Blue was back on her account, we discussed changing our passwords. However, jc_bloxy managed to log into my account, used my robux, and demanded [redacted] robux for her other account, unicorn_082207. We agreed to split the payment, but only mine went through. She then deleted my Bloxburg home, took my money, and pressured me to redo her home for the password change. I did as she asked, but she didn't uphold her end of the bargain, leaving me locked out of my account currently.

On June 11th, a friend recommended a game to me, (Claim here!), to try. After playing and providing my information, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account four hours later. Suspecting foul play, my friend (lighthousegirl11) helped me investigate by joining the games played by the mysterious user, Surrrp, who had taken over my account. By comparing answers given by Surrrp to questions only I would know, it became clear to my friend that it wasn't me operating the account. Convinced of a security breach, I guided my friend to observe Surrrp's actions in (Claim here!) leading to the discovery of an unknown user, PrincessArbery, controlling my account. This user had altered my profile picture, groups joined, friends, followers, and even had me follow PrincessArbery's group, (Spread Love and Goods). Further suspicions arose when PrincessArbery revealed (Claim here!) as her favorite game, the same game operated by (RblxMan2019), suggesting a possible connection between them as siblings. The situation is concerning as PrincessArbery continues to use my account for her gameplay while I am at risk of losing control.

While playing Vehicle Simulator, I came across a player named bat1433 who made discriminatory comments about gay and bisexual individuals. Despite being unsettled by his remarks, he promptly left the game when I mentioned reporting him. I managed to capture screenshots of his offensive statements and would like to share them with the appropriate authorities to address this behavior.

I encountered a bug with the avatar that prevented me from adding clothes or hats. When I logged out to address this, I faced an issue with the 6-digit verification code upon logging back in, despite just being logged in. Initially frustrated, I then realized I was using a different Gmail account (My mom's) and corrected it. However, the emails with the codes had expired by then. I attempted to resend the code multiple times, but it did not arrive even after waiting for about 5 minutes. I believe that once someone logs out, there should be no need for immediate verification upon logging back in, as any suspicious activity can be reported by users. I trust that Roblox will address and resolve this issue promptly.

I am very concerned about my daughter's situation with her Roblox account. She informed me that she's unable to log in as she suspects she has been hacked, possibly resulting in a password change. Her username is KayseaAlexander. My frustration stems from the fact that I have invested a significant amount of money in the game to provide her with necessary items and passes. A person I played with offered to buy me [redacted] Robux, and after agreeing, they added a PIN to my account, changed the email, and now they have control over my account. I cannot remove the PIN because I do not know it. I have a customer ticket number, [redacted]4, but I am unsure of what steps to take next. This situation is causing me a lot of stress. When I was around 7 years old, I used to have a significant amount of Robux. Looking back, I realized how naive and foolish I was. I fell for scams promising free Robux in exchange for my login details. I gave my password to multiple fake games, not understanding the risks of hacking. Eventually, I got hacked and lost access to my old account named "Pandalover1854." My dad tried to help by resetting the password, but it was too late. I was devastated and regretful for being so greedy. Since then, I've created a new account, "Jtonio006," where I've been more cautious and grateful for the Robux I have. While I've moved on, I still miss my old account and wish there was a way to retrieve it, though I understand if it's impossible.

I have already submitted a report, and my mother has done the same. I am anxious to regain access to my account as it contains Robux, and I am concerned about the hacker's activities. I fell for a password scam in a game promising Robux, but I have learned my lesson. Please investigate my account promptly. My mother has already contacted you and received a response. She simply requests removal of the hacker. Thank you, Roblox. I assure you that I did not willingly give out my password for Robux. My account was hacked, and I urgently need to recover it. I have invested a significant amount of money into this account. One day, a friend sent me a link to a game promising free robux. Excited to make my first real Roblox YouTube video critiquing the game, I logged in to check it out. However, I got distracted and left the game for a while. I no longer care about resetting the password; please delete the account and issue warnings to "StefanoLevsque" and "TheRailGod." The situation occurred because I shared my password to play Dungeon Quest, but he then changed it and removed my email, preventing me from logging in. I suggest implementing a system that requires email confirmation for any changes to prevent unauthorized access. I understand my mistake and hope this issue is addressed. Hello, I recently participated in Trade Hangout, and a user named sdawg offered me a trade for my Perfectly Legitimate Business Hat. He claimed to be giving me around 10,[redacted] RAP for it, with two separate trades. After accepting both trades as requested, I realized that I only received his Egg of Verticality in my inventory, not the promised items. I am unsure if this was a technical issue or if sdawg was involved in fraudulent activity. I am 11 years old and my main Roblox account, showtimeBrazil, was hacked after a hacker added a 4-digit code which prevented me from changing the email. I attempted to reset the password from my email, [redacted], but due to a Yahoo database error, I was logged out and later found my email deactivated. The original email associated with the account, [redacted], belonged to my brother whose phone broke. The linked Roblox accounts were itsmebrazil279279, Saskiller124 (banned for unauthorized purchases), and showtimeBrazil under [redacted] I can verify my ownership through my YouTube channel, Saskiller124, with the password mlgsaslol. The username on the Roblox account was showtimeBrazil with the password "RainingTacos." I have contacted Roblox support multiple times and appeal to have my account restored.

Yesterday, I made two trades with djblendbrother. He promised to give me a Perfectly Legitimate Business Hat if I gave him all my items. I accepted the first trade with four of my items, then the second trade with one item and the hat. After accepting both, I informed him, but then realized I had been blocked. The first trade went through, but the second one did not as I was blocked while it was processing.

My account was compromised recently. While playing 'the trade hangout', I was approached by a user named Designeratfinest who asked me to model for him. After connecting on Discord, he guided me through a process on the developer page using Chrome, ultimately tricking me into giving access. Within moments, another account (XAdrianExtreme) traded all my valuable items, including a precious face, in exchange for minimal items. This resulted in a considerable loss. Additionally, a scam attempt involving a donation occurred simultaneously. The user on Discord, Prodigy#[redacted], repeatedly requested my password. My priority is to recover my lost items as this is the second time my account has been compromised.

I saved up [redacted] Robux and decided to buy a flying carpet for [redacted] Robux in the game RainBow Obby. After purchasing it, I had [redacted] Robux left. However, when I tried to use the flying carpet in the game, it didn't work. In frustration, I then spent the remaining [redacted] Robux on a floating cloud item. When I returned to the game later, both items I purchased were missing. I'm disappointed and upset about wasting money, as the flying carpet didn't function and now my purchases are gone. I would like a refund as I feel let down by the site. Thank you for your attention.

I have been experiencing unauthorized access to my account. Despite several attempts to regain control, the hacker has changed my information, deleted friends, and added their own. I suspect it might be someone who previously hacked me based on the similarities in the changes they made. My account is under the username lillyrainbow14, and the suspected hacker's account is cool400jeffy20. They have also blocked multiple friends. A friend mentioned the hacker claimed to be using their sister's account, but I believe this to be false. I have had this account for two years and have exhausted all efforts to recover it. I will attempt to contact you over the phone to further address this issue.

My Roblox account under the username Chanyia19 was hacked by a user named TIKTOK_ACE. I regret giving out my password when she asked for it, falling victim to a scam. It seems my account information has been altered, preventing me from resetting my password. Despite my attempts to reach out to Roblox, I have not received any assistance. I am frustrated because I have invested a significant amount of money into this app, only to face this situation. Although I understand my mistake, I am disappointed by the lack of support from the customer service team in helping me regain access to my account. I plan to contact Roblox during business hours and will consider legal action if my issue is not addressed promptly by both the company and the user responsible for the hack.

I received a warning about scamming others with my username iiOmq_Stormyz, which is inaccurate. The situation arose when I made what seemed like an "offensive" remark, but it was intended as a joke. It's puzzling to be accused of scamming when it's not in my nature. The actual culprit, WhiteM4, created a deceptive place promising free robux in exchange for passwords. Even WhiteM4's sister totallynotkeita, who claimed to be a hacker, pressured me to comply. My comment about being in the right place to get scammed was a reference to WhiteM4's deceitful scheme, where those following the instructions risked being hacked. Furthermore, WhiteM4 went as far as issuing death threats against my sister and me, threatening to trace and harm us if he faced consequences. I have evidence, including screenshots, to support these claims, if needed. Thank you.

I would like to request a refund of my Robux. Recently, an individual claiming that his dad works at Roblox Corporation asked for my password. Though I declined, he managed to hack into my account and took my [redacted] Robux. This person then used my account to make a scamming game and spent the Robux on game passes for "Tower of Hell." It is concerning that this incident occurred, especially the misuse of my Robux. I am hoping to have the Robux restored to my account. The individual responsible for this should face a 30-day ban to prevent further issues.

Hello, I noticed that two-step verification was enabled for my son's account under the username LIONLION444. On June 15th, I received an email regarding a 6-digit security code, but I did not receive the email with the security code. Every time I enter my Visa card details and try to complete a purchase, an English message prompts me to enter a deposit of less than $1 to unlock the payment, without further details specified. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue so I can once again purchase Robux. Thank you.
