Good morning, I would like to report an issue regarding my daughter's Roblox account, which is uncorinlovergirl. On 9/4/[redacted], £11.79 was taken from my account by Roblox. After reporting this to my bank, on 29/05/[redacted], another £37.59 was withdrawn by Roblox without my authorization. The bank advised me that these transactions could not occur for another two weeks, yet they have been taken already. This seems fraudulent as my daughter is under 11 and plays Roblox casually on the free version. Removing funds without permission from parents is concerning, and I demand a refund to avoid further complications. The account number ends in [redacted], and the transactions on my statement show Roblox.com at [redacted]. Please rectify this promptly as I am considering closing my account due to these unauthorized charges. Additionally, my daughter continues to receive emails from Roblox even after the account was deleted, which raises questions about their practices with underage children.

My account was hacked, and the password was changed while the username remained the same. The hacker used offensive language and harassed my 8-year-old daughter when she questioned why the account was taken over. Upon reviewing the messages, they were disturbing. I kindly request to block or delete this unauthorized person from accessing my account. My daughter still uses her username with a different password but can see that the hacker is still active. The hacker took the username "victoria pop12" and changed the password from "queen123" claiming to be a boy. My bank account information is also at risk and needs to be removed. My son's Roblox account was stolen. While playing a game, someone named diybiggerhead1 promised to add Robux to the account if my son shared his password. Unfortunately, my 8-year-old fell for it. The person changed the password and now my son can't access his account. Please assist in recovering his account named robloxrox7777. My sibling used my Roblox account to play Welcome To Bloxburg. They were approached by someone offering Robux. After sharing that it was my account, the person suggested surprising me with the Robux without asking permission first. Unfortunately, my brother then shared my Facebook details and email password, leading to my account being compromised. I discovered this when I tried to log in and was unable to. I have a single password for all my accounts. I attempted to reset the password but couldn't access the recovery email linked to the account. My friend's account was hacked and the hacker sent me a suspicious link pretending to offer more robux. Without entering my password, somehow the hacker gained access to my account, MonicaBlue3. I am frustrated because I did not give any information to enable this hack. Despite my efforts to seek help and regain access to my account, I have not received any assistance. I fear the hacker has also changed my password and possibly verified the account. I urge Roblox to help me regain control of my account, MonicaBlue3, as I have invested a significant amount of robux in it. My friend's account was hacked by someone who sent a link for more Robux. Despite not entering my password in the game, somehow the hacker gained access to my account, MonicaBlue*. I created a new account Monicablue* due to this. I forgot to verify my account, and now I am unable to reset my password or regain access. I have been seeking assistance for a week but haven't received help. I am frustrated by not being able to retrieve my account, especially since I have spent a lot of Robux on it. I hope Roblox can assist me in recovering my account, as the hacker has changed my password, making it impossible for me to access it. My bank card was used by my son to make purchases on your website totaling $[redacted].36 between June 2-4, [redacted]. I am disappointed that these transactions were allowed to go through. Jasmine and I enjoy playing ROBLOX together daily through FaceTime. This morning, while playing our favorite game "Spanish Hotel Empire," we noticed some strange occurrences. There were floating heads all over the place, our modern hotels were empty, and our in-game money had decreased significantly. Jasmine also had trouble with her hotel, unable to retrieve the original one she purchased. To check if it was a game-specific issue, we tried other games like "Death Run" and "Work at a Pizza Place," but the problems persisted. I recently lost access to my ROBLOX account a few days ago. When I discovered the issue, I noticed that two-step verification had been turned off while I was sleeping. I tried to log in to play a game before work, but found out I was logged out and my email had been changed. After reaching out to ROBLOX support numerous times since Wednesday, I was informed that I needed the first email ever linked to my account, which happened to be my mom's old college email that she no longer has access to. The support team provided me with an unfamiliar email address on the fourth attempt, which didn't help either.
