Hello everyone, I am writing today under the username monsterhunter30000 to share a situation that brought me to tears. I recently experienced a hacking incident due to a weak password on my account. Fortunately, my email was linked to the account, but unfortunately, I remained unaware for a few months as the hacker accessed my profile. Upon receiving an email notification of the password change, I swiftly updated my password to a stronger one and implemented 2-step verification. Upon checking my account, I immediately noticed discrepancies in my Robux balance, with a drastic increase from 14 to [redacted] Robux. This alerted me to potential issues with my inventory, particularly missing limited and unique items, likely due to activities in trade hangouts. I later discovered that my RAP and worth on Rbx.rocks had significantly decreased from 88,[redacted] to [redacted] and then to 0. Concerned about these losses, I reached out to my parents who advised me to contact support. I am now seeking assistance in recovering some items as compensation for the losses incurred. My account is "dantemaycry1234," and I was tricked by someone who promised to give me Robux. I admit it was a mistake, as I'm new to playing Roblox. I've already reached out about this issue before. I submitted a request yesterday, but I fell asleep and missed your response. I understand now that you expect faster replies, but I was asleep at that time. Please help me with this issue. Dear company, I have noticed that unauthorized fees have been charged to my credit cards, Paypal, and personal checking account over the past year. Despite efforts to clean my devices and install virus protection, these charges persist as soon as I activate a credit card. As a single 36-year-old individual, I am frustrated with this online theft and the need to repeatedly cancel credit cards and change account numbers. I have attempted to address this over the phone with no success, so I am formally requesting that you cease billing any of my accounts immediately. My son accessed my PayPal account and spent about $[redacted] on Robux. Can I request a refund for the latest purchase of $49.99? My bank account is currently frozen due to these transactions. I hope for your assistance as a regular Robux customer. If I can't get this refund, I might have to restrict my son's access to the game. We are experiencing financial strain, and these purchases have impacted my son's upcoming birthday celebration. While playing Trade Hangout, someone named OtenLami15 offered me 100k Robux. I agreed sarcastically and friended him. He sent me a link to a "free Robux" game where the game's creator joined shortly after. I unknowingly entered my real password, got kicked out of the game, and found my Roblox account compromised. When trying to log in as NinjaSlicer3500, I received an error message, causing me distress. Discovering my account was online and altered by OtenLami15, with my Builders Club membership linked to my mom's payment, added to my worries.

I received an email from PayPal stating a payment of £92.99 GBP was sent to ROBLOX Corporation without our authorization. We are not familiar with ROBLOX and did not make this transaction. PayPal is currently investigating this issue, and I demand a full refund and an explanation regarding this unauthorized deduction. I plan to involve legal authorities in this matter if necessary. PayPal is currently investigating unauthorized transactions from my account involving ROBLOX. We do not use ROBLOX and have no knowledge of these transactions. I am seeking a full refund and a detailed explanation. I have also notified my legal team regarding this issue. I insist on a response via email for further action. I am seeking a full refund for unauthorized charges made multiple times to my PayPal account. I recently discovered transactions to ROBLOX that we did not authorize. We do not use ROBLOX and are unsure how this occurred. PayPal is currently investigating the matter. I suspect my account has been compromised, and I believe only you can assist. The individual who gained unauthorized access altered my email, pin, and other details, leaving me locked out. Today, I mistakenly purchased $50 worth of Robux on my alternate account instead of my main one, causing me to feel disappointed. I am aware of the option to get Builder's Club, but currently, I cannot afford it. My main account is gamercrs31, and the alternate account is KiarraBdumb48, which I created as a joke with my friends. I am hopeful that you can transfer the [redacted] Robux to my main account. I plan to link both accounts to the same email address eventually to resolve this issue. I acknowledge the no refund policy but believe in this situation it should be possible to transfer the Robux, as I haven't used them on the alternate account. Hello Roblox Team, I am a developer who has noticed three major problems while searching for audio on the platform. 1. There are multiple songs uploaded under the same name as sound effects, causing confusion in search results with repeated uploads. 2. The abbreviation "SFX" is censored in the search bar, making it difficult to find specific sound effects. Unclear why this is necessary. 3. Older models with sound effects had their sound IDs replaced with pirated songs, creating issues for developers trying to update their creations. I urge you to reconsider constant game updates that seem to be causing more problems than improvements. It would be helpful to address these issues to enhance the user experience. Thank you.

I urgently need your immediate assistance. My account has been repeatedly hacked, most recently this morning when the hacker made unauthorized charges on my mother's credit card four times. Despite logging out of all devices and creating a new account profile, the hacker could still access my account. The account is not linked to any phone number or email yet. My mother has reported the fraudulent charges to the credit card company, and she now needs to have a new card issued due to this security breach. The bank is investigating the situation. I urgently require your help to identify and remove the hacker from my account to prevent further unauthorized access and fraudulent activities.

While playing Roblox, I created a new account named BlackPhenixx. However, when I tried to log into my original account, ProfessorSmartyPant, it kept saying my password was incorrect. I continued playing with Black Phenix but started missing my main account, ProfessorSmartyPant, on which I had spent around $[redacted]. Then, one day, a friend told me that he saw ProfessorSmartyPant online while I was not using it. This confused me since I never shared my password. He even changed the avatar on the account. When I attempted to change the password, I faced issues because both accounts shared the same email. I updated BlackPhenixx's email to [redacted], and now I can't find my other email, [redacted], associated with ProfessorSmartyPant. I received a three-day ban on ProfessorSmartyPant, which I deeply regret. A friend of mine was unfairly banned for a week and had their account deleted, despite being a kind soul. This situation has left me extremely sad and disappointed. I hope to find a solution to regain access to my ProfessorSmartyPant account.

As a parent whose child plays your game, I encountered difficulties while attempting to make a purchase of Roblox currency for $99.95 on your website yesterday with my SunTrust debit card. The transaction showed up as being held with XSOLLA for only $0.94 instead. The purchase was made under the UserID bellbell0578. I urgently request a call from someone at your corporate office at [redacted] instead of corresponding via email. I need to have a live conversation. When the original transaction was blocked on your end, I tried again with a different credit card only to be charged $0.59, $0.17, and $0.58 instead of the intended $99.95. I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue, removing the unauthorized charges, and completing the purchase.

Several weeks ago, I made a purchase for $0.49 on behalf of a little girl with a Roblox account. My Capital One credit card ending in [redacted] was charged multiple times on June 20 and 22. Despite contacting Roblox on June 11, 14, and 18, the issue persisted. Natalie from Roblox customer service assured me that the problem was resolved, but the charges continued on my updated card ending in [redacted] on June 22. I contacted Capital One's Fraud division to prevent unauthorized charges from Roblox in the future. I am requesting once more for Roblox to remove my card information from their billing system. After posting a decal of Totino's Pizza Rolls, my account was terminated due to an inappropriate username. Despite having this username since ****, I acknowledge its inappropriateness. I never intended to upload anything inappropriate to Roblox; I understand the mistake now. Although my username may have been inappropriate, it was a random choice when I was new and young on Roblox. I have tried various avenues to contact Roblox for help in retrieving my account. I am willing to accept a temporary ban, even for three days or a week, as long as I can regain access to my account. I have faith that Roblox will handle this situation fairly and find a resolution.

There was an incident on Roblox involving user [redacted]42 who attempted to scam me within the game "Epic Minigames." The user offered robux, sent a friend request, and invited me to their game. Once in the game, they requested my password for future robux. I entered a fake password, then unfriended them when prompted. The user's bio now falsely claims to be "Certified Trusted." I feel a 1-3 day temporary ban is warranted. The details are as described to prevent others from falling victim to similar scams. It's ultimately up to the platform to take action.

Dear Moderators, I recently encountered an issue with my Elemental Battlegrounds account; it appears to have been deleted without any prior warning or ban. I suspect that my account was targeted by multiple spam reports, as the reasons provided for the deletion seem to be related to the words I used, which were not inappropriate. The moderator mentioned that my name, sw0kemeed, was deemed inappropriate, even though I have been using it for a year without any problems until now. It's interesting to note that my account was deleted right after receiving Robux. I kindly request a review of the account deletion reason so I can continue enjoying the game with my friends.
