Hello, I have encountered an issue with my account being hacked. I received an error message indicating that the password was incorrect, leading me to believe that someone has changed it. On Thursday, October 6th, I received an email indicating a change in the email address associated with the account from l********@gmail.com to b*****************@gmail.com, which neither my son nor I authorized. Despite following the provided instructions to reset the password, the account was compromised again on Friday, October 7th, around 4 pm.
When attempting to reset the password, I encountered challenges linking my email address to the correct account. Despite previously receiving communications at [redacted], I am unable to regain access. My attempts to communicate with support have resulted in generic responses prompting me to reset the password, a step I am unable to complete due to the email address unlinking issue.
I also tried to use my phone number for verification, but it was not recognized. My son is devastated as someone else is actively using his account, causing distress to him and his friends who notice online activity.

Upon checking my inventory on Adopt Me, I was devastated to find that most of my pets and legendary items were missing. It appears that a user named "OldManOnTrack" is responsible for stealing my belongings. I have invested both real money and in-game currency, totaling over $[redacted], into acquiring these items, and it is unfair that they have been taken by a hacker. I am seeking resolution by requesting either the banning of the user and the return of my pets and items, or a reimbursement of all the robux I have spent in Adopt Me, along with additional compensation, while also ensuring the user is banned. These pets hold great sentimental value to me, and I am eager to have this matter resolved satisfactorily.

I am reaching out to inform you that my friend's account (Brawlstars56701) was hacked earlier today. Unfortunately, my friend has been unable to access her account since then. Strangely, the person who hacked the account even joined me in a game and claimed they woke up to find the account on their device. I am baffled by how they managed to do this but they are unwilling to return the account to my friend. Could you please take action to remove this person from the account, perhaps by kicking them out? My friend holds sentimental value to this Roblox account and it would be devastating for her to lose all the progress she has made in the game.

Hello, I'm Ethan. I am a minor player. I had an incident on the evening of October 10, [redacted], around 7-8 pm where $70 was stolen from my TD bank account, which I seldom use. I reported this to TD, and they opened a claim. My old debit card was cancelled, so I can't access the transactions. TD asked for details, and I mentioned all except for purchases at Subway. They refunded the stolen money, including the Robux I purchased.
Roblox ordinarily doesn't allow refunds for Robux, and issuing one can lead to a ban. On October 11, [redacted], after school, I checked my computer and saw receipts for the Robux purchases. I informed TD, but they haven't responded yet. I'm concerned about losing my Roblox account due to this situation.
Is there a way for me to regain access to my account despite these issues?

Disappointed that I wouldn't have the opportunity to earn robux, I settled for a random pants code instead. Upon receiving 6 robux for my 3 paintings (3 robux each), I later discovered after a month had passed that someone else had claimed the code.

Yesterday, when I checked my Instagram, I received a message from an unknown person offering free pets in Adopt Me. Without thinking, I clicked on the link provided, which led me to what appeared to be a Roblox profile. Trying to add the person as a friend, the link prompted me to log in. I attempted to log in with my username (Angie_09714) and password, only to realize it wasn't working. It dawned on me that this could be a scam. Later, I discovered the link was a ploy to steal my personal information. To my dismay, my password was changed, and it seems like my email was removed from my Roblox account. My Roblox account got banned without any valid reason. I'm very upset about this situation. I recently created a new account after some users mentioned that the name "SunGodNikaGomu" was inappropriate for Roblox. However, I fail to see how this is inappropriate. While playing Roblox in the game Adopt Me, I participated in a pick a door challenge someone was hosting. I gave the host two legendary pets to enter and received a turtle, which made me happy. However, the person after me didn't win anything good. Later, when I tried to log back into my account, I found I had been logged out and changing the password didn't help. I'm upset because I've invested a lot of time and money in this account over two years and I'm eager to do whatever it takes to regain access.

However, upon logging in with the strange username, I discovered a loss of 2,[redacted] robux from my account, reducing my balance from 10,[redacted] to 8,[redacted] robux. Approximately 7-8 months ago, while playing the game "mm2", I used voice modulation to alter my voice to sound like a child for about four days.
