My daughter reported the incident but has not received a response yet. The hacker even blocked her from joining games, but we managed to disable those settings. Dear GetHuman team, I would like to inform Roblox that my real account is Bullsmasher33 with the password renz2008. Despite receiving numerous spam emails from Roblox sent to the wrong address, they provided a ticket without the required 2-step verification code. This situation has caused me distress, almost leading me to involve the police due to concerns of hacking or scams as my family has invested money in Robux purchases. If Roblox doesn't grant me access to my account or provide the 2-step verification code, I may have to involve my uncle, a police officer, for assistance. About 7 months ago, I gave my password to someone in exchange for Robux. They activated a PIN which has been causing trouble for me. I've been trying to get it removed for a long time. The PIN is preventing me from changing descriptions, settings, and more. Please remove the PIN so I don't have to sort this out face to face. I seem to have been logged out of my Roblox account, and not only that, but the password has been changed by the platform itself. I understand the usual process would be to reset it, but my Gmail is unverified. However, to confirm its association with the account, if you submit a support ticket from a different Gmail address, you will see it reaches my Gmail. Furthermore, I have received 2-step verification codes to this Gmail address, which should validate it. Also, cross-referencing the IP address of my account and the IP of this Gmail should help verify it. I am quite distressed as it has been 8 hours since losing access to my account, causing me significant stress. Despite explaining my situation, I have been instructed to file a new complaint repeatedly by Roblox support.
