I have recently fallen victim to a cookie log, and my items have been transferred to another account, wyv3rn01. I have evidence of this incident, which I will provide below. I am requesting a rollback of my items as I did not authorize this transfer. I spent my money on Roblox to purchase the Super Happy Face and would like to reclaim it along with all the other items stolen by the user wyv3rn01. My account, thelouise9, was compromised (hacked). The user wyv3rn01 has taken my Super Happy Face, Ultimate Pink Victory, Dark Age Nunchucks, Spider Antlers, and I wish to recover these items. Please investigate this matter as I truly want my items back, as I did not authorize this exchange and was hacked via cookie log. Thank you, thelouise9

I haven't been active on Roblox lately. I was playing Epic Minigames when I noticed my avatar had been changed, and my Playful Vampire item was missing. I attempted to log out the hackers but ended up being banned for a day. Despite having a two-step verification and a PIN, the hackers still accessed my account. Following a three-day ban, I discovered that my account had been terminated. I have access to my email and password but don't know how to reverse the ban, as support has been unhelpful since the hacking incident.

Roblox Username: noob0844 I recently used [redacted] Robux to buy a Limited Item (Rocket Eggscape). Although the item appears in the avatar editor and my transactions, I am unable to trade it. When I initiate a trade, the item does not appear with my other limiteds. Additionally, it is not showing up on inventory tracking websites like Rolimons. To make matters worse, my Robux were deducted for this purchase, leaving me feeling like I wasted Robux. Despite reaching out to support and receiving a link to the Trading FAQ page, I did not find a solution. It's been days, and this issue is really frustrating. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My account was hacked, and the hacker changed the password, removed my verified email and phone number, and took all my limited items. They posed as Roblox admins in a group chat, falsely accusing me of wrongdoing to trick me. They convinced me to show proof on Discord, claiming it was necessary to resolve the issue. I still have the group chat as evidence. They also asked me to obtain an ID through a link and prove ownership via email. I am unable to access my account now, and they demanded I help them hack a friend or engage in inappropriate activities to regain access. I request the return of my account, limited items, and any other belongings they stole, and believe it can be tracked through recent trades.

I have been in touch with Roblox Support multiple times, but I am frustrated with the unreasonable responses I have received. On August 12, while playing peacefully, I received an email from Roblox Support informing me that my email had been removed from my account. Shortly after, I was unexpectedly logged out. I promptly contacted Roblox via email about this issue, and after a few days, they responded stating they were unable to verify my ownership. This was puzzling as they had given me instructions in an article to contact them immediately in case of account hacking, which I followed. When I pointed out their own advice from the article, they ceased communication with me.

I recently believed my account on Roblox had been deleted. A while ago, I got signed out and thought it was gone. So, I created a new account called Zenn_XZ, which I still use. Now, while using my alternate account, Not_xWocky, I noticed my original account, Xa_Splash, on a friend's list. Unfortunately, I forgot the password. The password was something like "QAZWSXEDC123." This is the only proof I have to verify my ownership. I hope you can assist me in regaining access to my account, which has been inactive for a long time. Currently, I don't have my phone, so I'll provide my school email as contact information at [redacted]. I appreciate any help you can provide as I really enjoy using Roblox.

I recently believed that my account had been erased on Roblox. I found myself signed out and assumed it was deleted, so I created a new account named Zenn*XZ. However, I later logged in with another account, Not*xWocky, and saw my old account, Xa*Splash, on a friend's list. I tried to log in but forgot the password. Hello, I am user pradabxb3. My account has been compromised for 5 months now. The frozen horns of frigid were taken 5 months ago, the immortal wicked sword was stolen 3 months ago, and 11 days ago the fiery horns of the netherworld were also stolen, all by user Kazdansyndicate. Today, I received an email from Roblox regarding a requested change in email that I did not make. I have been trying to contact Roblox via email for the past 11 days without any response. I even attempted to call but the call is disconnected. I kindly request Roblox to secure my account and assist me in recovering my stolen items before user Kazdansyndicate trades them away. I was exploring my account settings and came across 2-step verification for my email. I enabled it, but it unexpectedly logged me out of all my devices. When trying to log back in, it requested a 6-digit verification code sent to an old email address I can no longer access. This has left me completely locked out of my account and I need assistance in removing the old email or finding an alternative way to regain access. Hello Roblox, I have been unable to log into my Roblox account for a few days now. Initially, I thought Roblox was undergoing updates. However, after several failed attempts to log in, I became worried. Suddenly, I started receiving messages saying my account was deleted. When I visited roblox.com, I saw some strange content uploaded under my name, which I did not do. This has left me feeling scared and upset. I believe I know who might have hacked me. One of my in-game friends from Bloxburg threatened to hack me if I didn't give them 50k in-game currency, but I didn't take it seriously at the time. I recently encountered an issue with my account when trying to log in on a friend's laptop. The system prompted me to select games I had played recently to confirm my identity due to multiple device logins. Surprised because I hadn't played in a month, I recalled my cousin sometimes uses my account. Unfortunately, by the time I realized this, my account was reset. The Gmail I used for verification is no longer accessible. I created a new one and received a support ticket via email. I've been watching videos to obtain a code for support, but I'm still encountering difficulties.

While playing Roblox, I engaged in cross trading for a friend, knowing it was against the rules. I anticipated a temporary ban. During the trade, another player refused to trade first. They claimed a Roblox YouTuber, Solo the Yolo, would contact an admin on their behalf. Feeling threatened, I backed out. I wanted to report this incident. Please respond to my voicemail so we can address the issue where a player wrongly got me banned in a Roblox game. I was reported in a public bathroom for using inappropriate language, but it was provoked by another player who started it with me. I believe some others may have joined in to support him. Hi, I'm currently having an issue with the voice chat feature on [redacted]. I'm aware that it's in beta and I'm over 13, actually 16, but I don't feel comfortable sharing my information. I have a verified phone and email linked to my account since [redacted]. I have some concerns regarding warnings and bans affecting access to the feature. I received a false warning due to a hacker making me say inappropriate words in the game. I got another warning for spamming in Among Us, which was my mistake. I'm wondering if the beta feature will eventually become a permanent update and if I'll be able to use it in the future.
