Additionally, my settings were changed to a different language, potentially allowing access to private information. I have no connection to these purchases and am bewildered about how someone gained access to my account despite having two-step verification enabled. My account's email was changed without my permission. I left my desktop unattended and my brother accessed my account, altering the email to his own. He also changed the password and phone number associated with the account. I have screenshots of the emails notifying me of these changes. When I tried to revert the changes, I was unable to do so. I've been using this account for a long time, and it would be devastating to lose it over something like this. If possible, I would appreciate assistance with this matter. I recently experienced a hacking incident on Roblox. A friend informed me that someone could give me 10,[redacted] Robux, which I thought was unnecessary. Nevertheless, they shared a Discord link, and I believe that's how my account got compromised. Without providing my Roblox password, I made the mistake of sharing my Gmail login details to purchase Robux. Now, the hacker is using my account to play Bloxburg and accessing my creations. Although I'm aware of the scam, and my friend's account was also compromised, the hacker claims they will return my account within two days. Despite threats made and sharing the hacker's information with my Dad, I'm hoping for a resolution soon. I have reached out to Roblox for support multiple times already.

Yesterday, while playing Roblox, I visited a website called Traderie. During a giveaway for the game Adopt Me on YouTube, a user named XxGamers258 provided a link to a private server. When I clicked on it, I was prompted to log in again, and to my surprise, my main account was logged out on all my devices. Even after multiple login attempts with the correct credentials, I couldn't access my account. Strange enough, I discovered my main account was active in a private server through my alternate account, leading me to suspect it has been hacked. I submitted a support ticket to Roblox yesterday but have yet to receive a response. As my account holds significant progress, I am eager to regain access to it.

When I tried to reset the password, it prompted me to use a 2-step verification with an authenticator app, which I don't usually use. It perplexed me how the hacker bypassed the 2-step verification. Despite searching online for answers, I found no useful information. The hacker spent thousands of dollars on the account for Robux, game passes, clothing, and more. I would appreciate help resetting my password to "Coronasucks69," refunding the money to my parents, and removing the Deathspeak bundle along with anything over [redacted] Robux from my account.
