My Roblox account has been compromised. After unknowingly sharing personal information in a game, my account started sending messages to my friends without my consent. Today, when I tried to log in (12/15/18), I encountered difficulty and could not reset my password even after attempting various associated email addresses, including my parents'. Despite receiving instructions from Tony at Roblox Support to use my account-opening email, I am unable to access it to verify. I am in possession of my account's email and password but need assistance to resolve this issue promptly, ideally by Wednesday (12/19). Thank you.

I was scammed by a user named cococovell. He tricked me by promising to buy me 4K robux. I trusted him because we had met in the game 'Welcome To BloxBurg' where he appeared friendly. Unfortunately, I fell for it and shared my username and password. My username is jmhjmhjmhjmhjmhjmh and the password was hider123 before he changed it. I'm devastated and have spent hours trying to recover my account without success. I've tried YouTube tutorials and emailed ROBLOX, but nothing has worked. I'm Jess, almost 11, and would appreciate any help to resolve this. Thank you.

My account got deleted because of my username, "SkinnyThePimp." Although I understand that the term "Pimp" might be considered inappropriate, I've been using this username for about 5 years. It was approved by their moderation system in the past, so it's frustrating that it's suddenly an issue now. I hope they can either restore my account as it was or let me change my username for free, since normally there's a fee for that on Roblox. It feels unfair to lose everything I've built on the platform over a username that was previously acceptable.

Back in my youth, I had an account named "Spencer1211" because I admired Spencer from iCarly. I changed my password long ago to protect my account from a friend who knew it. Now, I'm uncertain if I can recover my account as I've forgotten the linked email, if there is one. The account dates back to [redacted], so it may not have an associated email. If you could identify an email linked to it, I probably remember the password as I tend to use the same one across my accounts.

I had around [redacted] Robux in my account. Recently, I joined a game after receiving an invite from a friend, but it turned out that the game owner present in the server might be a hacker. It seems like this individual not only targeted me but also possibly hacked into my friend's account and spread it to other players. I suspect they do this regularly to gain more victims. I am seeking ROBLOX's assistance in identifying and recovering the stolen Robux from this hacker. -ilovepizzaandlove

My account was recently suspended or deleted due to unauthorized charges. The last items I purchased were a kg bag for Nrpg beyond, hits moves set, god of destruction move set, the nimbus cloud for Dragonball final stand, and access to play Heros online. I was playing Roblox without any issues last night and was looking forward to playing beyond with my friends today. However, my account was suspended or deleted at 1:57, even though I wasn't using Roblox at that time. This is my very first Roblox account and it contains all my badges and progress. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Hello, I’m Meg. My son has been playing Roblox for about 2 years now. On December 19, [redacted], my 10-year-old received harassing messages from a user named Xxshadowstorm121xX. They go to the same school, bullied my son, and started messaging him on social media. My son asked him to stop and blocked him, but now he is harassing him on Roblox. I have seen the messages myself as I was next to my son. He has blocked the account now. I would like the account Xxshadowstorm121xX to be banned. Hello, my name is Danny. I set up this Gmail account to reach out if needed. I've been a Roblox player since [redacted], with 3 accounts (DannyWang1234, DannyBoi1022, DannyTheBoi2006). Everything was fine until yesterday. I encountered Error [redacted] while trying to play Notoriety. This issue persisted across various games like Project Pokémon, Warrior Cats: Forest Territory, Blood & Iron, Call of Roblox: Desert Storm, Phantom Forces - all showing Error [redacted]. Surprisingly, a new game called Bewitched worked. After testing, the error reappeared when attempting to rejoin. Today, upon returning from school, I encountered the same error while trying to play a new game called Hackrs. Though I can perform other actions like joining/leaving groups and messaging, the gameplay is restricted. Any advice on resolving this would be appreciated.

In Ice Cream Simulator, my child diligently reached 9.22 QN to make it to the leaderboard. However, upon reaching this milestone, nothing happened. He was not listed on the leaderboard, and his progress was reset to 0 inexplicably. This was disheartening for him and me. It is frustrating and disappointing. He had hoped to achieve this goal for Christmas. If any further details are needed, I can provide them. Thank you for addressing this issue.

I recently noticed that my Robux disappeared from my account overnight and was used to purchase a shirt I didn't order. Upon checking, I saw free items added to my inventory while I was offline, leading me to suspect that my account has been hacked. I discovered [redacted] missing Robux on 12/17/18, along with the unauthorized purchase of a shirt. I would like the missing Robux returned to my account, guidance on securing my account, and the hacker's account suspended to prevent future incidents.

Dear Roblox Staff, I am reaching out concerning multiple attempts to reset the passwords of my accounts despite having 2-Step Verification in place. On 12/18/18, my account SpyderSlayerX was reported for swearing when I was not even using Roblox that day. I suspect that someone who knows my email, possibly the individual with the old username Disagreeableson, is behind these unauthorized access attempts. As this person has a history of trolling and was previously banned, I fear they may try to get my account terminated unfairly. I kindly request the removal of the recent warning issued to me as it was not my doing. I greatly appreciate your attention to this matter as I value my accounts on Roblox and do not wish to face consequences for actions I did not commit. Hello, my alias was Howualivebruh. Unfortunately, I was recently hacked. Initially, I didn't know there was a solution to this issue. Yes, I am a minor. If you prefer to speak with an adult, that's acceptable, but the incident concerns me, so my mother suggested that I describe it clearly. While playing the game Roblox, a user claimed to be one of my real-life friends. Naively, I believed her and joined her game, ultimately sharing my password in exchange for promises of Robux. As the situation unfolded, I realized my mistake and felt devastated upon losing access to my account. I have evidence supporting my ownership of the account on Xbox, but I am eager to restore it on my iOS device. Apologies for creating multiple emails; I aimed to have the best one available. I am willing to let an adult take over the conversation if necessary.

I have three boys who enjoy playing Roblox on various devices. Each of them has their own account with a Roblox gift card. When attempting to add money to my son Crim0013's account, I encountered a problem as there wasn't a parent email linked to it. I tried to set up my email, but it requested a password that we couldn't recall. To resolve the issue, I created a new account named PEZ0921 and added the gift card money there. However, when my son tried to play and opened it in the app, it led to the inaccessible Crim0013 account. My other son, LZ0016, also needs funds added to his account, but I face the same access issue. I would like to consolidate all three accounts under my primary email and establish passwords for each. I haven't played for a while and I can't remember my account password or the associated email, which I can't recover. I do remember my old billing details and my account IP should confirm I'm from the same country (Egypt). The chances of someone trying to recover my account from the same country are slim. In short, I want to recover my account but lack access to my old email. However, I have the billing/credit card information from before, which should suffice for account recovery.

I am Perefoti Maslin, and my son Roman and I created a Roblox account for him with the username wrzgxggx. Unfortunately, we seem to have used random and funky details, and I can't recall if we linked it to an email or the password. Despite numerous attempts, we couldn't access it or activate Roblox gift cards. Additionally, his date of birth in the app shows incorrectly as 09/06/18; it should be 09/06/10. The representative I spoke with mentioned I would receive an email about the issue, but unfortunately, I never received it. Their assistance was valuable, and I am grateful for the responses I have received. I am adamant about clearing my account name (Keppy42) from any incorrect accusations of exploiting or cheating; I have never resorted to such behavior. I have invested extensively in that account, including purchasing a Builders Club membership. My sole goal is to seek clarification and resolve this matter, as I am eager to resume playing on my account.

Despite attempts to contact support, my account was disabled for supposedly breaking Terms of Service on 7/30/18. During a break from the platform, my account was compromised, and upon my return, my username was altered to Bootyyz, ROBUX were spent, and unauthorized trades occurred. I have always adhered to not sharing my Login Credentials, as outlined in ROBLOX Terms of Service. Despite seeking help for the hack, my requests, including a name-change, were denied, leaving me without access to my account and its progress. I have been a long-time supporter of ROBLOX, having spent years playing and contributing because of my enjoyment of the game. The sudden loss of my account and memories associated with it have deeply affected me.
