I have a reservation for today, August 22, [redacted], at Deluxe Inn. I arrived at 4 pm to check in, but there was nobody in the office to help me. When I called the provided telephone number, I was prompted for a code that I was never given. I contacted both Priceline.com and Booking.com for assistance, but they require a reservation number and pin number, which I don't have. The Supervisor hasn't been willing to discuss this matter with me, and it has been over an hour of waiting to check-in. If I can't check in before 6 pm, my credit card will be charged due to the lack of contact with any staff at Deluxe Inn in Pomona, California.

I'm Raphael Wilson R. I phoned Priceline to reserve a trip from San Diego, CA, to Hartford, CT, for September 18th to 25th, staying at Super 8 by Wyndham from September 19th to 25th. During the booking process, each time they tried to charge my debit card, I was informed of an issue preventing the reservation. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I reached out to my bank, Wells Fargo, but they had no record of any declined charges. Other transactions with the same card went through fine. On August 17th, you charged me $48.02 for a car rental that I was denied due to a discrepancy on my credit report and not having a credit card with me. Stranded for 2 1/2 hours in [redacted]-degree heat, I had to pay $75.00 for a Lyft to the airport and back home to resolve the issue. Why is a credit or background check necessary for a car rental? I believe I should be reimbursed for the Lyft expenses given the inconvenience I experienced. This is the second time I am raising this issue with you after the unpleasant experience I had at the rental place. It was fortunate I didn't suffer any health issues in such extreme heat.

I'm currently at the airport, having checked in, but due to a minor car accident on the way, I arrived with only 30 minutes until boarding time. The airline staff requested paperwork and a cage for my service dog, resulting in missing the initial flight. After being scheduled for a flight an hour later, it was then delayed, and additional fees were paid for my dog and carrier. However, despite airline verification, security could not allow me to board without my ID. Returning to the airline counter, an agent advised calling Priceline to make ticket changes. I am planning to obtain a new ID by mid-afternoon and will need to reschedule the flight for Tommy. I still have my ticket and my children are patiently waiting for me in Seattle.

I recently booked a flight through Priceline.com and have completed my outbound journey, arriving in London, UK. However, I am unable to view the details of my return flight on September 24th with Turkish Airlines. Despite contacting Turkish Airlines and Priceline's customer service, I have not been able to resolve this issue. The same problem is affecting my wife's ticket as well.

I have a flight booked with Priceline, and I need assistance with assigning seats for certain flights. I have already assigned seats for some legs, but I'm unable to do it for others. American Airlines mentioned contacting them, but when I did, they said I don't have any available seats to assign, even though I have 3 that are already assigned. This is confusing for me. On August 8, [redacted], my cousin, K. H., and I booked flights and car rentals from GRR to PDX through Priceline. We paid $[redacted].45 for seat fees. Our trip number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-16. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the airport, we did not get our assigned seats and had to sit in the back. None of our flights had the seats we paid for. I spoke to a United employee, and he mentioned that when booking through Priceline, the airline is not responsible for seat selections. I believe a refund for the seat fees is fair since we did not receive the seats we paid for. I request a refund for the seat fees before considering using Priceline in the future.

I contacted Priceline customer service to explain that I had lost my physical cards due to a lost wallet. The representative informed me that I could use a virtual card to book a room at the Holiday Inn. After confirming with the hotel, we proceeded with the booking. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that a physical card was still required to access the room, and I was unable to check in. Despite not staying at the hotel, I was charged $[redacted] for the reservation.

I am facing an issue where the airfares I booked through Priceline for a total cost, with confirmation #[redacted]6, are not being honored by Spirit Airlines. I booked a trip through Priceline but had to cancel within 24 hours due to an inaccurate room description. Priceline has not refunded me the $1,[redacted].88 as promised for the 24-hour cancellation policy. They claim a dispute was initiated with my credit card company, but all disputes related to this matter have been closed. I resorted to using the text customer service, providing all the necessary details including the receipt and confirmation documents. I provided all my booking details along with the receipt and confirmation document. However, they couldn't locate my reservation and advised me to call the same unresponsive number. The actual car rental company acknowledges my booking, yet Priceline lacks any record of it. Despite this, only Priceline has the authority to make changes or cancellations. I engaged with three text representatives, all providing the same unhelpful suggestion to call the unresponsive number I've been struggling with.

I am frustrated with the situation between Hahn Air and Priceline. Hahn Air issued the refund to Priceline on September 19, [redacted], but Priceline has not refunded me yet. I purchased a package vacation in July, and on July 12th, the airline changed my flight without permission. Due to this unexpected change, I requested a refund promptly. It has been over a month now, and Priceline has still not refunded me. Hahn Air has already provided them with the necessary code for the refund processing.

Upon arrival at the motel, I was surprised by the $[redacted] damage deposit requirement that was never mentioned when I made the reservation. Had I known about it, I wouldn't have booked as I lacked the extra funds. I had to cancel the reservation and was informed that the refund would take up to 1 business day. I also tried to transfer the reservation to a different property without a deposit requirement but was unsuccessful. This situation left me and my family stranded in our vehicle for the night, causing a significant setback. Can you clarify how long the refund process actually takes, as initially, I was told it would be 1 business day?

I am frustrated about a Company Policy that cost me $[redacted]. On Sept. 1st, I faced a 24-hour delay on my Amtrak trip due to a desert flash flood, forcing me to cancel my hotel reservation. Your 3-day cancellation policy is not suitable for unexpected events like this.

Despite attempting to cancel directly with the airlines, I was instructed to seek resolution through Priceline. Subsequently, Priceline provided a one-year credit for future travel upon my request for a refund, initiating a case resolution process.
Having been advised of a 2-4 week timeframe for resolution, I have diligently followed up for over 4 weeks. Regrettably, my attempts have led to numerous disconnects, unsuccessful transfers, and unfulfilled promises of callbacks from management.
As a new VIP rewards member with Priceline, I am disheartened by the customer service experience thus far. I kindly request an update on the status of my case for further action.

I made a hotel reservation on July 5th for my stay on July 10th. Even though the hotel assured me that the reservation would be canceled without any charges, I got charged $[redacted].94 by your company. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue with Klarna for several months, they informed me that I need to contact the party that charged me directly. I have been unable to obtain a refund and have been stressed out about this situation for months. I simply want my money back as I did not stay at the hotel and was not supposed to be charged.

I booked a room through Priceline at the Red Roof Inn Anderson, Indiana and was charged $65.95 on 11/18/23. Upon check-in at the hotel, I was charged again by the front desk. Despite contacting them twice, they instructed me to seek a refund from Priceline. As a VIP Gold member, I have always received excellent service from Priceline, but today I have spent hours trying to resolve being double-charged by both the hotel and Priceline for one room, which is unacceptable to me. This situation is new to me as I have never been charged at the front desk before. I hope this can be addressed promptly, and I receive a refund for one of the charges.
