The condition has severely weakened her immune system, and her doctor has strongly advised against any contact with individuals outside her household to prevent any risk to her life. While I understand there might not be a refund available, I am wondering if it is possible to receive a travel credit for future use. This trip means a lot to me, especially since I am retired and on a fixed income. Having the option of a travel credit would not only help with the financial aspect but also allow me the chance to visit her once she is well enough to receive guests.

I spoke with the hotel I booked tonight, the Comfort Inn in Watertown, and they mentioned that There was no reservation for this Friday night as I thought. They informed me that the booking was actually for September, a date I won't be in town for. Therefore, they had to cancel it, providing a cancellation number. They instructed me to reach out to you to ensure I am refunded. The hotel mentioned they are fully booked for the upcoming Friday night, so my booking wouldn't have been possible.

I recently made a hotel reservation and was shocked to discover yesterday that the hotel had canceled my booking without notifying me. This reservation was prepaid, and on the website, it still shows as reserved and confirmed. Upon contacting the hotel, the manager rudely informed me that the reservation was canceled and there was nothing I could do about it. Unfortunately, Priceline's customer service is challenging to reach, and I have not received any response to my emails.

Recently, my family had a distressing experience with Priceline during our travels with Air Canada. On July 7th, [redacted], Air Canada prevented three of my children from boarding the flight. The affected children are R.K., H.K., and U.K., whose passport details and ticket numbers I have shared. Despite entering the correct passport expiration dates during booking, they were not allowed to board the flight, leading to a significant disruption in our travel plans. Subsequently, I had to arrange for my relatives to look after my kids until our return, causing distress to all involved.
Additionally, despite international flight regulations offering two bags, we had five bags in total. Air Canada charged me $[redacted] for the extra bags, which was compounded by the fact that our luggage was not loaded onto the flight promptly. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.

I had a flight booked for July 22, [redacted], with Southern Airways from Phoenix to Show Low, AZ. I received a text today informing me that my flight for that date has been canceled. They offered to reschedule for a different date or process a refund. During my phone call with them, I indicated that I prefer a refund. The agent mentioned I need to reach out to the third-party, Priceline, for the refund process. He suggested you could contact Priceline to confirm my reservation or I can provide you with a copy.

I made a booking on 26/05/23 for travel from Perth, Australia to Iceland for two people. The booking included extra legroom seats for the longer flights. However, upon receiving the itinerary from Emirates, I noticed that no seating had been selected for us as previously purchased. I reached out to Emirates, who advised me that this issue needed to be resolved by the booking agent (Priceline).
When I called the Priceline number, it redirected me to Emirates, who then directed me back to the booking agent. I seem to be stuck in a loop and have been unable to speak to customer service at Priceline to address this issue.

I made a reservation at the Porthmadog Travelodge for 29 July (booking no. [redacted]74). Unfortunately, I need to change our stay to the Caernarfon Travelodge on 4 August due to a scheduling error with a festival we plan to attend.

I was looking for a room and using Get a room (an affiliate of Priceline). During the payment process, I was sent to an authorization link. When I tried to go back, the room I wanted was no longer available. I cancelled the transaction and then went to Priceline directly where I found and paid for a room at the same hotel.
At check-in, I was informed I had booked two rooms, even though I only received one confirmation from Priceline. The second room was booked through Get a room, which I did not confirm. I am requesting a refund for the Get a room reservation as I believe it was a misleading representation.

I canceled my flight within the airline's 24-hour free refund window. Although I received a cancellation notice from the airline, Priceline has not refunded my money yet. Initially, Priceline requested proof of cancellation, which I promptly provided via email. They first mentioned a refund was in process, then later claimed there was nothing more they could do.
