Unfortunately, my travel plans from Bismarck to Sisseton via bus have been disrupted, and the new route now takes me to Sioux Falls instead. Despite explaining my situation of traveling with my young children, the hotel customer service has been unwilling to change my reservation location. Regrettably, I do not have additional funds to secure another accommodation and am already facing financial difficulties with an eviction scenario. I utilized my last $[redacted] for this reservation, and it is essential for my children and me to have a place to stay tonight. I am urgently seeking assistance in resolving this predicament.

On Saturday, May 8, [redacted], while driving on 95N with my son near Florence, SC, his car hit a pothole, breaking down in the rain. I arranged 2 rooms at Days Inn but found them unsatisfactory upon arrival, leading us to LaQuinta where a kind clerk helped secure rooms. I returned Days Inn keys with a desk clerk mentioning I needed a refund from Priceline. Despite paying for 4 rooms, only one was used as AAA arrived the next morning after a 12-hour wait for my son in the rain. The tow truck driver shared negative remarks about Days Inn Florence. After this unpleasant experience, I am requesting a refund for the Days Inn rooms and hope for a positive resolution.

My spouse and I bought tickets to Hawaii for July [redacted] through Priceline. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we had to cancel the trip. Priceline states they follow the airline's policies, in this case, United. United has extended our vouchers to expire in December [redacted]. My spouse tried to use our combined $[redacted] credit for a solo trip but Priceline only authorized $[redacted], citing the credits being in different names. We've shown that United allows credits to be used by anyone. Priceline claims only United can merge the vouchers, but United says they can't as it was a bulk purchase. All we want is to use the full voucher for a round-trip flight to Hawaii for one person.

I need assistance from Priceline to reissue my $[redacted] Future Cruise Credit (FCC) that I received from a cancelled cruise with Royal Caribbean. The FCC number is 22-[redacted]4, dated June 19, [redacted]. Royal Caribbean advised me to contact Priceline for the reissuance of the FCC so I can apply it to my upcoming cruise. I have been trying to reach Priceline since July [redacted], but have not been successful and have been given the runaround. I have a new cruise booking with Royal Caribbean, and the final deposit is due by June 27th. I need to use the FCC to pay the remaining balance. I made a reservation for my daughter to return on June 12th, [redacted], but the return date is showing the same as the departure date. Due to health issues, I'm in the hospital, and my daughter, who is here to care for me, needs to return on the 12th. We are both seniors and have difficulty getting around. I recently searched for a hotel stay in May, found an available hotel, entered my credit card information, and booked the trip. However, when I received the confirmation email, I noticed that the date of the stay was incorrect. Despite contacting Priceline immediately, they were unable to assist me. They reached out to the hotel directly, but they refused to make any changes or offer a cancellation. I did not input the wrong date, so I had to book another stay for the correct date. I find it difficult to accept that a glitch in the booking system led to this error, for which I am now being held responsible. While $[redacted].54 may not be significant to the hotel or Priceline, it does make a difference to me. I have been informed by the hotel's corporate customer service that Priceline, as the third party, should issue the refund, not the hotel. I am seeking a refund and hope to escalate this matter to someone beyond the regular customer service representatives.

I encountered an issue with Priceline that I believe needs attention. On the night of May 17th, upon arrival at the Rodeway Inn in the Bronx, my disabled girlfriend and I were shocked to find it had been transformed into a homeless shelter. We were blindsided by not being informed beforehand that our hotel was no longer operational. Despite paying over $[redacted], Priceline refused to provide a refund even after my request for investigation. This experience felt like theft and nearly derailed our trip. Attempts to reach customer service were fruitless. While speaking with Gio about my situation, the only resolution offered was a coupon for a future trip, which I find unacceptable. Priceline, your continuous emails are frustrating. I believe there should be an unsubscribe link as legally required. Your lack of a simple way to unsubscribe seems intentional. I may have to resort to marking your emails as spam.

I purchased a package from Priceline and unfortunately, I was unable to use it. My trip was affected as I couldn't pick up the rental car on time due to the counter being closed. Moreover, at the Atlanta airport, I faced issues accessing the rental car area via the air train due to closed doors. Despite riding the air train back and forth with other travelers, the rental door remained closed. I logged into my account and noticed that a different name appeared, not mine. I attempted to call customer service, but without a trip number, the automated system kept looping me around until it disconnected the call. I engaged in a chat with Dunhill John, the online assistant, who couldn't help since he couldn't verify my account. This was the very reason I tried to call in the first place. I'm frustrated that I can't get any assistance in resolving why my name is incorrect on my account. It's incredibly frustrating and nonsensical. I would appreciate your help in addressing this issue. I booked a rental car for the next morning through Priceline. Unfortunately, I realized that I cannot cancel the reservation since it was made less than 48 hours before the pick-up time. After reading reviews about the rental company I chose, I wanted to cancel and book with a different one. It's frustrating that there is no one available at Priceline to assist with cancellations shortly after making a reservation.

I spoke with the front desk staff, and they are insisting on a $20 charge for the room due to the presence of grab bars. They have not provided me with any written policy supporting this charge or summoned a manager when requested. This additional fee was not mentioned on the Priceline website or in any documentation I received. Can hotels randomly impose charges like this without justification? I am frustrated that the price I initially booked through a third-party website has now increased by 25% upon check-in.

I made a reservation through Priceline for a room at Days Inn in Inner Harbor, Baltimore, Maryland, paying with my Citi Card. The room I received had many issues: no hot water, foul odor, broken safety latch, noisy air conditioner, and a non-functional shower light. Since we discovered the problems late at night after a baseball game, we did not contact the Front Desk. I disputed the charge with Citi Card, but they received a response stating it wasn't valid because I received the services. My concerns are: 1. It seems I have to pay even if the service is terrible. 2. Though I got a room, it was the worst I've experienced. 3. I couldn't call Priceline at midnight. 4. I didn't contact the Front Desk due to the late hour. 5. It seems I agreed to the terms regardless of the service provided. I doubt anyone reads all the information when booking. It appears that regardless of the service's condition, I have to pay for it.

On June 5, [redacted], I purchased a ticket for a trip I am now unable to take. I contacted customer service on June 6, [redacted], to cancel my reservation. The representative informed me that I would receive a refund within 10 to 15 days. Today, after checking with my credit card company, I learned that no refund has been processed. I reached out to the airline, and they advised me to contact the third-party vendor, which I have already done. I kindly request prompt assistance in processing the refund back to my credit card. I had a terrible experience with my hotel reservation being denied upon arrival. Despite numerous attempts to contact the hotel, my calls went unanswered.
