I am frustrated and seeking resolution outside of automated responses. My account had a warning to improve ratings, which then swiftly led to suspension after a single negative review from a teenager, despite only having completed 7 flawless deliveries over 3 days. It seems unjust that I am penalized for issues beyond my control, such as dissatisfaction with food or restaurant errors. I have diligently provided excellent service, yet one incident resulted in account suspension. Although assured that one bad week wouldn't impact me, my account was suspended promptly. I value the provided tips, although my suspension contradicts their intended support. I am not interested in receiving a link, only in having my account reinstated. I believe I deserve a chance to appeal this decision, especially as a committed driver needing the income for my newborn. It is disheartening to be let go when I have consistently met all requirements, often being the sole driver in my area receiving multiple orders.

I need assistance, please! I recently visited Atlanta for a crucial two-day career test. While there, I attempted to order food delivery through Postmates. Due to being burdened with severe student debt exceeding $200k, I couldn't afford a premium account. Regrettably, my card was charged three days ago as I forgot to cancel the Postmates Premium subscription after using it just once. To make matters worse, Postmates does not operate in my rural area of Cartersville, GA. Now, I find myself locked into a subscription I cannot benefit from. This unexpected charge has brought me to tears as I now struggle to purchase groceries in my financially strained situation. I am pleading for assistance with this predicament.

I am consistently frustrated by Postmates. Despite using the app for over four months and making more than 50 orders, the issue of overcharging on authorization holds persists. Prices are clearly displayed, and without custom orders, the authorization should match the actual cart total rather than an inflated projected total. Recently, I ordered from 7-11 due to being unwell and was shocked to see a $[redacted]+ authorization for a $20 purchase. It takes 3-5 days for these authorizations to be released, which affects my finances. While I appreciate authorizations for custom orders, for predefined prices like in this case, the cart total should suffice. This situation has even impacted my ability to pay my power bill on time due to the funds being held by Postmates. The current process is simply unjust and needs to be addressed.

This issue has left me feeling confused and worried. There were three instances of canceled orders that led to this situation. The first incident involved difficulties locating an ice cream place due to road closures for a large event. Despite my efforts, the customer had to cancel as I couldn't find the destination. The second cancellation was for a McDonald's order, where I had already picked up the food when the customer decided to cancel. Lastly, the third cancellation occurred during a delivery from Checkers, where despite my attempts to contact the customer upon arrival, they did not respond or come to the door. I value my work with Postmates and sincerely apologize if any mistakes were made. I kindly request assistance in resolving the issue with my account.

Despite my efforts, the customer had to cancel as I couldn't find their location. The second time was at McDonald’s where I had already picked up the food, but the customer cancelled shortly after. Lastly, at Checkers, after waiting and trying to contact the customer through various means with no response, I had to mark it as undeliverable. I ordered a turkey sandwich with all the toppings. Unfortunately, my Postmates driver brought me the wrong sandwich with just cheese and cucumbers. I'm unable to drive to pick it up myself, so I relied on Postmates for the delivery. While they refunded $9.93 of the $19.95 I paid, I still feel dissatisfied. I shouldn't be charged $9.92 for an order that doesn't match what I originally paid for due to an error on your end. It's frustrating that nobody at Postmates seems concerned about rectifying this mistake. As a loyal customer, I expected better service. It's unfair to charge customers for items they didn't request or receive. This experience reflects poorly on your business, and I intend to share my disappointment with others.

I placed an order for AirPods at Apple Soho in NYC. I was expecting Nathaniel T to deliver my item, which was for the MMEF2AM/A AIRPODS-AME quantity 1. The tracking showed it was delivered, but I never received it. When Nathaniel called me from [redacted], he mentioned that the package was picked up by someone else despite his assignment for delivery. He suggested a "pretend delivery" to move on to other orders. My purchase totaled over $[redacted], with an additional $9 for delivery via Postmates. Hello, I am Jamillah and my Postmates account was discontinued unjustly. I had a situation where the police were involved with a non-Postmates customer. The business owner lodged a false complaint about me to Postmates, resulting in my removal from the platform without any explanation. I have not received any emails or communication about the incident. I strongly believe I did not violate any agreements with Postmates as claimed. Today was my first day using Postmates, and unfortunately, our order was incomplete. Two items were missing, and there was a surcharge that was not shown when I initially placed the order. The additional charge appeared after the order was processed. We have not received any response regarding the missing Burger and Apple Turnover. One person here has not eaten due to the order mix-up. As a first-time user, I am dissatisfied, and I am unsure if the issue lies with Carl's Jr. or Postmates. I have a screenshot of my original order and the charges. I recently completed a delivery for Postmates. Unfortunately, the app malfunctioned, so I had to contact the customer for the delivery address. Subsequently, I had to cancel the order, resulting in a loss of my earnings. Today, I received an email (8/9/[redacted]) stating my account was deactivated due to suspicious activity. I believe this was unjust as I only acted in the customer's best interest. I seek a contact number for Postmates to address this issue. It is crucial for Postmates to have a stable app when handling monetary transactions and provide a direct line for assistance. I purchased "Postmates Unlimited," agreeing to have all fees waived for a year for $95.88 on 8/7/18. However, on my recent order from "Your Pie" on 8/8/18, I was charged a $2.01 service fee and a $5.99 delivery fee. My Visa card ending in [redacted] was charged for a $9.49 pizza, but the fees added up to $17.58 instead of $0 as expected. I am disappointed to be charged extra despite paying in advance for the service. Kindly adjust my account to refund the fees and update my settings to avoid charges for the year. I recently used Postmates to order Chipotle today at 6:02 PM on August 9th. Initially, I was excited about the order due to positive reviews. Unfortunately, the delivery time kept getting delayed, starting from the original 6:32 PM to 7:02 PM, then to 7:20 PM, and eventually to 7:28 PM. This constant pushback frustrated me as it was not the service I anticipated. My Chipotle order finally arrived at 7:24 PM, much later than expected. The delay was disappointing, and I would have chosen other delivery services like UberEats or Doordash if I had known. Due to this inconvenience, I am seeking a refund for the extended wait time and the inaccurate arrival estimate.

I recently placed an order with an expected delivery time of 7:34pm. My instructions were to buzz up to my unit, but when I checked the app at 7:36pm, the driver appeared to be at my address, yet did not buzz or contact me. After about 10 minutes, I saw the driver still parked in front of my building, FaceTiming someone. When I went down to meet them, they said they were about to leave. Despite claiming to have called me, I received no communication. This experience was disappointing, as I have had positive interactions with other Postmates drivers in the past. I have concerns about this particular driver's professionalism and suggest they be reviewed for possible termination.

I made an order through the app for delivery, but it was mistakenly set for pickup. Despite changing it to delivery, it was processed as pickup without alerting me. I had to go get the food instead of having it delivered or risk losing $40 without the option to cancel. To add to the frustration, upon arrival for pickup, the food wasn't even ready, despite the app claiming it was 30 minutes prior. This has been my worst experience with this service after being a frequent user. It's important to have the ability to cancel orders without being charged in such situations. Mixing up delivery and pickup options can be confusing and inconvenient, leading to customer dissatisfaction and potential extra costs. As a driver for a competitor service, these practices make me hesitant to continue using this company. I will not be renewing my subscription with them.

The driver informed me that most of my items were unavailable and delivered only one available item, which was okay. He mentioned that charges for the unavailable items would be dropped. I tried reporting the missing items through the app and website, but encountered issues submitting the problem. I'm reaching out via email for assistance. I enjoy using the app and intend to continue, but I'm unsure if I need to report every unavailable item or if the driver handles it and charges are automatically removed. Thank you for your help. I placed an order for a milkshake and churros from Jake's in the Box through Postmates. Unfortunately, my Postmate informed me that they were out of chocolate shakes. I inquired about an Oreo shake, to which they replied that all shakes were unavailable. I then requested to cancel the churros, yet they had already been purchased. I asked if they could stop by a nearby McDonald's to get a shake, but they suggested I find a new Postmate instead. Despite my attempts to resolve the situation, they were unhelpful and blunt. When I asked them to cancel the order to avoid fees, they claimed they couldn't and advised me to cancel on my end. Upon discovering this was false, I challenged them, and their response was dismissive. I reluctantly canceled the order and was billed for the full amount, including the delivery fee, without receiving anything.

I placed an order at a Jake in the Box for a shake and some churros through Postmates. Unfortunately, my Postmate informed me that the restaurant was out of all shake flavors. I decided to cancel the churros and the entire order, but the Postmate had already purchased the churros. I asked if they could stop at a nearby McDonald's for a shake, but they refused to help and suggested getting a new Postmate instead. They claimed they couldn't cancel the order, so I researched and found out they were lying. When I confronted them, they were rude and insisted I cancel the order myself and contact support for a refund. This experience was disappointing, and I request a full refund as I was charged for the order and delivery but never received it.

As a Postmates driver, I completed a delivery at [redacted] North High Street, Columbus, OH [redacted]. Upon arrival to pick up the order, the bartender only provided me with a pizza, not the full order. I signed for the incomplete delivery and proceeded to take the wrong pizza to the customer. After realizing the mistake, I returned to the bar for the correct items, but the bartender claimed I had taken the wrong pizza. Despite my explanation, they refused to provide the correct order as the restaurant had closed. The customer had not eaten all day, and it was frustrating as I tried to resolve the situation. Ultimately, I had to cancel the order due to the establishment's error and lack of cooperation. This situation was challenging for me as a driver, causing delays and inconvenience. My daughter used the Postmaster app while vacationing in Florida. She was unaware that it was a trial and got charged nearly $[redacted] for the unlimited service. She feels scammed and wants a refund. It's frustrating not being able to talk directly to someone from the company to resolve this issue. It seems like they are trying to trick people into signing up for the unlimited service.

I made an online order from the Apple store for delivery through Postmates. Despite the delivery status showing as complete, I have not received my package. I paid $9 for shipping and selected Postmates for its speedy service, but it seems to be quite slow. I recently spoke with a customer service representative who mentioned they cannot track the order as I do not have a Postmates account. It's puzzling why Postmates proceeded with the delivery and marked it as delivered if they knew I did not have an account. This experience with Postmates has left me disappointed as it is my first time using their services.
