Our order with Canton Phoenix from Postmates was significantly delayed, arriving two hours later and lukewarm. Despite trying to reheat it, the quality was compromised. Canton Phoenix advised contacting Postmates for resolution. The delivery process timeline was not satisfactory, as the driver showed delays and the food arrived cold. A refund request for the order placed at 3:50 is requested due to the poor delivery service.

I made an order through Postmates on 1/18/21 for items from Walgreens. I checked the delivery status on the app but never received a notification that my order was delivered. When I saw the option to add a tip without receiving the order, I checked outside and around my building but couldn't find it. Through the app's help section, I saw a photo that didn't match my doorway, indicating a possible incorrect delivery. This has happened before, and it's frustrating to have to go through the process of contacting Postmates for a refund. I recently received an email saying the issue was resolved with a credit or a refund of $.27, but that doesn't cover my missing order. I need someone to review this again and provide the refund I'm owed.

Yesterday morning, I placed an order on Postmates for Dunkin' Donuts. I ordered two large frozen coffees, two 10-counts of jelly-filled munchkins, and two 10-counts of glazed munchkins. A few days prior, my Taco Bell order was canceled due to no Postmates available, but they gave me a credit. When I placed my Dunkin' order, it got canceled again for the same reason. I rearranged the order a few hours later and managed to complete the purchase despite the previous hiccups. However, when my delivery arrived, they were out of munchkins and only brought the coffees. I agreed to just take the coffees assuming the amount would be adjusted, but I was still charged the full amount with the delivery fee. The situation annoyed me as I did not cause the issue, yet I was still charged incorrectly. I attempted to contact Postmates' customer service with no success, and now I am frustrated and looking for a resolution.

I was charged $[redacted].19 by Postmates for an order, only for them to cancel it within 15 minutes without any explanation. They didn't refund the money used for the order. Paying that much for food that cost $74 on a different app is ridiculous. I used to drive for Postmates, but after this experience, I won't be returning. My friends and family won't be using the app either. It's frustrating that there's no phone number to call for help. Postmates needs to address these issues instead of ignoring them. I am extremely disappointed in how they treat their drivers and customers and their shady practices. I will definitely be sharing my negative experience with others.

I ordered a fish sandwich and tots from Showmars for delivery, but the food arrived one hour late and I had already gone out to get food from Wendy's. The app wouldn't let me cancel the order despite trying multiple times. The driver arrived after I had finished eating the Wendy's meal. Unfortunately, the cold food had to be discarded. I am requesting a refund of $14.56. Thank you.

My husband and I mistakenly ordered from The Big Greek Cafe in the Hillandale Shopping Center in Silver Spring, MD. I made the payment online with a credit card, but the order got sent to The Big Greek Cafe on Georgia Ave instead. When my husband went to pick up the order, we realized the error. I contacted the Georgia Ave. location, and they directed me to seek a refund from you for order number [redacted] on March 28, [redacted]. We eventually ordered from the Hillandale location, and they provided prompt service, which we appreciated. We kindly request a refund for the mistaken order. Thank you. I had a frustrating experience with Postmates while ordering from Bulan, a local restaurant, on March 21. On 3/31/[redacted], there was an incident involving a delivery from Walmart using Postmates. The driver, Britney B, was reported to have not delivered groceries amounting to $[redacted].43, including an Easter meal. Despite security camera footage showing no delivery and confirmation from Walmart of the pick-up, the groceries were falsely marked as delivered. Complaints were filed with both Postmates and Walmart, but as of Holy Saturday, no refund has been received. The urgency is due to Easter approaching and the unfulfilled promise of a refund within 1-3 business days. The desired outcome is a prompt refund and for appropriate action to be taken against Britney B for the alleged theft. The incident occurred at the Walmart Supercenter located at [redacted] Supercenter Dr NE, Kannapolis, NC [redacted], United States. The order number for reference is [redacted]. For updates or resolution, communication with Postmates is awaited, as no follow-up has been initiated.

I made an order through Postmates for Panda Express. Initially, the delivery fee displayed was $2.99, but after placing the order, it increased to $3.74 which was frustrating. Also, once the driver collected my food, the map showed they were dropping off another order first, causing my food to arrive cold due to the longer delivery time. I reside at [redacted] North Campbell, near the restaurant at [redacted] North Campbell. This delay led to me reheating the food, which was disappointing. I would appreciate it if the charge could be reversed. Attempting to resolve this through chat only redirected me to a sign-up page for unlimited free delivery, which I do not wish to pursue. I have detailed my issue multiple times, but I keep getting redirected to a free trial page instead of receiving assistance. Today's service from Postmates left me dissatisfied. I'm unsure about the "postdates" term. Could it relate to a Scrib.com subscription after the free trial ends? Attempting to cancel online feels like a loop with no phone support available. Unclear on canceling or deleting the account; seems to vary based on signup method. Issues with username and password; had to reset it multiple times. Logged in via Google, which provided a new username and possibly password, along with a Facebook account link. Looking to halt the monthly auto payment deduction.

I had a concerning experience with the Walmart delivery service. As an 85-year-old customer who relies on their $99 annual delivery service, I was surprised when Chantelle, the delivery person, refused to bring my groceries into my home. Despite tipping $10, Chantelle left the groceries on my porch and declined to assist further. When I kindly asked for help, she made inappropriate remarks and refused to come inside, despite being able to see there was no danger. This made me feel upset and unnecessary stress. I am unsure if this is Walmart's policy, but it is concerning for older individuals who need assistance with their groceries. I have already contacted Walmart regarding this issue.

Last month in March, I received a series of emails from Uber Eats offering discounts on my first order, starting at $20, then $25, and finally $30. Despite initially deleting the emails out of caution, I eventually opened one due to curiosity. Shortly after, I noticed a charge of $99.99 on my Capital One credit card for a service I had not used, Post Mates. Upon contacting Capital One, they promptly canceled the card and removed the charge. Unfortunately, the charge reappeared on the new card issued as a replacement, leading to multiple instances of this issue despite the bank's interventions. Despite numerous calls and investigations, Capital One concluded that there was no evidence of fraud, reinstating the charge. Feeling frustrated and unsure of how to proceed, I am considering seeking help from investigative reporters at a local TV channel. If anyone has faced a similar situation or can provide advice, I would greatly appreciate the help.

I placed an express delivery order through Postmates a few days ago at 5:45 p.m. The latest delivery time was 6:39 p.m., but by 7:45 p.m., my order had not arrived. The app indicated that the driver had picked up the order but was headed in the wrong direction, two cities away. I was charged despite cancelling my subscription back in September. I had a frustrating experience with a wrong delivery and decided to cancel after several issues. I recently discovered these ongoing charges and am deeply upset by the lack of communication. I demand a full refund immediately. I cancelled without requesting a refund on my last order to avoid complications. I am grateful I noticed these charges before more were incurred. I have identified an unauthorized transaction from San Francisco on my account. Kindly process a refund for the charges and close any associated accounts. I do not have any affiliation with Uber or conduct business with them. I have taken steps to block this with my bank. Any information on the source of this transaction would be helpful as this has occurred multiple times in the past year, and this is the first time I have detected it. I placed an order with Arby's online directly, not through Postmates, on 06-01-[redacted] for a roast beef sandwich, fries, cheese sticks, and a shake around 6:30 pm. I received a message from someone named Iwa with an ETA of 12 minutes. After 30 minutes, I called the number provided and got a Postmates recorded message directing me to their website without a phone number. No one responded to my email. My checking account was charged $35.07. When I contacted the local Arby's, they mentioned it was picked up and not their responsibility, which I disagree with according to the BBB. They use subcontractors for delivery. Even though I was home with the door open, no one delivered the order. I'm a Navy vet living on social security and chose Arby's for their food, but I am deeply disappointed by how this issue was handled. I've also shared my experience on Facebook. I have reached out to Postmates via email and phone to dispute an unauthorized charge on my company credit card. Even though I have never used Postmates or Uber, a charge appeared on my statement. Despite receiving assurances that I would be contacted about this issue, I have not received any communication from them yet. I urgently need this charge removed from my company credit card.
