I placed an order with Popeyes on Tuesday, 9/8/[redacted], using my American Express credit card. The delivery arrived around 8:55 pm, but unfortunately, two items were missing. This kind of issue occurs frequently with both Postmates and the restaurants I order from. I had to drive 3 miles after a long day of work to get the correct items. When I got to the restaurant, the manager, Danny, informed me that they had run out of the items I ordered through Postmates and substituted them without my consent. I usually use your delivery service, but the lack of immediate assistance when problems arise is frustrating. I requested a refund from Danny, but he mentioned needing to contact Postmates, which wasn't convenient for me at that time. It would be great if someone from your team could reach out to me to help resolve these issues. The restaurant is located at [redacted] E. Artesia Blvd, and I think it's in either Long Beach or Bellflower.

I am dissatisfied with my Postmates delivery on Wednesday, September 16, [redacted]. I placed a large order from a Cracker Barrel store nearby, only for my food to arrive cold and late. Despite understanding the delay wasn't the fault of the driver, named Shakema, the timing was frustrating. I ordered at 7:16 p.m., but the food didn't reach me until 10:00 p.m. Shakema had the food for over an hour, and it arrived completely cold. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I believe some form of compensation should be provided by Postmates for the inconvenience.

Hello, my name is Jackie. I placed an order with 7-11 for a large pizza, cheese bread, 5 wings, and a 2-liter soda on 09/22/[redacted] at 7 pm. The delivery was through Cindy from Postmates. She called me at 7:35 pm, but when I went outside to meet her, she was not there. I tried calling back, but the number was labeled as a scam call. Cindy did not return my call, and it turns out she delivered to the wrong address. Despite contacting 7-11 where Alie confirmed my order #1[redacted] 9[redacted] for $20.96 was marked as delivered, I never received it. Thank you.

My daughter-in-law placed an order for groceries at the Walmart on West Broward Blvd in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The delivery was supposed to be handled by Postmates to [redacted] SW 22nd Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL [redacted]. Unfortunately, the groceries worth over $[redacted], paid for with EBT, never arrived at their house. Walmart is requesting her to wait 3-5 business days for a refund, which is causing hardship as she has a one-year-old and a one-month-old to care for. Nearly every time I order from Postmates, there's an issue. My children enjoy the cookies from City Bites, but they often arrive incorrect or missing. I reached out to City Bites, and they mentioned that the Postmate driver receives the order and then places it at City Bites. City Bites doesn't receive the correct information. The main problem is usually with the cookies. I specifically order the Ultimate Peanut Butter Cookie, but often receive a plain one or a chocolate drizzle cookie instead of the one with icing and chocolate drizzle as it should be. I pay extra for those adjustments and end up at a loss when the order is incorrect. Unable to get a refund due to my account, it's frustrating not getting what I paid for because of the driver's mistakes. Despite putting a note to ensure the cookies were iced, they were still not prepared properly. It is disheartening to pay more and receive an inferior product. I demand accountability for the extra charges I made for the cookies. Very disappointed customer.

I had to order food for a company meeting today from Popeyes. Due to their $[redacted] spending limit, I had to split the payment across several cards. I charged around $27 on my boss's Capital One Mastercard, approximately $[redacted] on the Salvation Army corporate card, and used two of my own Visa cards to complete the order. I need itemized receipts for each card used to claim reimbursement. The frustrating part is that I did not receive any receipts for the four separate transactions and I am unable to reach customer service. I received a delivery today from Postmate. When I tried to give the driver, Kevin, a tip, I accidentally selected "other" intending to give him a little extra for the longer distance. Unfortunately, in my haste, the tip amount ended up being ZERO. I want to rectify this and provide the appropriate tip to the driver. The delivery was from Grand Central Bakery in Portland, Oregon, delivered by Kevin around 2:25 on 10/2/20. I would appreciate it if you could send me another tip link so I can ensure Kevin receives the tip he deserves. Thank you!

Hi, this is Sean. I work as a driver with the fleet team. Last week, while I was out making deliveries, I encountered an issue with my Fleet app. It unexpectedly shut down, signed me out, and then refused to let me log back in. After numerous attempts, I managed to access the app again but had to go through the entire verification process from the beginning as if I were a new driver. The app has been stuck on a "background check" status for four days now, preventing me from working and continuing with my deliveries. As of today, Monday, October 5th, the $[redacted] I earned last week has not been deposited into my account. I am seeking clarity on this situation and assistance on how to proceed. On September 27, [redacted], I placed an order with IHOP through Postmates for delivery. Unfortunately, the order arrived late, cold, and was missing syrup. I promptly contacted Postmates through the app to file a complaint. Postmates responded that I would receive a credit of $16.88, but I questioned why a full refund wasn't being offered. After a series of email exchanges, Postmates insisted on the $16.88 credit, stating that I had complained too late for any further actions to be taken. As of October 8, [redacted], I have not received any refund. I am disappointed with the back and forth communication from Postmates and their unprofessional language during the exchange. Their dismissive attitude towards my concerns was unsatisfactory.

I terminated my service several months ago, possibly in May, but I have been continuously charged $10 each month for a service I no longer use or have access to. I am unable to log in and have not accessed the account since June. I would like a refund for the charges on 7/20, 8/20, 9/20, and 10/20, totaling $40. I never received my food delivery. The first person I spoke to informed me that the restaurant I ordered from doesn't sell breakfast, even though it's listed on your menu. They mentioned canceling but didn't follow through. Another representative called, repeating the same information. They assured me they would cancel but failed to do so. Now, a third person is at the restaurant trying to pick up non-existent food. I simply want a refund. Why is canceling so difficult? It's frustrating dealing with these issues repeatedly. Can I please get my money back? It's almost 11:00 AM, and it has been nearly 2 hours since I placed the order.

I received a call, but it was cancelled while on my way, which was frustrating as I lack gas money since my recent hospitalization. Previously, I used to receive more calls and earn money. I relocated to International Street in Daytona Beach for its high restaurant traffic, yet now I barely receive two calls a day. This situation is challenging as a single mother. I am considering looking for a new job or a different location. Any advice on how to increase my call volume would be greatly appreciated.

I made a significant purchase via Postmates on 10/17/20. I tracked the order online and saw the driver was at the restaurant; however, the driver had actually departed at 11:31 am. Despite contacting the restaurant, my food never arrived. I reside in a gated community, and the driver did not arrive at the gate, indicating the order was stolen. The driver's name is Mike M. I can provide the confirmation email upon request. I am seeking a full refund, urging for the driver's termination to prevent future incidents. I will be filing a police report for the theft. I made a delivery order with the restaurant. The order was being prepared, and a delivery driver had been assigned - I even knew his name. However, I received a message from the delivery service stating that my order was canceled due to driver unavailability. This was confusing because I had a driver assigned already, so their reason didn't seem accurate. Unfortunately, there was no provided contact number to address this issue, leaving me unable to resolve the problem or receive my food.

Last night, I placed an order through Postmates for a meal from Wow Bao in Seattle. I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl and pot stickers, totaling less than $30. Upon delivery, I received the wrong order from a different restaurant containing a can of coke, chicken wings, and cold french fries. I tried to report the issue through the app and was only given a $6 credit. When I reached out again, I was told the matter was already resolved. Frustrated, I found a way to report the problem and received an additional $8 credit that expires in 30 days. I am upset that I cannot recover my money or receive proper compensation for the incorrect order. I'm at a loss for what to do next, but I feel this situation is unfair and unacceptable.

A few months ago, I contacted your company regarding someone who had stolen my identity and opened an account in my name. Even after reporting this, there was no further communication. Recently, a friend recommended your services, so I attempted to open a new account. However, my background check did not come back, and I lost interest in pursuing the account any further. I am confused as to why my account was deactivated, considering the circumstances: my identity was stolen, leading to an unauthorized account being created, and my background check never completed. I'm new to delivery and have a query about the 'more ways to earn' offer I got when I started. The offer promises "$35 guaranteed after 5 deliveries" but only if I deliver in Ada, OK, which is far from my location in Noble, OK. I primarily deliver in Noble, Norman, Moore, and OKC, making it impossible for me to meet the requirement, even though the offer is still on my screen for another two weeks. I also used a friend's code for a guaranteed $[redacted] after [redacted] deliveries, but I don't see it reflected in my app. I'm wondering why I received an offer for a location I can't deliver to, and if this unattainable offer will persist on my app for two more weeks before a more suitable one appears.

I placed an order with Carolina's Mexican Restaurant on 11/7/[redacted] for the following items: - 1 Dozen Red Tamales - 2 Shredded Beef Tacos - 2 Shredded Beef Tacos - 1 Bean Tamale - 1 Bean Tamale When I received my order, I only got one tamale, 2 shredded beef tacos, and 2 bean tostadas. Missing were the other two tacos and the one dozen tamales. I had to go back to the restaurant to get the missing items, which defeats the purpose of delivery. I'd like a refund on the delivery charge and tip. The Postmate, Paul R, didn't inform me that the restaurant was out of tamales and offered to wait for them to be made. I confirmed this with the restaurant, and Paul failed to inform me that half of the order was missing, even after contacting him via the "Help" option on the Postmates app. I suspect Paul may have eaten some of the order because the restaurant only mentioned the missing tamales, not the tacos when I picked up the order.

I ordered food for the first time and NEVER AGAIN! We placed the order at 11:20 pm and received a call at 12:05 am from the delivery driver, informing us that they were no longer using Postmates and couldn't deliver our order. The online status indicated Maurice W. was working on our order for delivery by 12:25 am. It's disappointing that the restaurant didn't contact us directly. Now we are left with limited food options at the hospital without the ability to go out for food. I do not authorize any charges on my card and am dissatisfied with this service. Relying only on email for customer support adds to the frustration. It's unacceptable to leave customers in the dark. Disappointing experience with Postmates.

I am extremely disappointed with the service tonight. My order never arrived even though the tracking stated it had been delivered. This is unacceptable. It's not the first time this has occurred, and it's becoming a frequent issue. I demand a full refund for this order. Additionally, I expect to receive compensation such as a free meal or credits due to the inconvenience caused by this situation. The lack of customer support with no phone number available is distressing. It's frustrating when multiple hungry people are left waiting with no delivery received, and the driver falsely claims to have dropped off the order. This experience has left me feeling furious. I have been a loyal customer, but if these problems persist, I will have no choice but to reconsider my membership. I urge you to address these issues promptly and make amends accordingly.
