I made a purchase at Red Bowl Asian Bistro. I got a message from [redacted]0 at 5:58 from someone named Erin at Postmates, mentioning they had arrived at Red Bowl and would be delivering soon. Unfortunately, my order never arrived. I checked with Red Bowl Asian Bistro, and they confirmed my order was picked up. I'm concerned about why my order wasn't delivered, where it went, and if I will still be charged the $60 for the undelivered food.

To my disappointment, I discovered after payment that the delivery was handled by postmates rather than the restaurant itself. The website did not disclose this until after the transaction was completed, leaving me unaware of this arrangement. Despite waiting for over 3 hours and trying to contact the driver through the restaurant without success, I have regrettably decided to cancel the order. Dear Postmates Customer Service, I am kindly requesting a refund of $44.10 for an order I placed on 11/11/19 using the Postmates app. My username is [redacted] When I used the app to place a delivery order from a specific restaurant, I inadvertently ended up with a pickup order instead. After realizing this upon payment confirmation, I immediately canceled the order. However, I was later surprised to find out that I would not receive a refund as the restaurant had supposedly started preparing the order within the short 5-minute timeframe since I initially placed it. The app did not clearly indicate the order had switched, leading to my confusion. I understand the restaurant's perspective, but I believe I should receive a refund due to the circumstances: - Prompt cancellation post-payment - Lack of warning regarding non-refundable orders - Confusion caused by the app's unclear delivery/pickup indication I am disappointed by the pickup option as I use Postmates for delivery convenience. Tonight, I placed an order with Chipotle due to being unwell and unable to drive. I opted for delivery, paying an additional eleven dollars excluding tip. Unfortunately, the delivery time kept getting delayed, and the food wasn't picked up promptly, leading to frustration. Eventually, the driver, Vincent, encountered issues finding my location, resulting in further delays and miscommunication. Despite my effort to guide him, the food arrived cold and stale after an hour and a half. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I believe there should be better training and protocols in place for such situations to ensure timely and satisfactory service. I placed a delivery order with Bertucci's for Merrimack College and requested to meet at the Dunkin' Donuts parking lot on campus. Since Bertucci's uses Postmates for deliveries, my order was picked up by a driver named Gidel. Despite requesting the meetup location due to work, Gidel ended up on the opposite side of campus and could not reach me at work. I asked him to come to the Dunkin' Donuts parking lot as originally planned, and he agreed. However, after a significant delay beyond a normal walk across campus, I still did not receive my food. I tried contacting him through the provided number, but calls and messages could not go through, leaving me unable to reach the driver who failed to deliver my order.

I recently filed a complaint on the Postmates app regarding my order, but I only received a refund of $13 out of the $30 total. In my complaint, I mentioned that both entrees had errors and arrived cold. The "hearty breakfast" dishes I ordered lacked the advertised amount of food and had poor quality vegetables and stale biscuits. Despite the menu specifying that I should receive biscuit southern style gravy, both entrees lacked this item. I can provide further details from my complaint on the Postmates app. However, my main concern is why I am only receiving a refund for half of the order in the form of a Visa credit to my debit card. While delivering a stacked Postmates order, I encountered a situation where one of the recipients mistakenly took the other person's order. Despite attempting to reach out to the correct recipient, they locked themselves in the house and did not respond. This led to a delay in completing the delivery, which was frustrating for both the recipient and myself. The incident resulted in a negative review, and I couldn't proceed with other Postmates orders due to the system expecting me to deliver to the incorrect location. I am kindly requesting assistance in determining when my $[redacted] bonus will be deposited into my account. Despite being told multiple times that I earned the bonus and that it should take 3 to 7 days to appear in my account, it has been over 3 weeks and I have not yet received it. I worked hard for this bonus, juggling two other jobs as a single mom. I completed the required 75 deliveries within 30 days for the $[redacted] bonus weeks ago. With Christmas approaching, this money would be very helpful. I have not received a satisfactory response despite numerous inquiries. I simply want to know why it is taking so long to receive this payout. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could look into this issue for me. Thank you, E.

I wanted to share my positive experience with Postmate Kiera. I was delivering a sandwich to a friend in the hospital, and she faced challenges with parking and hospital restrictions. After I promised her an extra $10 tip, Kiera persevered and successfully delivered the sandwich to my friend, who had just undergone foot amputation. I tried to add the tip on your website as she suggested, but couldn't find the option to do so. Despite following the FAQ instructions and contacting customer service, I received conflicting information and couldn't increase the tip. Being informed to tip on my next order felt dismissive, especially since Kiera deserved recognition for her exceptional service. I felt frustrated and disregarded, which may have misled Kiera. I hope you can address this issue promptly.

I am deeply concerned as criminals have once again made unauthorized charges on my credit card and the issue remains unresolved. Despite canceling an order I did not place, money was taken from my account while I was at a day-long conference with no activity on my part. I need my issue resolved today. I do not wish to pursue legal action or involve the media to get a resolution. Postmates overcharged my credit card without informing me until after the order was dispatched. What was supposed to be a $19.72 order now totals close to $[redacted] as they double-charged my card and added an extra $15 to the order, which was doubled!

I drove 10 miles to a Walmart to pick up an order. When I arrived, the Walmart employee attended me and told me to wait a bit while he checked on the order I was going to pick up. After 10-15 minutes, he came back and informed me that due to the backlog, it would take 45 minutes to an hour to fulfill the order. I contacted the customer to relay the delay, only to find out she had left because she couldn't cancel the order through Postmates or reach Walmart by phone. I had to cancel the order on my end as she couldn't receive it. I wasted time and gas with no compensation. I am disappointed and hope to be reimbursed for the 10 miles driven and the time spent waiting, as this was not my fault.

Hello, my name is Daniel Hunt. The account associated with me is under the email [redacted] On Thanksgiving, I was directed to two locations that were closed. I immediately informed the appropriate channels but have yet to receive a response. As an employee, I am disappointed by the lack of consideration in sending me to closed locations and the subsequent failure to compensate for my time and gas. It is essential for the app to ensure accurate information and for the company to communicate effectively with its employees. I am surprised and perplexed by the company's oversight in providing basic details such as operating hours and location status. I believe it is reasonable to be reimbursed not only for the gas but also for the time spent trying to serve your customers. As representatives of the company, we deserve respect and acknowledgment for our efforts.

While in the middle of a delivery, at the customer's apartment, I encountered an issue with the Postmates app. When I unlocked my phone to check the app, I noticed that the current order had completed itself prematurely. This unexpected glitch caused confusion as I had not finished the delivery yet. Unfortunately, I was unable to access the customer's apartment number to finalize the delivery due to the app's error.

I ordered my food, and it was picked up. The delivery person took a different route, and I thought they were lost. After some time passed, the delivery person was getting farther away. I messaged her, and she said she was stuck in traffic. More time passed, and there was no movement on the map. Normally, the distance from the pickup location to my house is only 15-20 minutes. It had been over an hour at this point. I messaged her twice more with no response. I just want a refund since my food never arrived, and I hope this Postmate doesn't do this to others in the future.

I am facing a challenging situation with Postmates. I signed up for a gift card as part of a free trial and subsequently canceled my membership. However, Postmates has been charging me $9.99 per month for the past two months. I have attempted to contact support, but encountered difficulties as the platform only allows for the selection of the US or Mexico as countries. I placed an order for Del Taco through Postmates. The restaurant is close to my house. After the driver picked up my order, I noticed he was driving in the opposite direction. I tried to contact him, but he did not respond. As I tracked him on the app, I saw he was heading far away and eventually stopped moving. I monitored the situation, taking screenshots every five minutes. After waiting for over 30 minutes with no progress, I decided to cancel my order. I am now seeking a refund for this inconvenience.

Hello, I am reaching out about an order we made on December 1, [redacted], at 7:15 pm. While tracking the order, we observed that the driver made a stop at a different address and did not come to our location at 14 Lane Street. After investigating, we found out that the person at that address did not receive our order, and the driver took it back. Unfortunately, we never received our order.
