I placed an order on the app at 8:35pm for the 2 can dine chicken with dark meat (2 legs and 3 thighs). At the drive-thru window, I requested the correct items, but my order was missing a sandwich, 2 red beans and rice, and a Cajun rice. After bringing it to the employee's attention, there was a delay in receiving the missing items. When I mentioned the missing Cajun rice, I was initially told they were out of it, but later, I received it. The employee's unprofessional behavior and rude comments were disappointing. The overall experience was the worst I've had at this location. The food was cold, the chicken pieces were mixed up, and the Cajun rice seemed reheated. The lapse in service and quality of food at this establishment has led me to decide not to return. Although one employee was friendly, the disrespectful manner in which the situation was handled was unacceptable.

We have placed numerous orders at [redacted] Blanding Blvd and have experienced consistent issues. Online orders frequently have delays in processing, causing inconvenience upon arrival at the restaurant. Witnessing management's unprofessional behavior towards staff and noticing the lack of motivation and efficiency among employees is disappointing. The customer service lacks warmth, with employees appearing disengaged and slow in their tasks. During a recent visit, an employee was neglecting work to attend to personal matters, resulting in confusion and delays with orders. The restaurant seems to be understaffed and often runs out of menu items. Despite these challenges, employee AJ stood out for his attentive and caring service, offering a complimentary drink and showing genuine concern for our experience. In the past, we have received incorrect orders, once missing chicken pieces which were rectified on our next visit. Additionally, the parking lot conditions are deteriorating, resembling a rough field rather than a proper lot. It is evident that the main issue lies with management. Urgent attention and improvements are necessary at this location.

I made an online order through Popeyes tonight. Unfortunately, I did not receive two side items and a biscuit. When I contacted the store, they directed me to DoorDash as the delivery service. After speaking with DoorDash, I was sent back to Popeyes since the order was placed on the Popeyes website. I spoke with Assistant Manager Davon, who declined to provide his last name. However, he accused me of lying about contacting the store. I contacted them at 5:53 pm and 6:13 pm but received no help. This Popeyes location on 9th Avenue in Pensacola, FL has had multiple incomplete or incorrect orders, with unfriendly staff interactions. Although I enjoy the food, the poor service is making me hesitant to return. All I desire is a refund for the missing items, as this issue has taken up approximately 3 hours of my time.

I ordered a takeout meal with 16 pieces of chicken, but only received 14 when I got home. After calling customer service, they promised to call me back. The branch manager then called, offering to provide the missing pieces later. Despite explaining the inconvenience, the supervisor insisted I pick up the chicken another time due to new rules. I spent 40 minutes in the drive-thru line. Upon reaching the window, the manager was taking orders. I politely asked if they had fresh hot chicken, to which the manager responded with hostility and profanity. I expressed my dissatisfaction with her behavior, but she continued to curse at me, refusing to serve. I decided not to leave after such a long wait. Eventually, the situation escalated, with both of us calling the police. This is the third time I have witnessed her inappropriate conduct, affecting the restaurant's reputation negatively.

I had an issue at the Popeyes store at [redacted] Crain Hwy in Waldorf, MD. On June 23, [redacted], at 4:21 pm, I ordered a 16-piece family meal. The billboard price was $47.xx, but I was charged $57.xx at the register. I pointed this out to the manager, who didn't address it. I called customer service to file a complaint, but haven't received a response in 2 weeks. The lack of customer service at both the store and in my follow-up call has been disappointing.

On July 22, I lodged a complaint about an unpleasant encounter with a drive-thru cashier and the extremely slow service. Despite repeatedly stating my order three times at the speaker, I had to wait 15 minutes before an employee asked for my order at the window. The attitude of the area manager was disappointing as she seemed disinterested in my concerns. The manager was more focused on cleaning than assisting the staff. After paying, I received my food cold and had been waiting for my three-piece chicken for over 15 minutes. This experience was unlike anything I have encountered in Starkville, Mississippi. Despite being promised a follow-up within 3 to 5 business days, I have not heard back. On July 29 at 8:45 pm, I returned to the same location and encountered the same rude cashier who informed me of a wait for my order, frustrating me further. I made a second complaint to the same customer service representative, emphasizing the poor handling of my initial complaint.

I am requesting a refund for my entire meal. The experience at store #[redacted] in Jackson, MI was unsatisfactory. My order of a kids' meal and a 3-piece chicken meal was missing my son's toy and sauce. Additionally, my side of mashed potatoes was not included in the bag as indicated on the receipt. I repeatedly called the store at [redacted] but nobody answered, and when they did, they hung up immediately. I urge the store not to pay employees more than minimum wage as the service was very poor. My meal was incomplete upon arriving home, and the lack of response over the phone is unacceptable. The host, Nickleas, did not provide proper service. I have already left a 1-star review on Google and plan to do the same on Yelp. As a DoorDash driver, I had a negative experience at a Popeyes branch on Anvil Block Rd in Ellenwood, Georgia. The employee there was unpleasant when I was just following the instructions for picking up orders. Despite the clear direction for drivers to head to the pickup area and not wait in line, the employee rudely instructed me to do so. I refrained from any confrontation, but I felt the urge to react. I believe action should be taken to address the behavior at this location.

I purchased a 12-piece family box last Friday to accommodate unexpected guests. The order was delivered a little after 5 p.m. from Popeyes in Springfield, Missouri at [redacted]. Despite my attempts to contact them, the phone goes unanswered. My order was missing cole slaw, the chicken was supposed to be half spicy and half plain but was all plain. I found feathers on the three wings, an unusual back piece, a tiny thigh with little meat, not the expected 12 pieces of chicken, and the biscuits were hard. It seemed like a haphazard assembly of leftovers. Embarrassed, I had to order from another restaurant to feed my guests. As a disabled individual, meal preparation is now challenging. I seek advice on how to address this disappointing experience. As a longtime customer from Southern Louisiana, I have never encountered such poor quality food from Popeyes before.

I am frustrated with the service at Popeyes in Henderson, LA [redacted]. The staff was rude, slammed my food down, and rushed me while I was paying. They did not give me all of my order, and when I realized half was missing in Butte Larose Louisiana, 15 minutes away, they showed no concern and were disrespectful over the phone.

I am disappointed by the service at the Popeyes in Pagedale, Missouri. Despite the high number of customers, there are long delays and rude staff. The practice of asking customers to come to the window for orders despite having a new menu board is frustrating and has been going on for over 3 months. This location needs better training for order taking to improve the service quality. Every business in the community should offer the best service possible, regardless of the neighborhood demographics. I hope to see improvements at the Popeyes in Pagedale, Missouri on Page & Pennsylvania Ave. Thank you.

On October 12, [redacted], I visited the drive-thru at [redacted] Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH [redacted] at around 8:30 pm. Despite the long line, it wasn't until 8:55 pm that I was able to place my order. I requested 2 mild 3-piece chicken combos with fries, lemonades, an extra biscuit, and the standard combo sides. After waiting until 9:10 pm, I was informed the total was $25.46, to which I paid using my girlfriend's credit card. However, we were later told they had run out of mashed potatoes, which we didn't even order. When we finally received our drinks and the credit card back (without a receipt), an employee returned stating we needed to pay again due to a timeout error. Despite showing proof of the initial payment, the employee insisted we pay again before receiving our food. Frustrated, I used my credit card again and then received a receipt. Upon returning home, I discovered the mild chicken was actually spicy, which I cannot eat due to health reasons. I am seeking a refund for the double charge and the incorrect order. I visited the Prescott Valley, AZ store for lunch on Thursday, 10/27/22. I placed my order at 12:01 pm and unfortunately didn't receive it until 12:34 pm. It seemed like there was a problem with chicken as other customers were also experiencing delays. The employees didn't communicate well about the wait time, and when the order finally arrived at 12:34, there were no apologies extended. It would have been more helpful if they had informed us about the delays when we were placing the order, especially since many of us are on limited lunch breaks.

On Friday, November, my son ordered Popeyes for my birthday. The delivery via Postmates was delayed and took over an hour. The order arrived unsealed, missing (2) fries and biscuits, and without the receipt. This $50 meal disappointment on my birthday marks the second time items were missing from a Popeyes order, with a previous order missing a Chicken sandwich. I tried to contact the local Popeyes but couldn't find a phone number. My son, who is a full-time student and part-time worker, no longer trusts Popeyes to get his order right and has deleted his Postmates account. We hope for compensation for the missing items.

I recently visited the Popeyes location on Decatur and Flamingo. I placed my order at 1:55 pm but did not receive it until about 2:15 pm. Despite the staff insisting I hadn't waited that long, I explained there was a customer ahead of me who was asked to move. The popcorn shrimp I received were not fresh, they were cold, and there was a hair in the bottom of the box. I called and spoke to the manager who requested that I return the item, but as a cab driver, I am uncertain when I can revisit. I expressed my disappointment regarding the freshness of the food and the lack of hair nets on employees for sanitation. This particular Popeyes branch is the worst I've experienced, and I will not be returning. I plan to inform others about this poor experience, possibly sharing it on social media.

I've been attempting to contact the Popeyes branch in Glenwood, IL, without success. I placed an order for the chicken sandwich combo with a BOGO coupon promotion through the Popeyes app. Despite being charged, upon arrival I was informed they were out of chicken sandwiches and charged separately for the drink and coleslaw, which should be included in the combo. The app now shows the combo as unavailable, and I would like a refund for the incorrect charges.

Tonight, my experience at store #[redacted] around 8pm was disappointing. The person assisting us was Simone, and our order was number #97. Unfortunately, the customer service we received was subpar. Despite the lack of other customers, we encountered delays and rudeness. Our food seemed overcooked and left under the heat lamps for too long. Additionally, the server was unwelcoming to my wife when she went to grab a cup. The encounter deteriorated further when Simone made negative remarks about my spouse. I expressed my concerns to Simone, but she remained unapologetic and dismissive. The overall experience left us feeling unwelcome and mistreated. We have no plans to revisit this store after feeling undervalued as customers.

Tonight, my spouse and I visited store #[redacted] at 8 p.m., where we were assisted by Simone for our order #97. Unfortunately, we experienced poor customer service. This led to a confrontation where Simone insulted my wife, leading me to intervene. Despite indicating I would report the incident, Simone remained defiant and asked us to leave, making us feel unwelcome and discriminated against. As a result, we have decided not to return to this store due to the unpleasant experience.
