I received an email welcoming me to your site, but I did not join using the email [redacted] and the profile name vidaudjd, which is unfamiliar to me. This seems to be a scam. Recently, a similar situation occurred on Badoo, but I managed to access the profile and delete it as I had one there too. Please remove this profile associated with my email as it is not mine. There were numerous messages sent from my Looking4therealdeal profile to men instructing them to text a suspicious number. I never initiated these messages. Following this breach, I reset my password and removed all my photos. I felt the need to inform all the recipients not to text the number due to my hacked account. Subsequently, I decided to close my account. It is disheartening that a popular dating platform lacks adequate security measures. Women already face unwanted attention on such sites, and now the fear of being hacked adds to our concerns. I have also alerted my friends using the app to ensure they update their passwords in light of what happened to me.

I am encountering an error message regarding my credentials. Initially, my username was CountryKimmie33 in June [redacted], with a paid upgrade. I couldn't log in, so I created CountryKimmie3. However, I got locked out of that account as well, although there are no inappropriate photos or behavior. On September 24th, I made a new account called STGal, created at 8:16 p.m., and was locked out by 9:19 p.m. I had to use a different email since it claimed [redacted] was already in use. This is becoming increasingly frustrating. I've tried the automated suggestions but need to speak with someone urgently. I believe I haven't violated any policies, so I'm curious if someone falsely reported me.

I had a negative experience with a man using the username Jhim666 from Spring, Texas, who goes by John Roohana and has the email [redacted] He misrepresented himself, engaging in heavy drug use, mainly meth, and displaying narcissistic behaviors. I want to warn others about him to prevent further victims. Please remove his profile from POF as he hides his true nature well initially but it becomes apparent later on. It's crucial to protect others from enduring what I went through. His pattern involves keeping his profile while dating, moving in, and even remarking that he finds it amusing to use it to cheat on women. This has been a distressing experience, and I hope you take action to prevent others from facing the same ordeal. I value privacy regarding this issue. Thank you.

I signed up with the email [redacted], and my account was previously hidden. Now, I can't access it at all. When I click on "forgot my password," I don't receive the email as promised. Additionally, when I attempted to create a new profile, it said the account was already registered. I even tried a new email I recently acquired, and it said that one was taken as well, which doesn't make sense. Could you please help me reset or recover my email so I can start using the site again? I recently received two emails notifying me that my Plenty of Fish email address and password have been changed, but I haven't used the site in a long time. I am concerned that someone might have hacked into my account and updated the information to their own. How can I delete a profile that no longer belongs to me, but still contains all my personal information?

I am having trouble accessing the app on my iPhone. When I entered my password, it said it was incorrect. I have tried to reset my password multiple times but have not received the email. I am now getting many "wants to meet you" notifications, which leads me to believe that my account may have been hacked. I received an email on my Gmail account at 8:32 PM stating that my account had been updated, but I did not make any changes.

I currently reside in Belgrave, Victoria, Australia. Lately, I have noticed some reliability issues with your app. To address this, I reluctantly uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Subsequently, I attempted to log in using my username, Razar, and requested a password reset via email. I possess three email accounts: [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] After entering Razar and individually attempting each email address, I scoured all corresponding inboxes, yet the password reset emails are yet to materialize. Furthermore, my endeavor to create a new account under Razar on POF was thwarted by a notification indicating that it is already in use. I believe my account has been compromised. I have been a member of this site for a decade. Today, I received an email stating that my profile was updated, but I did not make any changes. Since October 2nd, I have been bombarded with emails from women worldwide. After clicking on one, I found my profile altered with different pictures and settings. I'm continuously receiving POF notifications but am unable to login, reset my password, as I never receive the reset email from POF. My username is cunazoo. Please deactivate my account. Several photos of my garden and myself have been replaced. Someone using my account to message women with "hello damsel" responses are coming to my phone, though I can't access my account. I initially wanted a one-month subscription but was mistakenly charged for a three-month subscription. Despite cancelling further autodrafts from my account, I was charged for an additional three months. I am frustrated by this. I am experiencing difficulty messaging younger women on the website. The system restricts me to my age group, although younger women have messaged me first. I've been unable to access my account on POF for the past five days. The site isn't accepting my password, even though I haven't changed it recently. Just before this issue started, I received over [redacted] alerts from men, which is confusing because my profile clearly states that I'm looking for women. I previously reported his profile. I have a protective order against him, along with charges of burglary and stalking. He discovered my Facebook page and proceeded to share screenshots of it on his public profile. Despite the charges, he continues to visit my profile regularly. Please, at least restrict his access to my profile and enable me to change my screen name or have his account deleted. All I want is for him to stop bothering me.
