I sent an inappropriate image to a guy during a game. As a result, I received a one-month suspension. I regret my actions, but the other player was acting in a toxic manner towards me, sending me hateful messages and disrupting the game by teamkilling. I believe the punishment may have been too severe given the circumstances, especially since the other player was also causing issues. I acknowledge my mistake and assure you that I will not repeat it. I hope you can reconsider and grant me another chance to play, especially because my break is approaching soon. While at work, I received a text from my bank about suspicious activity on my card. When I contacted them later that night, they mentioned PlayStation game purchases, which I hadn't made. My daughter had a PlayStation received as a gift, and I had used my card to activate it. It turns out, my daughter's friend, unattended at home, used my account to buy games without permission. I wasn't aware the card details were saved on the PlayStation. My daughter's account is now banned due to these incidents. I want to address this issue and reinstate her account.

My son's and my accounts were hacked this morning. The passwords have been changed, and $[redacted] was charged to my credit card. I am struggling to access my accounts. I attempted to reset my password using the email associated with the account, but I didn't receive the reset link. My son is heartbroken as he can't play and has been upset all morning. I attempted to log in to PlayStation today and found my account suspended. I haven't engaged in any behavior that would warrant this suspension, especially hate speech. I am a 22-year-old college student and did not send any offensive messages during my last sign-in at 10:00 am. If the suspension persists, I request to know who accused me, which is my right. This is the third consecutive time I've had funds withdrawn from my account despite requesting to stop. I did not authorize autopay, and my account is now in overdraft for the third time due to this issue. I insist on the reimbursement of the deducted amount and an additional $30 to cover the overdraft fee. I have repeatedly addressed this matter and it continues to occur. I require the return of my funds and the additional fee to bring my account back to balance. This situation is highly frustrating.

I recently bought a new PlayStation and encountered issues downloading some applications from the library. Despite trying to delete and redownload the apps, like "SHAREfactory," I keep receiving an error message stating, "Cannot add the following content to [Downloads]: It is already installed on this PS4 (CE-[redacted]-2)." This message appears even though the application is not showing in my library. Additionally, I connected an external hard drive during or after the setup process. Any advice on resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I have uninstalled the Spotify app on my PS4 as I couldn't connect to it from my phone using the "other devices" option. Despite various attempts, like accessing the PS Store through the quick menu or home screen and searching for Spotify, or going through TV & Video, I have been unsuccessful in reinstalling it for about a month. Even on the Spotify app page in the PS Store, I can't find a "Download" option. I encountered a frustrating issue with my PlayStation while trying to play with a friend. The system started lagging severely, taking an unusually long time to navigate between screens like returning to the home screen. When my friend joined the party, causing me to switch to the game, simply pressing the home button resulted in a significant delay of about 3 minutes to access the home screen. In an attempt to resolve the problem, I restarted the PS4. However, this led to a continuous blinking white light for approximately 3 minutes, prompting me to unplug the power cord due to a broken power button. Upon restarting the system using the controller, it stalled at 27% during the database loading process, eventually directing me to safe mode and requesting a USB update file version 7.00. After following the instructions and encountering the prompt to delete all saved data, I'm apprehensive about losing valuable data built up over years of use. The system seems to only offer the USB update as a solution, leaving me concerned about retaining my saved data.

I'm experiencing two issues with my PS4. The first problem prevents me from accessing it as it is always in safe mode, asking for an update with file 6.72 or higher. Despite trying multiple external hard drives and PCs, following all instructions carefully, and formatting the drive to exFAT as directed, I keep getting the same prompt to update with the required file. I've even seen others with the same issue on a PlayStation forum. Hopefully, resolving this will lead to addressing my second problem. Prior to the update issue, every game I played would eventually display an error message indicating corrupted data. This started with one game and escalated to multiple games, with persistent notifications prompting me to delete the corrupted data. Despite seeking help at BestBuy and even contacting PlayStation support to no avail, I'm left feeling the only solution may be to replace my PS4 as nothing has worked.

Hello, my 10-year-old son plays Fortnite, initially without any issues. However, when providing my bank details for a purchase and then removing them, he unknowingly began making unauthorized transactions to Black Ops. I am disabled, and with the local bank branch closed, I only noticed the decreasing balance later. Upon contacting the bank, they advised me to take the matter up with Google Play and Black Ops. My PlayStation 4 can take in and eject discs, but the issue is that when I insert a PlayStation 4 game, it shows up as an unknown disc. I have tested with multiple games, all in good condition, and still face the same problem. Strangely, DVDs load and play fine without any issues. When the game disc is in, I hear a strange sound like it's attempting to eject itself, which is concerning. I attempted to rebuild the database and did a system update via the internet without success. I'm hesitant to lose my data again, so I'm unsure of the best way to resolve this. I have the original model of the PlayStation. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am currently trying to regain access to my primary account after being hacked in [redacted]. There is £39.99 in the account that has been there for about two years. I added a £20 PSN voucher approximately 3 to 4 months ago to buy FIFA 20. I changed the password multiple times in quick succession after the hack and now can't recall it. Also, I no longer remember the card details as I switched from HSBC to Barclays.
My secondary account, H4DOUKEN, is where I plan to download FIFA onto from my DAglitchking account if I can recover it. I can log in but am unable to remember the password or update the card details. I would be grateful for any assistance in accessing my account as I wish to purchase FIFA 20 and the new Call of Duty.

I recently purchased a Fortnite account with my own funds. The account was still connected to various other accounts like PSN, PayPal, and Facebook, and was unverified. I contacted the original owner via Instagram to verify and remove their PayPal information, but after they wanted the account back, I returned it without getting my money refunded. The next day I received a message stating my PSN account had been permanently banned for an alleged attempt to steal an account. I was caught off guard by the ban and explained that I have many other games and this ban has affected all my game progress. I am upset by this situation and didn't realize the seriousness of the issue. I promise not to repeat this mistake if my account can be reinstated.
