I have been getting frequent emails about password change requests due to unauthorized access attempts on my PSN account. Although I haven't used my account in a while, I want to change the password to prevent these login attempts and potentially close the account. I recently purchased a game to download, and when I tried to access it, I received a message indicating that my PS3 console is deactivated and I cannot access the content because there are already 2 consoles activated. This is the first time I have encountered this issue, as I only own one console and have given my previous one away. When I contacted PlayStation for assistance, I was informed that I must wait until February to deactivate all systems, which I find unreasonable. I expect to be able to access the content I have paid for at any time. Last month, I also noticed an attempt to access my account from another device. I'm writing in regards to my account, which goes by the name Drewaphobia. Today, upon logging in, I was surprised to find that my account has been suspended. The reason provided was a "message." I recollected a previous message where my brother had sent an unpleasant remark to one of my acquaintances. I promptly apologized to the said friend, and we moved past the issue. I recently had an issue where my external storage drive got corrupted, so I reformatted it in the hopes of fixing it. Unfortunately, all my files got deleted instead. I'm mainly concerned about my digital copy of GTA V as I've invested over 80 days of playtime in it. I really hope there's a way to recover it without having to repurchase the game. I own an older 500GB PS4 and recently purchased a LEGO Dimensions starter pack with a toy pad. Everything works fine when the toy pad is directly connected to the console. However, when I use a USB 3.0 extension cable to connect the toy pad from my couch, it's not being recognized. I've tested the cable, and it works fine with other devices, so it's not a cord issue. The toy pad is on a flat, non-metal surface. Any suggestions on what might be causing this problem?

However, he mistakenly downloaded Minecraft instead, thinking it would be a better choice. As Minecraft downloaded quickly, he started using it right away. I am hoping that you can assist me in getting a refund for the Minecraft purchase so I can proceed with buying Need for Speed Heat, which is the game I originally intended to purchase.

I have been banned from my PlayStation account for a while now, and I'm unsure of the reason behind it. I suspect it might be a misunderstanding. A while ago, money was taken from my linked credit card, which I then blocked to prevent further withdrawals. The only plausible explanation for this unauthorized transaction is a potential hack of my PSN account. I've been attempting to reach out to customer support for months to resolve this issue and regain access to my account, but unfortunately, I have been unable to get through to them despite multiple attempts. About two weeks ago, I received an alarming email regarding my hacked account in Hong Kong. Despite attempting to reset my password, I encountered issues with the verification of my actual birthday. Then, this past Saturday, I found myself unexpectedly logged out of the PlayStation network due to a hacker's unauthorized purchases of $60, $60, and $50 worth of PlayStation network cards. I am reaching out about my recent purchase on PS Network. Today, I tried to buy a $25 3-month pass, but the payment didn't process. I just bought a used PS Vita from Gamestop today. I was informed that the PS Vita "Slim" had been stored for a while and needed charging. After some time, the blinking amber light turned solid amber, but it only stayed on for about 60 seconds before disappearing. When I tried to turn on the device, a low battery warning appeared with a slight red color in the battery icon. I ensured the unit was off, but whenever I plugged in the power cord, the unit's amber light would disappear after 15 seconds. After unplugging and re-plugging, the unit showed a slow blinking green light for a few seconds, then a rapid green light, and then no light at all. I am guessing the battery may be too old to work properly. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks! - V.

I made a purchase online for £24.99, and an additional £49.99 was mistakenly deducted from my mother's Barclays Visa Debit card for a PS Plus subscription despite auto-renew being off. We immediately contacted PlayStation for a refund, but heard nothing back until my mother reported the unauthorized charge to Barclays. After Barclays rectified the issue by refunding the money, PlayStation finally refunded the £49.99. We have informed the bank that the misunderstanding has been resolved and wish to retract any previous statements. We are now requesting the unbanning of my PlayStation account due to the confusion. I believe my account has been compromised. I have recently created a new PlayStation account using the same email address, but I require assistance with resolving the issues on my old account. Unauthorized charges totaling $[redacted] for three games and $47 for another game have been made. Additionally, $[redacted] was added to the wallet without my authorization. The account indicates it was created for my child, although I do not have any children. There was a false sign-in change recorded, as I had not made any changes until recently when I created a new account. Hello. I apologize for the length of my message. Recently, I noticed a recurring charge on my bank statement that was unclear to me. Upon investigation, I discovered that my identical twin brother, who struggles with addiction, had used my stolen license and bank card to make unauthorized transactions at my bank. Despite being in a wheelchair, the bank claimed I had authorized the transactions in person. Furthermore, my brother used my stored card information for PlayStation Plus subscriptions to maintain communication with his sources for drugs. Upon logging into my PlayStation account recently, I discovered that I am unable to access my purchased games under my PSN ID. Over the past four years, my boyfriend and I have shared a console, mostly using his account for game purchases. However, when I attempted to play today, I encountered an error message stating that I need to buy the game, like Overwatch, in order to play it. It seems that I am lacking the license for these games under my PSN. While my boyfriend typically has PlayStation Plus, I have not needed to purchase it separately as we shared the same console. Yesterday, he acquired a subscription for me to play Rocket League with his friend, who could not play on my account without it.
