I am looking to use my original PS4 console again after a week of not playing. My console has been well taken care of, has not been damaged, and my TV and HDMI cables are working fine. Unfortunately, when I tried to connect my PS4 to my TV through the VR adapter, the TV detected a signal from the adapter but didn't receive any video from the PS4. I tested four HDMI cables in different combinations without success.
When I connected the PS4 directly to the TV, I realized that the console itself is not sending any signal to the TV, even after attempting to start it in safe mode. Furthermore, the USB ports on my PS4 are not charging devices. I've checked for any bent prongs on both the TV and the PS4, but they seem fine. Despite the light and fan working on the PS4, I am unable to get it to display anything on the screen. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am requesting a refund for PlayStation Plus as it was automatically purchased after the free trial ended. I believed I had disabled the automatic charge on my account. The payment was deducted from my PayPal account, and I would like the refund to be issued to the card that was billed through PayPal. I previously submitted a complaint about this issue a week ago, but it remains unresolved. It has been more than a week since I initially raised this concern.

Last night, feeling generous, I tried to share my games with others in a PS4 game share Facebook group. I provided my email and password to someone who wanted to download Rainbow Six Siege and Dayz. I previously owned "The Witcher 3" game, but received a gift of another copy. After selling the first copy, I tried to play the new one with the old disc, which did not work. I had both versions installed simultaneously, and acquired DLC, a RU language pack, and additional content for the game. When trying to access one of the new add-ons, I received an error prompting me to insert the game disc, even though it was already in my PS4 Pro. After deleting the original game, I attempted to access the new content again only to open the "Gwent" card game instead of "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt." Currently, the game does not show any of the DLCs, language pack, or extra content I downloaded. I need assistance in resolving these issues. Thank you for your help.

I purchased a PlayStation Plus Gift Card for a 1-year subscription for my son. I was warned by the clerk that some cards had unclear number codes after scratching. Following the clerk's advice to scratch gently with a coin, I did so, but unfortunately, the numbers are not fully visible. I paid $69.99 and am very upset. Today, my PSN account was banned for reasons that I believe were unjust. I had an incident where I was trying to use my character's abilities in a game and asked a player not to kill two downed enemies, so I could gather information for the team. Things escalated when the other player dismissed my request, and I got frustrated and used inappropriate language. Additionally, I faced toxicity from two other players who were insulting me in Spanish, and when I defended myself, I was penalized for that as well. In another situation, I accidentally killed a teammate who walked in front of me while I was shooting. I messaged him about it, but he retaliated by killing me on purpose. This led to a heated exchange where I threatened to report him. I believe my ban was unfair, as I was mostly reacting to toxic behavior directed at me. I urge PlayStation to reconsider my ban as I have invested a lot of time and money into my account and believe I have not violated any rules.

I think there may be an issue with my PS4 Pro as the fan seems to have stopped working. The console overheats quickly and starting it up has become challenging. I bought the PS4 Pro bundled with Red Dead Redemption when it was released, and I'm unsure if it's still under warranty. It's frustrating that this is happening just a few weeks after the warranty possibly expired. Any advice on what I can do to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I downloaded the "Need for Speed" trial from EA Access on my PS4 either on the release day or the day before (I can't remember), but when I tried to play, it was locked. Despite finding a forum post from an EA representative saying the issue was fixed, the trial remained locked on my console. After reading more forum suggestions, I uninstalled and re-downloaded the trial. Now, unfortunately, there is no option to download the trial again; I can only purchase the full game. Following a conversation with EA support, they mentioned it's an issue on PlayStation's end and advised me to contact PSN support. I tried reaching out but have no specific time to call the number provided.

Last night, upon returning home, I discovered that my PSN account had been banned with error code ws [redacted]-7. I received an email stating that my bank had issued a chargeback, which surprised me as I have not made any recent transactions of that nature. I suspect that this issue may stem from a previous incident in August when I was mistakenly charged twice for a yearly subscription. After resolving the double charge and receiving a refund, I continued using my account without any problems. It's perplexing why this situation has surfaced now. Could it be that the initial payment issue has resurfaced, leading to the mistaken chargeback claim affecting my account status? I have paid for the service and if my subscription has lapsed, kindly reinstate my account to allow me to resubscribe. Despite turning off auto-renewal, I expected to receive some form of notification before any ban was enforced.

I have PlayStation Plus on one account, but not on the other on my PlayStation console. I am unable to use PlayStation Plus on my account because the account with PlayStation Plus is not set as the primary account on the PS4. When I tried to set it as primary, it gives me a message saying that another system already has it set as primary, even though I don't have another system or my details aren't on any other system. I attempted to deactivate all accounts through device management on the PlayStation app, but it says it has been done in the past 6 months, even though I have never done it before. I am not sure what to do next. Is there any alternative method to deactivate my account as primary on the other system without having physical access to it? Thank you.

I encountered an issue during the Black Friday sale while trying to buy games as our credit card details were outdated. I attempted to update/add a new credit card, but it prompted me for a password I can’t recall. I have an old PS3 account that I haven't used in about four years. I recently upgraded to a PS4 Pro, but I can't access my account as I forgot my password. Last night, I purchased WWE2k20 on sale from the PlayStation store using my credit card. After downloading the game, I encountered an issue where only the "play" option is available and the other features are disabled. Additionally, I can only see 3 to 4 wrestlers when the game should have the full roster. I would like assistance in resolving this problem and either fixing the issue or receiving a refund for my purchase.

I used a code on a 16-year-old account to get four games in the VR mega pack, but two games couldn't be accessed due to their 18+ rating. There were no warnings that I wouldn't be able to play them until I turned 18. I'm looking for a way to either get a new code to use on another account or find a solution to access these games sooner without re-purchasing them. I've spent up to £50 on these games, and it's frustrating not to have access to them. While two games did download correctly, I can't re-enter the code to get the ones that didn't.

I have been gaming for over 40 years and have invested a significant amount into games. Recently, my PS4 broke, and I've reverted back to using my PS3. My son wants to gift me a new PS4 with games, which is generous, but the prevalence of aimbots used by players to cheat has truly dampened my enthusiasm for gaming. The lack of monitoring in games is perplexing to me. Playing Far Cry 3, I've noticed kills being instantly replayed with erratic bullet trajectories, one-shot eliminations, invisible players, and weapons not meant for the game. This not only ruins the gaming experience but also fosters a culture where cheating becomes commonplace. Ultimately, the influx of cheaters will drive away honest players who simply want to enjoy the game and compete fairly. It's disheartening to witness the impact of cheating on the gaming community. I believe that hiring individuals to monitor games and cracking down on aimbot users could greatly alleviate this issue. The excessive kills and abnormal gameplay statistics are clear indicators of cheating, and addressing this problem promptly is crucial to preserving the integrity of online gaming and retaining a loyal customer base.
