The debit card ending in #[redacted] used for a $42.62 payment on September 5, [redacted], for a legitimate purchase on my PlayStation account was compromised on 9/25. A $[redacted].94 charge on the card on 9/25 was made on an unknown PlayStation account. We contacted CHASE BANK to investigate as this charge and other unauthorized transactions on that day were fraudulent. Unfortunately, Chase Bank also erroneously disputed the valid $42.64 charge from September 5 for the game "Remnant From the Ashes" on my PlayStation account. Chase assured they would reverse the charge and refund for the game. I request my ban to be lifted as this was a Chase Bank error, not ours or PlayStation's fault. Chase will handle the reimbursement. I'd appreciate resolving the ban promptly to resume playing and recording on PlayStation. Your swift assistance is greatly appreciated, as this issue has persisted for over two weeks due to Chase Bank's error. Thank you for understanding.

I encountered an issue while trying to download and install a system software update on my PS4 that resulted in error code SU-[redacted]-0. Following Sony's guidance, I attempted to rectify the problem by accessing safe mode. However, upon entering safe mode, I encountered difficulty connecting my controllers to the console. Despite trying to connect both controllers using USB cords and resetting them, I was unsuccessful. The controllers would briefly display a blue light upon pressing the PS button, followed by an orange light that eventually turned off. I am seeking advice on how to successfully connect my controllers to the PS4 in safe mode.

When my cousin first got his PlayStation 4 around its initial release, he set up my account with his old email, as I didn't have one at the time. Unfortunately, he can't remember the password or the birthday used for that account. Recently, I purchased a 1-year subscription to PlayStation Plus for this account, but I am unable to sign in due to the lack of login details. I'd appreciate it if the login information could be changed to my own. The payment card I used is mine, and it contains my personal information; I'm simply trying to access my account on my friend's PlayStation. I tried to delete old credit cards from my console but couldn't remember my PSN password. I logged out to reset the password and followed the steps in the confirmation email. However, when I tried to log back in, I received an error saying I couldn't use someone else's sign-in ID. What should I do next?

I'm having trouble accessing my system as it keeps prompting me to update the software to use network features. However, every time I try to update, I encounter an error message. Despite checking my PlayStation Network sign-in and network settings, everything seems to be in order. My Wi-Fi connection is working fine for other devices.

After updating Fortnite, a power outage caused my PS4 to shut off. Upon restarting, I encountered a message asking to plug in a USB cable to the DualShock 4 for system software reinstallation. I can't recall the email or password for my important user, but I remember the online ID (abifremelio) and profile (Elio Abi frem). Recently, my PS4 started freezing during games and even when not in use. I decided to give it a break for about five hours, hoping it would resolve the issue. However, upon retrying, the problem persisted. Currently, my PS4 no longer freezes but encounters a different problem. Whenever I try to load a game, it gets stuck on the loading screen, then the screen goes black and crashes. I'm at a loss on how to proceed with fixing my PS4 and would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

On Sunday, October 6, [redacted], my PS4 was working fine. However, on Monday, October 7, [redacted], it started freezing during gameplay or regular usage. Despite multiple restarts and online searches for solutions, I couldn't resolve the issue. Today, on Tuesday, October 8, [redacted], around 12:30, I updated my PS4 to the latest software version 7.00. While the system seemed to run more smoothly, I encountered a new problem where games would get stuck on the loading screen for about five minutes.

On Sunday, October 6, [redacted], my PS4 was working perfectly. However, on Monday, October 7, [redacted], it started freezing during games or normal use. I tried to restart it and search for solutions, but couldn't find a fix. Today, on Tuesday, October 8, [redacted], around 12:25 pm, after the 7.00 software update, everything seemed okay. But when I tried to load a game, it got stuck on the loading screen for about 5 minutes, then crashed to a black screen. I'm not sure what to do next.

I need help with resetting the parental control passcode on my PS4. My younger siblings keep creating guest accounts to play with friends, and I can't remember the passcode. My PS4 recently underwent an update to version 6.72. Upon restarting, I encountered an error message stating that the PS4 was unable to reboot and prompted me to insert a USB drive with the update file, which I obtained from the website. After successfully reinstalling the update from the USB drive, I discovered that I had lost all my DLC and games, requiring me to reinstall them. I am disappointed by this experience, as it led to the loss of a DLC that I had purchased for $35 in Rockband 4. To continue playing online with my friends, I now face the inconvenience of having to repurchase the same DLC. I believe that once a DLC is purchased, users should not be required to buy it again in situations like this.

After the recent Playstation update, my PSN account got logged out. I've been using this account since I created it on the PS3. However, I couldn't log back in as I couldn't remember the password. When I tried to reset it using my current email address, I faced an issue in the verification process where they asked for my birth date which I no longer remember. I recently downloaded GTA 5 on my PS4 using a disc. However, when I tried to play the game, it froze. My attempts to eject the disc were unsuccessful, so I had to unplug the console. Upon restarting, I received a message prompting me to connect a USB storage device with an updated file for reinstallation of version 6.72 or later. My PS4 was stolen, and I'm unsure how to retrieve my account with all my data intact, including in-game progress, screenshots, and videos. While I've heard of the PS Plus auto-save feature, I wasn't consistently using it. I'm uncertain if my 6-month coverage has expired or if there's still a possibility to recover my data. If I was a PS Plus member six months ago, I wasn't aware of the cloud save option. Would my data have been automatically saved even if I didn't manually do it?
