I have encountered numerous issues with my PlayStation 4 Pro when trying to download the latest update. It became necessary to reinitialize the system and install the update using a USB. The console did not restart as expected during the installation process, and instead, it shut off abruptly. Following the update, every time the PS4 enters rest mode, any game I try to reinstall displays a "DNS ERROR" and cancels the download. Interestingly, this error does not occur when the console is ON or if only one game is being downloaded at a time in rest mode. Although the reinitialization did not bother me much, I would appreciate it if a patch could be developed to enable users to control the number of games downloading simultaneously while queuing the rest. It would be beneficial to have the option to download 1, 2, or 3 games at a time, as downloading fewer games at once significantly speeds up the process, reducing download times from 6 hours to 2 hours, 12 hours to 4 hours, and even 36 hours to 8 hours. I'm having trouble accessing my email account because I can't remember the password. This is preventing me from recovering my PS4 password, as too many people have logged into my account. I've tried to recover my email password, but I couldn't because the recovery number linked to the account is broken. I'm unable to update this number to a working one, and I'm not sure why Yahoo behaves this way. I've attempted to reach out to customer support, but it seems that everything is currently down or experiencing issues. If there is any assistance you can provide, I would greatly appreciate it. I am disappointed to share that my EA account for FIFA has been banned without any valid reason. Despite reaching out through help.ea.com, I either receive no response or automated replies that do not address my issue. I have been a loyal FIFA player on this account since [redacted], with no prior problems. It's frustrating that I have been unable to access my account for the past five days, and I am eager for a resolution. I hope to regain access to my account and not lose all the progress and items I have accumulated.

Recently, I was informed by my PSN friend, Weaver_world43, that there was a concerning interaction involving my nephew on my account. A person named Anarkyknight messaged my nephew on my account, asking inappropriate questions about drugs and sex. Despite my nephew blocking her, I reviewed the messages and reported them. This incident happened on 9/5/19, and it came to my attention after I had a busy day preparing for a local street festival on 9/30/19. I addressed the issue with my nephew, emphasizing the importance of reporting such behavior. It's crucial to prevent such inappropriate conversations, especially with minors like my 17-year-old nephew. I aim to raise awareness and prevent similar incidents in the future for the safety of all involved.

My card was unexpectedly billed for a Play Station Network subscription, leading to an overdraft fee on my checking account. I did not intend for the subscription to renew automatically. I have since canceled the subscription and will not be using the service. Is there a way to get my money back for the unauthorized charge and the overdraft fee?

I encountered an issue after attempting to update to the latest system software on October 9, [redacted]. Following the update, my Playstation 4 Slim displayed an error screen with code "SU-[redacted]-6." Subsequently, my controller experienced a brief flicker upon pressing the PS button before turning off. Despite restarting the PS4 and leaving it unplugged for 7 hours, the error persisted. Further attempts to access safe mode resulted in the controller flashing in a manner similar to when it is not paired with the console, with about 7 seconds of white and light blue flashing.

Hello, I'm Barsam Lavasani, and my PSN account [redacted] was hacked by someone with the ID ttv_danial-_- on 6 October at 18:36. This hacker has changed both my password and email associated with the account. I received an email notification from PSN about the change in sign-in ID, requesting me to contact Consumer Services if I did not authorize this change. Can someone assist me in recovering my account, please?

My account got banned for inappropriate content. I reported that someone accessed my phone at school and sent a nude photo to my friend, who reciprocated. I did not send this picture. I'm not white, so why accuse me? Sony put me on a watch list wrongly. Please assist me.

I used to have a PlayStation account under the name NGWU, which my brother had given to me when he went off to University. The account was linked to my email address. After a few months, I received an email saying that the password had been reset. When I tried to recover the account, I found out that the email associated with it had been changed. I attempted to reset it using my brother's date of birth, but that was unsuccessful. I have evidence that the account was logged into from my PlayStation, as well as emails indicating the email change. I have also identified the individual who has taken over my account by seeing their posts in the community.

After completing the update, I am now prompted to sign in, but the system does not recognize my password. I have attempted to reset my password but am still unable to sign into PlayStation on my PS4 as it requires a second verification. Unfortunately, my phone number has changed, and I cannot find a way to update it. This is concerning, as I have a lot invested in this system and cannot afford to lose any data. I prefer PlayStation over Xbox, and I am not a fan of the Xbox system, Mac, or iPhones. I hope there is a solution to this issue.

I called on the same day as the incident and explained that my 7-year-old son accidentally made game purchases on my account using the PlayStation still in my ex-wife's house. A colleague provided me with a new reference number ([redacted]01). I was at work when this occurred and had no prior knowledge. Attached are the PlayStation serial number and additional details. These charges are affecting my monthly bills, and I request a reconsideration of your decision. Thank you.

My son mistakenly renewed the one-month PlayStation Network pass three times. I only intended to keep one month and renew manually. The extra purchases caused my bank account to overdraft, creating extra charges he used the currency. I am requesting the additional charges for the PlayStation Network monthly fees to be removed, keeping only the one necessary for online gaming.

On August 5th, unauthorized charges appeared on my credit card while I was on a Harley Davidson bike tour. The charges lasted until August 15th, totaling $[redacted].19, and were made by your company without my consent. Being disabled and on a fixed income, each dollar is crucial for me to survive. As a result, I had to go without some medications due to these fraudulent charges. I reported the incident to the police and obtained case number 19-[redacted]. Hello, my name is Hakim. I recently got banned for two weeks because a hacker kept changing my password multiple times. I asked a friend to help me recover my account, but when he did, he advised me not to change the password or email for fear of losing access. However, I became worried about the hacker gaining control, so I changed the password and now I can't log in to my PSN account. Please assist me, as the hacker is currently using my PS4 account, and I'm unsure how they are able to access it. Thank you.

I am dealing with toxic players who are threatening other players and servers. I have screenshots as evidence. Two players are repeat offenders, and I cannot handle it anymore. When I ban them, they return with new accounts. I reached out to Nitrado, but they advised me to contact PlayStation as these players are violating policies and laws.

Unfortunately, I received an error message stating, "Access to PlayStation Network by this account has been banned due to violations of the PlayStation Network Terms of Service and User Agreement. My brother and I each have separate PlayStations and PS+ accounts. We used to share downloaded games to play together, but now we can't. Recently, if I download a game he bought onto my PlayStation using his account, a "locked" icon appears on the game and it says only he has the license to play it. Is there a solution to this issue so we can continue playing our shared games together?

My PS4 keeps looping through safe mode. I am trying to update my software, but it keeps kicking me back into safe mode. I've followed all the options on the PlayStation website, including option 7 which directs me to use a USB. When I plug in the USB, the PS4 recognizes it and prompts an update, but it ends up back at the reinstallation screen asking for software 6.72 or above. I need help quickly.
