I took a break from playing my PlayStation for about 2-3 months. Upon returning, I couldn't recall my password. This has happened before where I had to reset it due to forgetting it. I'm unsure if I was hacked, simply forgot it, or if a friend changed it. Despite numerous attempts to reset it, I kept encountering an error after completing the phone text verification. The process became frustrating as the email reset option eventually stopped working. This is particularly disheartening as my favorite game is linked to this account. I just want to create a new password that strikes a balance between being easy to remember yet secure. I'm eager to get back to gaming as I've been feeling quite bored lately.

I forgot my PS4 account password and can't reset it because I don't remember the date of birth I used for the account. I do have access to both the account and the linked email but can't proceed. I recently purchased the season pass for the DLC content in Call of Duty Black Ops 4. The buying process went smoothly, but when I tried to load up the game, I received an error stating there was no content available. This is confusing because I successfully purchased and downloaded the DLC. I've attempted to restore the game licenses and deactivate and activate my account, but nothing has resolved the issue. Additionally, when I tried to access Black Ops 4 from the downloaded zombie maps, my PlayStation opened Black Ops 3 instead. Any assistance or guidance on this matter would be highly valued.

My account was hacked by someone I used to play with. They changed my email address, locked me out of my account, and switched the email associated with it without my knowledge.
My PSN ID is IamKassC.
The person who hacked my account is someone I used to play games with. I don't know their current PSN ID because I'm locked out, but I can provide it if needed. They are on the other side of the world and are contacting me on Facebook to say they stole my account and are now playing 2K20 using it.

This is the first time we've encountered an issue requesting a refund on PlayStation. Recently, we purchased A Hat In Time and have reached 20% completion. Unexpectedly, we are being presented with a request in the game that involves selling our soul in a contract to progress further, a new experience for us in gaming. While we may have overlooked this previously, we are now hesitant. I tried calling PlayStation's phone support during business hours, but it seems closed. I was banned last Friday for an overdue balance of $60.24, which I paid the next day. I received an email confirming the ban was lifted and I should have access to PSN again, but I still can't sign in due to policy violations. It has been 2 days, and I haven't been able to reach anyone on the phone, which is frustrating. We recently bought Minecraft for our PS4. While we can change our skins, we encounter an issue when trying to start a new world in the game. An error message appears stating, "You are not currently signed in. This game has some features that require signing in to the PSN, but you are offline." It provides the options to connect to the PSN or cancel, but we are unable to select either option or use any buttons, apart from the main PS button that takes us back to the main screen. After checking, I confirmed that the internet, PSN, and IP connections are all successful.

I recently purchased a new PC specifically to play Fortnite. Upon connecting my DualShock 4 controller to play, I noticed some issues with the frame rate in the game. Deciding to wait until I upgrade my PC, I disconnected the controller. However, when I tried to reconnect it to my PS4, it wouldn't connect. I have been attempting to upload a video to Facebook. Previously, I could select Facebook as the platform to share on, but now when I click on the Facebook option, it doesn't load. I am not able to trim the video or proceed with sharing.
I checked my privacy settings on Facebook using my phone and everything seems fine on that end.
After resetting my PS4, I no longer have the option to share to Facebook. My PlayStation profile picture matches my Facebook profile picture, and I am logged in. I am confused about what could be causing this issue.

I have two-step verification set up for my PlayStation account under the name TiniTheOne. Everything was going well until recently when I got logged out of my PlayStation. I have noticed unauthorized charges on my debit account, and I need immediate assistance. These charges have severely impacted my fixed income, with almost half of my earnings already taken by the 5th of this month. I discovered at the grocery store that the money was directed to your company after I had paid my rent and other bills. Dear Sony, I am facing a significant issue with my PSN account as it was hacked around 3 to 4 days ago while I was playing FIFA 20. I encountered multiple log-outs during a match and despite changing my password, it was unsuccessful. Today, my friend, who was sharing my PSN account, informed me that all his games are locked. We discovered that my PS4 is no longer set as the primary console. Another person deactivated all devices on the site and set their PS4 as primary. Unfortunately, the option to disconnect all devices can only be used once every 6 months. I seek your urgent assistance in dealing with this thief.
