I was banned for 7 days on PlayStation because someone kept killing me in a game session. After I left, they started harassing me through messages. When I confronted them, they threatened to report me first if I reported them. Now my account is banned, and I'm unsure what to do. I just recently got this account and I don't want to lose it. I was looking forward to playing tonight, but now I can't due to the ban.

I logged out of our account, and now when trying to log back in, our password is not being accepted. Despite requesting a new password several times, we have not received any reset email. The recovery email linked to the account is an old work email that we no longer have access to ([redacted]). We have attempted to contact the South Africa helpline, but it seems the number is no longer in service. Our original sign-in email is [redacted]

I was banned from PSN over a year ago without any justification. I had an extensive game collection from PlayStation 3 to PlayStation 4, worth hundreds of dollars, built over years, all gone for no apparent reason. I was expecting an email detailing the ban reason, but I never got one. Please, assist me as I am certain I did not violate any rules, especially as I do not even play online games.

I am having trouble logging into PSN on my account. I attempted using another user on my PlayStation, and it worked, ruling out a connection problem. Furthermore, I successfully logged in on my phone, which means my login information is correct. The error message states, "An error has occurred." I verified that the system does not require an update. Your assistance is appreciated.

I recently received an email from Sony notifying me of a 30-day suspension. I would like to apologize for violating the code of conduct. While I'm not requesting to have my account reinstated, I do ask for a thorough review of the messages exchanged in the group chat where I was reported. In that chat, multiple individuals openly confessed to cybercrimes. I have experienced over 30 DDOS attacks on my network recently without using a VPN for router protection. These individuals would consistently provoke me and my friends, causing significant frustration. While I may have made comments that breached the code of conduct, these individuals have committed serious offenses according to the laws of my country. When I try to join an online session on GTA 5, it freezes my PlayStation3 every time I attempt to join either an online or private session. I have been experiencing this issue since last night when a modder on the server made the map empty, causing my character to freeze during a mission. I even tried quitting the game and restarting, but the problem persists. Now I am unable to join any online sessions as the game keeps freezing my PS3 when I attempt to load one.

I am having trouble accessing my PlayStation account. When I attempt to sign in, I receive a message stating that my email and password are incorrect. I am certain that I am entering the correct credentials and am unsure if my account has been compromised. This issue arose about a month ago when I tried to reset my password using my email address, but I did not receive a reset email. While playing Call of Duty World War II, my friends and I are encountering difficulties joining games or creating parties within the game. We continuously receive the error message "cannot connect to host." After checking the settings menu, it appears that our NAT type is set to moderate, which might be causing issues connecting with other players who also have a moderate NAT type. The NAT type on our console is type 2. We reached out to our internet service provider, AT&T, and they suggested that we may need to contact you to adjust some settings to resolve this issue.

While playing Call of Duty World War II, we are encountering an issue where we are unable to join games or parties within the game due to the error message "cannot connect to host." We have identified that our NAT type is moderate, which could be causing connectivity problems with other players who also have a moderate NAT type. Our console shows a NAT type 2. After reaching out to our internet provider, AT&T, they suggested that we may need to adjust some settings related to this issue. I recently purchased a new PS4 controller, and within two months, I started experiencing issues with the square button sticking and the left analog stick not responding as quickly when moving to the right. The controller has been handled carefully and has not been dropped from a height exceeding 2 feet. I have other PS4 controllers that have endured frequent drops and are still functioning well after many months of use. Additionally, when attempting to request a replacement through the Sony support site, I encountered an issue where the serial number I entered was deemed invalid.

Hello. I have encountered individuals on PlayStation who are purchasing games and items from the Playstation store using unauthorized funds. They are contacting people who illicitly add funds to their Playstation wallet. For instance, they ask individuals to pay them 50 pounds, and in return, they will add around [redacted] pounds to the account. These individuals have approached me and pressured me, as well as some of my close friends. I recognize that this behavior is unacceptable, which is why I am reaching out to Playstation to bring this matter to their attention. I have observed a few individuals engaging in this activity, and here are their PSN IDs: H_destroyer2000, xlethal67x, BadlandchugsTV. These accounts are improperly adding funds to their accounts and attempting to involve others to profit from this scheme. Therefore, I believe it is important to inform Playstation about this situation. I trust that with the details I have provided, Playstation will conduct a thorough investigation and take appropriate action. I am hopeful that these actions will benefit the Playstation community as a whole. Thank you.

My account was banned for uploading content. I understand what the issue was. A friend who was unfamiliar with PS4 was playing games on my console, and I later discovered he was sending messages to players who defeated him. I attempted to delete the messages but was unsure how to do so. I had been banned previously for uploading content but had not messaged anyone since. I am requesting to have my account unbanned or to receive information about the duration of the ban.

My PlayStation is displaying a message about corrupted files along with an error code. While playing Fortnite, the game suddenly froze, and my attempts to turn it off were unsuccessful. Eventually, I had to unplug it. Upon restarting, it went through a lengthy storage status check, which was expected. However, after completing the check (which took 3 hours), it prompted me to connect a USB device and press the PlayStation button. I followed the instructions, but then it requested a USB drive with a software update. By simply resetting the PS4, I bypassed that step. Despite this, the console continues to freeze, display error codes, shut down unexpectedly, and operate sluggishly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My sister's PS4 is having multiple issues. Firstly, when powered on, it doesn't display on the TV. I attempted to fix it by cleaning the HDMI port and trying a different HDMI cord from my Xbox. Secondly, I'm unable to retrieve the DVD I inserted. It has not been physically damaged, but I suspect it might have been unplugged during updates or while in use. I think it was new when she purchased it. Assistance is greatly appreciated.

While playing with my friends, a person joined our group and started cyberbullying me by calling me names. Even one of my friends turned against me. I ended up getting kicked out of the game. We exchanged heated messages in the chat, and I got reported, leading to my ban. I'm only 12 years old and didn't mean for things to escalate. Hello, I recently purchased "Destroy All Humans 2" for the PlayStation 4, which is originally a PlayStation 2 game. In the game, I am facing an issue where I cannot access the mini-map because the controllers lack the "Select" button. The mini-map is crucial for completing missions, and without it, I am unable to progress beyond the first few missions. I have tried using the D-pad as well as the "Options" and "Share" buttons, but none of them work to open the mini-map. I understand that it's an older game, but I would greatly appreciate it if the button mapping could be changed to allow access to the mini-map. Thank you for your assistance, PlayStation team. ♥️

Lately, I've experienced frequent suspensions for various reasons, which wouldn't have been an issue if I hadn't been frequently disconnected and hacked recently. Despite always having a clean record with PlayStation, I've faced multiple suspensions lately, including for accusations of racism and homophobia. I want to clarify that I am not racist or homophobic, and being accused of either is truly insulting to me. It's frustrating to be banned for a month for something I have not done.

I am experiencing a problem with my PlayStation. When in safe mode, the only highlighted option is to initialize PS4 and reinstall system software. Though I have done this twice successfully before, now I am stuck with only being able to select option 7. Upon inserting the USB storage device into the PS4 as instructed, it attempts to load but displays an error message stating that it cannot access the system storage with the error code CE-[redacted]-8, which I cannot locate on the PlayStation website.
