I purchased a game from the store, but it only downloaded halfway before giving me an error code: NW-[redacted]-1. It's frustrating that I can't access my offline game for the last three hours. I researched the issue and it seems to be related to DNS. I reached out to the military network IT support, and they confirmed it's not their network causing the problem. It could be something with my PlayStation or the PlayStation Network. I would appreciate it if this could be resolved promptly or if I could receive a refund. I don't want to purchase games that I can't play. My PlayStation Network has been experiencing issues since Thursday, and the situation is getting out of hand.

I recently experienced an issue with my PS4 consistently getting stuck in Safe Mode at 33% while prompting me to connect the controller and then download an update via USB. I followed online advice to initialize the PS4, which temporarily fixed the problem. However, the same issue has resurfaced weekly even though I always properly shut down the console. In addition, the system has been lagging and taking longer to load, further complicating matters. Even after putting it in rest mode, the problem persists upon restart. I'm looking for insights on why this recurring problem is happening and any preventive measures I can take to avoid it in the future.

I recently discovered that my friend, inadvertently while on my phone, accessed the PlayStation app using my account. He proceeded to send an inappropriate message from my account to his through the messaging app on the PlayStation app. Later, he logged into his own PS4 and reported the message, unbeknownst to me. Consequently, I was unaware of this transgression until I found out that he reported me for his actions. The following day, as I tried to join my friends for a game of Siege, I encountered difficulty logging in as my account had been suspended. Despite numerous attempts to contact support, I have been unsuccessful due to it being a Sunday. I am seeking assistance to have my account unbanned. Thank you for your help.

I am unable to log in to my account V124_7 after 8 months. The email I believed was associated with it is incorrect, and the password I thought was correct doesn't work. I mainly played GTA V, accumulating roughly [redacted] hours. Other games in my repertoire include Paladins, Let It Die, Fortnite, and Horizon Zero Dawn on disc. The PlayStation4 name linked to the account is V124_7. Although my actual date of birth is 25/03/[redacted], I may not have used it for registration. The serial number of the PlayStation 4 used to create the account is 02-[redacted]3-[redacted]. Regarding security questions, I am unsure but a potential answer could be "Glasgow." I didn't want a credit card linked to the account, but I might remember the last 4 digits if necessary.

While playing Star Wars Battlefront II on June 2, [redacted], for about an hour with my friend, we decided to switch to a different game temporarily. Upon returning to Star Wars Battlefront II, the game was no longer available despite having played it just hours before. I checked my PlayStation library, but the game was missing. In the PlayStation store, it was prompting me to repurchase it for $24.99, even though I had already preordered the game before its release and spent $80 on it. I am seeking assistance to retrieve my purchased game as all my data on the PS4 system seems to have vanished, except for my profile trophies which are still intact. On June 2, [redacted], my friend and I played Star Wars Battlefront 2 for a couple of hours. We switched to Jump Force for a few matches and planned to go back to Battlefront 2. However, when I tried to access Battlefront 2 again, it was missing from my home screen and library. I checked the PlayStation Store, which prompted me to repurchase it for $24.99, even though I had already preordered it for $80. All my trophies are still on my profile, but the game and data seem to have disappeared. I am unsure why this happened. My System Software is 6.71. I would like to request the unbanning of my account. I did not violate any community guidelines and would appreciate resolving a misunderstanding. My account was inadvertently left signed in on someone else’s PlayStation, resulting in unauthorized charges on my bank account. Upon noticing, I promptly canceled the card. Unfortunately, the person continued to make charges, leading to my ban. In confusion, I created a new PSN account with a different card. However, I am eager to retrieve my original account, as I put significant time and effort into building it on Fortnite. Gaming is a major pastime for me, especially given limited entertainment options in my area. Without my original account, my motivation to play has decreased. We encountered a recurring issue where the account was banned again despite me thinking it was resolved. The disputed amount at hand is $84.99, which is the same amount from the April and May incident. Back in April on 4/23, I noticed three charges made on the same day, leading me to dispute two charges that seemed duplicated in error. To rectify the situation, I purchased cash cards totaling $[redacted].97 and reactivated the account. Now, facing another charge of the same sum, I seek clarity on the date and nature of this transaction. Taking precautions, I have removed all linked cards as a measure to prevent unauthorized purchases, especially by my grandson without prior consent. Recently, my system was repeatedly hacked while playing World of Tanks within the last 24 hours. The hackers have taken control of my tank, used lag switching, and employed various hacks in the game. It seems like Wargaming is aware of these activities and may even be promoting them by selling hacks that require system jailbreaking. As a result, my PlayStation has been experiencing slowdowns. I am seeking advice on how to run a diagnostic to detect any malware, including potential back doors that could jeopardize sensitive information like my bank details. I want to highlight the widespread hacking and cyber threats that have become prevalent in the game over the past few weeks. While there have always been some instances of hacking, it has now become excessive. My PSN account was suspended three days ago for 3 days and then again recently for an additional 7 days. I'm frustrated because I believe I have not violated any rules. There's an issue with another user, PSN ID Grambystardawg, who keeps creating accounts to falsely report me. I have blocked this user, but I'm still facing suspensions. I have invested a lot of money on PlayStation through the store and PS Plus, so I urge PlayStation to review my account thoroughly to see that I have not done anything to warrant these suspensions. Please unsuspend my account as soon as possible.

Hello! I'm Ismael, seeking help with two issues on my PlayStation. Firstly, when receiving messages from friends, I encounter a problem where their names, avatar icons, and messages are not displayed. Instead, I only see a default smiling avatar icon with a message saying "you have received a message." To view the messages, I have to navigate to the Messages section. Secondly, I preordered Mortal Kombat 11 Premium Edition with early access to a character on the 18th. I recently had Chase Fraud investigate unauthorized charges on my grandson’s account for over $[redacted] in games. His account was closed during the investigation, but I have since resolved the issue with Chase and covered the charges. However, the fraud claim was canceled, and now I need his account reopened to review all the game purchases. His usernames are LiL King and IAMkillMONGER - Zz. Thank you for your help.
