My PS4 crashed, and I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account, Mcstabu. The email linked to the account is lost, and if I can recall the associated email, I may be able to recover my password. I mistakenly changed the email linked to the account and ended up using another email for a new account. When I attempted to switch my original account's email back to my primary one, I was informed I couldn't as it was now connected to the new account. The change occurred on 10/20/18. I am Joey Fernandes, and the new email is supposed to be related to my name, based on what my girlfriend recalls when she created it. The previous email was [redacted], and the password was Jumping8. The new forgotten email might be joeyfernandes363 or josephfernandes363, with potential passwords being Laylah10 or Rylee10. Any assistance would be appreciated as I am providing all the information I can. My PSN ID is bigdaddieyo.

While trying to fix an error in Apex Legends, I ended up deleting the game and its save data. However, when I attempted to redownload the game, my account seemed to believe I still owned it, only offering me the option to start it, which led to an error message. After researching potential solutions online, I tried downloading the game from my phone, but the app indicated the game was already downloading, though I couldn't locate it in my downloads. Despite finding Apex Legends in my purchased library with a nearly complete download bar, it still didn't appear on the home screen or in downloads. Even after leaving my PlayStation in rest mode for hours, the progress bar in the purchased library remained unchanged. Currently, I can't delete the game since it's technically already there, yet I can't initiate a new download because my account believes it's in progress without displaying it. I'm feeling completely puzzled and unsure of how to proceed, any assistance would be greatly welcomed.

To Whom It May Concern,
I was recently alerted by Chase Bank about a possible fraudulent purchase on PlayStation made through my account on the night of June 22nd at 8:43 PM. Upon checking my PlayStation, I discovered two "Family" accounts created under my profile with the emails [redacted] and [redacted], which I have never used. Unfortunately, the perpetrator managed to steal $[redacted], $60, and $10 from my bank account before I could freeze the card. They attempted 13 more times to charge $[redacted].23, which were all declined. Thankfully, I contacted Chase to report the fraudulent charges, and they issued me a new card. I enhanced the security of my PSN account with two-step verification and a new password. However, when I tried to log in on the morning of June 23rd, I discovered that my account had been banned. I have been unable to access it since. I am concerned about the games on my [redacted] account and if I will lose my game information for my PS4. As an active duty military member with various responsibilities and an upcoming deployment, this situation is an added stressor. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter and apprehending the individual who committed this fraudulent activity.
Thank you for your attention.
Sincerely,
Nick Norton

Hello, I have a question regarding Destiny 2 Forsaken on PlayStation. I have both the digital version and the hard drive version of the game installed. I purchased the season pass and the annual add-on for $39.99 on the PlayStation Store. After downloading the digital version, a message indicated that I cannot use the digital copy alongside the hard disk copy, but that I will still receive the content and add-ons. Should I use the digital version over the hard copy, or vice versa? Any insights would be appreciated.

A player with the username “Dark_iDrxp_” managed to access the IP addresses of all players in the group, revealed the true addresses to the children, and threatened my son with the ability to kick him offline at will. Despite my son's initial disbelief, the player followed through by disconnecting him from PlayStation within 5 seconds. This player continues to disrupt my son's internet connection specifically to his PlayStation, while all other devices remain unaffected, causing concern about the possibility of ongoing interference.

Hello, we want to express our dissatisfaction with the recent requirement to pay for online gaming after purchasing Call of Duty. We are disappointed to discover that we now need to subscribe to continue playing. This seems unjust and appears to be a tactic to extract more funds from players who have already invested in internet services, games, and consoles. It is discouraging that users are being compelled to pay additional fees beyond the initial purchase. We feel entitled to access all aspects of the game without further financial obligations. If this policy persists, we may refrain from acquiring additional PS4 games. We believe users should not be limited in enjoying the full content of the games they have legitimately purchased. We anticipate your response. Sincerely, R.

Hello, I am Jessica. I recently discovered multiple unauthorized charges on my Playstation 4 account. Even though I promptly deactivated the auto-renew feature after the first charge of $60 on 5/30/[redacted], I noticed another $60 charge this morning, which is less than a month later. Additionally, it seems someone accessed my account and changed the associated email address around 5 am today. As my wallet is linked to this email and I can no longer access it, I request the ongoing charges be halted, my wallet detached from my account, and my email updated to a more secure one.

I previously owned a regular PS4 and recently upgraded to a PS4 Pro. I transferred all my data using an HDMI cord initially. Everything worked perfectly until a few weeks ago when I encountered login issues. Despite numerous unsuccessful attempts, I couldn't sign in. After contacting the store where I bought the game with no resolution, I reached out to Sony for help. The representative informed me that I needed to create a new email address. I wanted to access my cloud storage with all my purchased games but couldn't recover it. Subsequent calls to Sony were unsuccessful, as the new representative couldn't locate the original email linked to my account. Now, I'm using a new account with none of my previous purchases or downloads. Please assist. The original email associated with my account was [redacted]

Hello everyone,
During a match of "For Honor," I encountered a team member who exhibited toxic behavior, resorting to using offensive language and slurs. Upon confronting the player through messaging, I was coerced into joining a voice chat where the abuse escalated. The player hurled racist and homophobic slurs at me for approximately 10 minutes. Despite my attempts, I initially struggled to record the incident using PS-Share. After the abuser left, I was only able to capture a portion of the abuse. Although I reported the player, I encountered them in-game again shortly after. This time, I was able to record additional instances of their harassment but faced challenges sending it as a report. I'm sharing the video here in hopes that appropriate action will be taken. To the offender xClownzy, I hope this serves as a reminder to refrain from verbally attacking strangers online.

My PS4 console was stolen from my home in West London a month ago. I reported the incident to the police, who opened a case file. When I tried to contact Sony to track the console, they advised me to deactivate it remotely and remove my payment details. However, since I didn't have the serial number, they wouldn't give me more information and requested to communicate only with the police.
After informing the police and providing details, they reached out to Sony. Despite the police informing me that Sony did not respond, I find this lack of cooperation disappointing. Had Sony been more responsive initially, the console could possibly have been located. I will reconsider future purchases from Sony and will share my experience with others.
Regards,
Yevgeny K., dissatisfied Sony customer

Reply from the police officer:
Dear Yevgeny,
I have not received a response from Sony regarding your PS4. Therefore, I am closing the report since there are no other leads. I will reopen it if I hear from Sony.
Take care,
Police Officer

I have an account with the username "donkeyjuice" where I make a monthly payment of $9.99 using my bank card ending in [redacted] for online access. Initially, I used my friend's card to purchase a game and expansion on my PlayStation under the online ID "rubyfruit420." Despite only playing a few games for the first half of the month, my friend has been mistakenly charged monthly for online access, which she has not been using. Even after switching the payment method to mine and removing her card from the system, she continues to be billed. I would appreciate it if she could receive a refund for the unused months as she has not been active online on any PlayStation during that period. Thank you for looking into this matter.

I recently purchased a Playstation 4 and used my friend's bank card to make an online purchase. However, even though I specified my own payment information afterwards, both my card and my friend's card have been charged for monthly payments. My friend, with the username rubyfruit420, has not used the online service at all. It is evident in her online activity log that she has not been online on any Playstation platform. I am seeking a refund for the months she has been mistakenly charged. This billing issue has been ongoing for a few months now, and I kindly request prompt assistance with resolving this matter. Thank you.

My PS4 has been having issues lately. It used to turn on after a few attempts of unplugging and plugging it back in, but now it doesn't display on the TV. Sometimes it will turn on but crash after a few minutes. It used to go into safe mode, but now it just shuts off. I'm not sure why this is happening, especially since my PS4 isn't that old. I tried using a flash drive with software to restore it, but I can't access safe mode anymore. The light stays on until I manually turn it off, so I'm unsure of what the problem could be.

Hello, my name is Jerome Spratling, and I'm encountering an issue that may not sound too serious, but it's a significant problem for me. I recently purchased a PS2 hard disk game, Legaia 2 Duel Saga, which happens to be one of my favorites. I was eagerly looking forward to playing it; however, I discovered that my PS3 isn't compatible with it. I understand that it's my responsibility for not checking compatibility beforehand. Regrettably, that's my current dilemma. I'm wondering if there's a possibility of adding this game to the PlayStation Network for purchase. I know this may seem far-fetched and somewhat demanding, but this particular game left a lasting impression on me when it was first released over a decade ago. I'm not certain if anything can be done, but I felt compelled to reach out in the hopes that someone within your company might empathize with my frustration and share my disappointment. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have two accounts on PlayStation Network/@Plus. One is in Europe linked to a PS4, and the other one in the US linked to a different PS4. The European console got blocked due to a payment problem with the US side. I received a message in Dutch indicating a failed payment. Despite having funds in the European wallet through various methods, I can't make payments on the US account with a US credit card and PayPal. The system keeps showing payment errors. Can you help me understand the underlying issue? Your assistance is much appreciated.

I'm frustrated because my account was stolen. PlayStation told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to reset my account and 5 to 10 days to get my refund. It's been 5 days and no refund, which is within the timeframe given. The real issue is I still can't access my account. I called after 48 hours, and they said it could take up to 5 days due to being backed up. It's been 5 days now with no update. When I tried reaching out to PlayStation's chat support, they disconnected the chat abruptly. I'm left in the dark about the status of my account. Once I regain access and receive my refund, I plan to switch back to Xbox. I've been patient considering the situation. PlayStation acknowledged the hack, so I don't understand why it's taking so long.

I am having trouble accessing my PS4 account. Earlier, I was chatting with Gohanna about my situation, but the chat was abruptly ended before I could explain fully. I have tried calling 1-[redacted]-[redacted]-SONY, but I have been struggling to get assistance. I can provide my credit card information used for purchases, my Idaho state ID with a picture, date of birth, and more details. This issue occurred over a year ago, and Sony helped resolve it back then. However, I recently got a new PS4 Pro and a new phone number, and I am unable to receive password reset emails. Even though my old phone shows messages from friends, I cannot log into my account. I desperately need help to regain control of my account, access my information, downloaded games, and season passes. This situation has been very stressful and causing me a lot of anxiety.

I recently tried Playstation Vue during the free trial. Unfortunately, I missed the cancellation deadline by an hour due to unforeseen circumstances. I have proof of my attempt to cancel on time with a screenshot and hope that PSV can verify this. I believe it's better for PSV to have satisfied subscribers who value their service willingly rather than due to technicalities. Thank you for your consideration. - J.B.

Upon contacting PlayStation's customer support, I was directed to initiate a chat session. Unfortunately, I encountered issues connecting to the chat as the loading icon kept circling for over an hour without success.
I initially tried out Playstation Vue on a free trial basis and have decided not to continue with the subscription. However, due to unforeseen circumstances that delayed my return home, I unintentionally exceeded the trial period by an hour. I have evidence of attempting to cancel on time through a screenshot and believe that your records will confirm my usage did not extend beyond the trial.
I trust that PlayStation Vue recognizes the importance of fostering genuine subscriptions and values customers who willingly engage with their services. I appreciate your consideration in this matter.
Thank you.

Hello,
I believe my PSN Account was banned due to an auto-renewal charge oversight in December. Unfortunately, my PayPal account was inactive at the time and the charge could not be processed due to insufficient funds. I recently discovered that my account is now banned, even though I sold my PS4 over a year ago and was unaware of any auto-renewal setup.
I am reaching out for assistance to resolve this issue. My PSN ID is DoyleHimself. I have always adhered to the terms and conditions and I am shocked to learn that my account has been restricted. I had numerous valuable games on the account and was eagerly anticipating returning to online gaming after more than a year without my original PS4.
I would greatly appreciate any help in addressing this matter. I am willing to take any necessary steps to rectify the situation.
Thank you for your attention.
Best regards,
Jeff
