I have a PlayStation Network account. My son was added to a chat group without his knowledge by an online friend. There was abusive language in the group leading to my son receiving a temporary ban. Someone reported the group or it was reviewed, causing my son to wake up upset. This has happened before, and I feel it's unjust. I am vigilant about my son's online activities, checking his friends and chats regularly. I have invested a lot with PlayStation, buying every console, top-ups, and games for him. Gaming is his solace due to OCD and anxiety, making it hard for him to go outside. The situation has deeply upset him, and I believe it's unfair.

I'm having trouble accessing my account. Initially, I created it as a backup account, but it turned into my main account. Unfortunately, I entered incorrect information during the setup process and now if I sign out, I have trouble remembering the password. The account recovery process offers me a dotb option, which doesn't match the incorrect information I provided. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

My PlayStation 4 needs to be reactivated. The account is currently locked out of several games due to other users using inappropriate language and kicking us off. I am feeling upset and would like my son's and my accounts to be unlocked promptly. I am also concerned about the individuals who are being rude to my child online. I believe proper action should be taken against them, such as locking their accounts or providing a full refund for this incident.

Hello, my name is Candace Skinner, and my grandson's Fortnite account is associated with the email [redacted] Recently, my grandson encountered an older individual in the game who claimed to work for the company and offered free skins. Recognizing this as suspicious, my grandson blocked the person. I noticed unusual charges on my bank statement related to PlayStation, although I hadn't made any purchases since before May 1st. After resolving the issue with the bank, my grandson's account remains banned despite previous legitimate purchases. We are eager to have the account reinstated promptly. I have recently been banned by PlayStation for allegedly violating both their user agreement and online terms of service. I am unsure of how I could have possibly breached these rules. I have invested more than $[redacted] on this account, purchasing games and in-game currency. I miss playing with my friends and hope to have my account reinstated. I am unsure if my account was compromised, but my main goal is to regain access to it.

I recently bought a game for $10, but after the purchase, I saw that the price had increased to $20. The game is not showing up in my purchased list, and the $10 is missing from my account balance. I've been looking for a way to reach out to PlayStation for help, but I can't find a live chat option anywhere to address this problem. I am frustrated and would like a refund.

I purchased a year of PlayStation Plus last week, and it shows as active, but I am unable to access multiplayer features and games. I frequently play Rainbow Six. When attempting to join a match, the application tries to connect to Ubisoft servers, then displays "validating multiplayer privileges," and returns to the menu after about ten seconds. Frustrated, I switched to Ghost Recon Wildlands only for it to prompt me to purchase a PlayStation Plus membership, even though my current one is valid until 12/7/[redacted]. Every time I try to start my PlayStation 4, it displays an error message instructing me to connect the DUALSHOCK 4 controller using a USB cable and press the PS button. After doing so, it prompts me to connect a USB storage device with the update file for reinstallation of version 6.72 or download it from PlayStation.com. I click ok, but then it indicates that the USB storage device is not connected. Despite this, I click ok again, and the whole process restarts.

Yesterday, I entered the code ADXQNENKF8MN I received with my game The Division 2. However, after purchasing the included content, the Capitol Defender Pack, I encountered an issue where the items, Hazmat 2.0 outfit, and The Lullaby Shotgun, did not download. I mistakenly used my mother's card to purchase the Dragon Ball Fighters DLC (Bardock) on PlayStation Store instead of my own. Somehow, the store had set her card as the default payment method. Unaware of my error, she reported it as fraud to the bank. Consequently, she requested me to remove the card to prevent similar incidents. Unfortunately, this led to my PlayStation account being banned. I have discussed the matter with my mother, and we are eager to resolve this situation promptly.

Last night, when I attempted to log into my account, I discovered that I had been logged out and banned without any prior notification. After checking my email, I found three unexpected messages. One indicated that $[redacted] had been credited to my wallet, the second stated that a child's account had been set up under my name, and the third showed purchases of seven different games that I did not make. I am eager to retrieve my account first and foremost and possibly request a refund for these unauthorized transactions. Thank you.

I reached out to Sony's live support regarding my hacked account issue. The representative helped me recover my account after my sign-in ID was changed and unauthorized purchases were made. Despite their assistance in creating a new sign-in ID and password, I discovered my account has been banned upon attempting to log in again. I am puzzled by this sudden ban and have been unsuccessful in contacting Sony support for clarification as they are not permitting me to start another live chat session. I am eager to find a resolution to this matter promptly.

While browsing the PlayStation Store app for the new Destiny 2 Shadowkeep DLC set to release in September, I accidentally purchased the standard edition instead of the Deluxe pack. I intended to buy the Deluxe pack, which includes the next season pass (Season 4). The one I bought costs $34.99, but the one I wanted is $59.99. I would like to update my PSN gamer tag, but I am encountering issues signing into my email for verification. The problem arose because I initially signed up on a different phone, and Google is unable to recognize my sign-in on a new device. Unfortunately, I am unable to recover my account as I did not have a phone number when creating the email, using a random one instead. Now, I am prompted to recover it using a phone number, which I still do not have access to as I am using the Google Hangouts app for calls. Additionally, I am unable to change my email on PSN as it requires my password. I am struggling with this process as the password criteria include uppercase letters and a specific number of characters, making it difficult to remember. I am eager to change my gamer tag and find this situation quite frustrating as all attempts lead back to the password issue.

I noticed an unauthorized charge of $24.97 on my PayPal account that I would like to request a refund for. Here's the situation: My grandson had a PlayStation at his father's house. Although his father removed his credit card details from the PlayStation, he failed to cancel his subscription. My grandson brought the PlayStation to my house, where he spends weekends with us. When he played on our TV, he asked me to purchase a $5.00 in-game item for him using my PayPal account. After the transaction, he forgot to remove my information, and I later discovered a charge of $24.97 that I did not approve. Although my grandson removed my details from the game, he was unsure how to cancel his father's account. I never intended to subscribe; I only meant to buy the $5.00 add-on. I purchased a PlayStation card for my 8-year-old grandson from GameStop, but the number didn't work. After reaching out to PlayStation with the receipt, they provided a new number. During this time, I unknowingly used my bank card to buy V-Bucks for $24.99. Upon checking my account after 2 weeks, there were unauthorized charges totaling $98.88. I am experiencing issues with signing in to PlayStation Network as it keeps failing despite inputting the correct password that I have saved and used previously. The system is indicating that the password is incorrect, even though I have not altered it or shared it with anyone. Despite requesting a password reset email, I have not received any communication in my Gmail inbox. I am seeking assistance from Sony's customer support to manually access my account to either update the password or remove it from my PS4 Pro, allowing for successful login and recognition by the PlayStation network. Since FCE updated Firewall Zero Hour to Operation Nightfall, I have been experiencing issues playing the game for two months now. I purchased the game and enjoyed it until the updates. I feel frustrated that after only playing for four months, the game is now completely broken. During a recent live stream, I was only able to play for about 15 minutes out of a 2-3 hour session, which is disappointing. I would appreciate some compensation for the inconvenience caused by the game not working, especially since it's one of the best games for PlayStation VR. I have been a loyal PSN+ subscriber, but have never received any complimentary funds added to my wallet. It would be great if some funds could be added, especially during this time when the popular PSVR game is not functioning properly.
