I returned from my friend's house and found someone had accessed my Fortnite account. When I tried to sign in again, it said my password was incorrect. I received an email at 7:26 PM stating my email had been changed. I contacted the person who did it, but they claim it was because of hacking charges. Now, I want to have a new email and password for my account without losing any of the items on it. Can someone help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible?

I realized my PlayStation account balance didn't change despite using it to pay for games and PlayStation Plus. When checking my expenses, I noticed unauthorized game purchases. Also, the PlayStation Plus subscription was charged to my card instead of using the account balance. I want to refund the money to my card, not the PlayStation account, as the recurring issue makes me want to close the account. The email associated with my account is clevesr [redacted]

I am from the UK and I am experiencing issues accessing my account. It seems to have been compromised by someone who activated 2SV. When I try to sign in, after entering my email and password, it prompts for a verification code which I cannot receive since it is being sent to a different number. I changed my password only to discover that the linked phone number ends with "[redacted]", which I do not recognize. I do not have any backup codes either. I recently acquired a PS4 and invested heavily in it, so I am eager to regain access to secure my account, especially since my bank details are linked. I would greatly appreciate further assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

While playing an online game, I was harassed by a user named "Jygernaut" who sent me five messages filled with hate speech. I tried to report these messages, but due to connection issues, I was unable to do so successfully. I am concerned about facing further harassment or personal attacks from this individual and hope for a resolution soon. Thank you.

I bought the film "Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald" without realizing there were two versions, one with bonus features and one without. Both versions in the image I saw during the purchase said "includes extended cut," so I assumed either would have it. However, the one I downloaded did not include the extended cut, which is disappointing as that was the only feature I was interested in. I now understand that only the version labeled "with bonus features" has the extended cut. They were both the same price, and I feel misled by the labeling. I would appreciate a refund or credit, as this was not the version I intended to buy. I have been a loyal member for over 15 years and a Plus member until recently. I have tried contacting customer service but have had no luck. If there is another phone number I can reach out to, please send it to my email. Thank you for your assistance. - Brandon M. I purchased a new PS4 pro with Red Dead Redemption 2 from Smyths on February 20, [redacted]. The first day was smooth sailing as I managed to download RDR2 and a few other games in just 2 hours. However, the next day, the WiFi connection completely dropped, and my speed went from 60+ mbps to around 400kbps. I had trouble signing into PSN, creating or joining parties, and games were showing me as offline. Even when I briefly managed to join a match in Rainbow Six Siege, I got kicked due to high ping. The issue seemed to resolve itself temporarily for about 3 days before it started reoccurring. Now, it's not working at all. Sometimes I can briefly join a party before being kicked with a 'network error'. While my friend didn't experience any issues, games requiring an internet connection struggle, and I have low ping. I've tried various solutions, but nothing has worked. The wireless WiFi connection works fine for everything else, and my previous second-hand PS4 slim didn't have these problems.

My brother's son set up his PSN account with an email, but he doesn't recall the password now. We can't reset it because he also forgot the email password. I'm willing to use my account to prove his identity. Can you please assist in resetting his PSN account password? We have invested a lot in the game "Neverwinter," and it means a lot to us. I understand this might not be your usual request, but the game's progress is significant to us. I'm willing to provide any available details and even let you access my account for verification. Rest assured, if someone proves the account is theirs, they can delete my account as it's solely his. He just needs help with the password as he didn't write it down.

My grandson accidentally purchased v bucks. I thought I had removed my debit card information from the payment section of the game, but it turns out I did not. He only visits every other week, so I was unaware of this mishap. After contacting his mom, she mentioned she allowed him to buy $20 worth of v bucks from a Game Stop, not realizing he had also made additional purchases. I was unable to contact PlayStation without his account information. We are not knowledgeable about gaming or computers. Since we thought there was unauthorized activity, I placed a stop payment on five charges of $9.90 each. I want to rectify this mistake by reimbursing for the v bucks so he can resume playing on the network. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Thank you, Julie L.

I recently purchased Playstation Plus, but my account has been suspended, wasting two weeks of my subscription. I strongly believe this is unfair and feels like theft. I am considering boycotting your company if this issue is not resolved promptly. This is not the first time I have encountered problems like this, and it will certainly be the last. I expect compensation for the prepaid services that I have not been able to utilize. Please address this issue immediately to prevent losing more customers.

I am the parent of M.K., who is 12 years old. M.K. initially set up the PS4 and granted full control to themself. Our PS4 is Model #CUH-2215B, with Serial #MG[redacted]66. M.K.'s previous PS4 account was uncanny-story346, located in Denver, CO [redacted]; their email is [redacted] After creating my parental account, BirksOfAberfeldy, I made a child's account for M.K. I attempted to merge the old account with the new one by inviting the old account and deleting the new one, but unfortunately, it did not work. I lost access to M.K.'s old account along with associated games and apps. I am seeking assistance to restore the account and merge it into the new child account I created under my Family Management Account: BirksOfAberfeldy. Your guidance in resolving this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you, A.K.

I purchased the game "Anthem" on the PSN store. Initially, it worked fine, but recently it started causing my PlayStation to crash. Sometimes the screen freezes, requiring a hard reset, or it kicks me back to the main menu unexpectedly.
I've attempted to reinstall it, but the issues persist. Other games on my PS4 run smoothly, so I believe the problem lies with "Anthem." I enjoy playing it, but its current state makes it unplayable. I'm considering requesting a refund for the digital purchase. I understand any microtransactions made cannot be refunded, but I hope to receive a refund for the game itself. Thank you for your assistance.

My Netspend card was stolen by a 9-year-old named Destin Harrington. Unauthorized charges for PlayStation online were made to my Netspend card ending in [redacted] on 3/1/[redacted] without my permission. I am requesting a refund for those charges to be credited back to my Netspend card. Additionally, I would like my card to be red-flagged, blocked from his account, and him banned from making any future online purchases with my card. His lack of discipline from his mother is concerning, and I want to ensure he cannot use my card again.

I recently installed Anthem on my PlayStation 4 as a digital download. Sadly, upon release, the game disappointed me. I became increasingly frustrated as my system kept shutting down while I was playing. At first, I thought it might be due to overheating, but even after a short play session and attempting to rebuild my database, the issue persisted. It led me to believe that the game itself is fundamentally flawed.
I'm now wondering if it is possible to get a refund for this digital purchase, especially since I used a prepaid PlayStation card for the transaction. Thank you.

My grandson's PlayStation 4 was banned due to my error. I accidentally left my debit card connected to the account for purchasing V-Bucks. He unknowingly spent $9.99 x 5 while I thought I had removed my card. When his mom checked, she was unaware of the transactions. Later, I discovered the charges on my account led to its suspension by the bank. Given recent reports of my bank being hacked, I was worried. Not realizing the purchases were made the night before, I misunderstood the situation. I want to make amends by covering the $9.99 x 5 for the V-Bucks. I am genuinely sorry for the confusion and hope my grandson's PlayStation can be reinstated. He has invested a lot in this game, and I take full responsibility for his ban. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter.

My son-in-law's account was closed due to charges made by my grandson on their PlayStation. My 9-year-old grandson unintentionally charged around $[redacted] on a new Fortnite game his stepfather had downloaded. Due to the lack of parental controls, the charges accumulated quickly. Upon noticing the charge, my son-in-law stopped payment before contacting PlayStation. Game Stop provided me with this contact information, seeking a resolution to reactivate Aaron Simunich's account and discuss a mutually beneficial arrangement. My grandson mistakenly thought he was spending $3, not $30 for each purchase. We acknowledge the mistake and are willing to pay for the items; however, it seems my grandson did not even have a chance to utilize the purchases. We are eager to resolve this situation and reactivate the boys' games. Your prompt assistance is appreciated.

I recently received an email stating that $59.99 was withdrawn from my bank account for a PlayStation Network transaction, despite my inactivity for weeks. Upon logging in, I discovered a disturbing message from a user named Beatnikassassin, hinting at surveillance. This unsettling message appeared in a group chat with numerous similar usernames containing "Beatnik." I suspect my account was compromised, resulting in unauthorized transactions using a false voucher. I urgently request a refund and resolution of this issue as I have imminent rent obligations. I am willing to provide additional details via email after work tonight. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

Hello, I am experiencing issues with the PS Now service. I recently began the 7-day free trial and initially everything was running smoothly until I encountered an error message. Despite being hardwired with an Ethernet cable, the error persisted.
After contacting Sony and not receiving the promised email regarding port settings, I reached out to my ISP, Verizon Fios, to address the issue. Following their adjustments on my PC, my network configuration improved but the problem with PS Now persisted. Even after trying multiple games, resetting my router and PlayStation, the issue remains.
I contacted Sony again, and the representative mentioned that I was the first to report this particular problem. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,
I had pre-ordered Anthem, but after purchasing it, I came across online videos advising against buying the game. Despite this, I decided to give it a try with the demo, and unfortunately, I found it to be quite unpleasant. I regretted my purchase more the longer I played. The game did not live up to the expectations set by the previews. At this point, I have not played the full game due to my experience with the demo and additional negative reviews. I didn't consider requesting a refund until I became interested in buying Jump Force. However, my budget is stretched thin from the Anthem purchase. I am now wondering if it's possible to obtain a refund or exchange Anthem for Jump Force.
