Recently, we disconnected our PlayStation and connected it to a different TV than usual. Upon starting the PlayStation, we encountered an error message prompting us to connect the DualShock 4 controller using a USB cable and press the PS button. Following the instructions, the controller flashed a blue light. Subsequently, we attempted this process with multiple controllers and USB cables, but we are still unable to sync the controllers to the PlayStation. This issue prevents us from proceeding to the settings required for syncing the controllers correctly.

I need help with my PSN account. My girlfriend signed me out by mistake, and now I can't sign back in because it's asking for my 2SV password. The problem is, the 2SV code is being sent to my old phone number. I tried to access my account through my phone to remove 2SV or update my phone number, but I can't get in. I'm even unable to retrieve my backup codes. I need assistance to either access my backup codes or update my phone number on the account. Your help is much appreciated. Thank you.

I recently checked my card balance and noticed multiple transactions from the PlayStation Network. I have never made any purchases from PlayStation Network as I don't even play on PlayStation. The charges amount to close to $[redacted], and as a single mother living off disability benefits, I cannot afford to lose that money. My account is now drained, and I have no means to support my four children. I did not make these transactions, and I am in desperate need of assistance. I purchased a PS3 in Canada in [redacted] and created a PSN account. I also have a PSV and PS4 that worked fine with the original account. However, in [redacted]/[redacted], I couldn't sign in anymore and had to create a new account in China, losing all progress and trophies. I received an email about a sign-in ID change from Sony Entertainment Network, which I did not initiate. The link provided in the email didn't work. When I called customer support, I was directed to Shanghai support, who said they couldn't help with accounts from other countries. I'm hoping there might still be a way to recover my original PSN account. Thank you.

I recently purchased a $20 PlayStation Store card to buy the game "The Unfinished Swan." When I tried to reveal the code by peeling off the seal, it damaged the code and left the card unusable. I have a picture of the damaged card and the receipt available. I am hoping to either get a refund for the card or receive a replacement so I can purchase the game. Hello everyone. I purchased a PlayStation voucher code for my nephew's birthday yesterday. I live in the Republic of Ireland, but I bought the voucher in Northern Ireland, so it's in Sterling and not compatible with Euros here. My nephew is understandably upset and confused by the situation. It's frustrating that such a simple issue doesn't have a solution. Can we please find a way to resolve this for my nephew? I work in customer service myself and was surprised to discover the vouchers are region-locked after he attempted to use it. If there was a clear label stating it wouldn't work in ROI, I wouldn't have made the purchase. I'm hoping for a resolution, following the principle of Blast and Last. I trust there is a workaround available to ensure he can enjoy his birthday. Thank you.

I recently switched phones and phone numbers, which has made it challenging to access my PlayStation account. I am unable to receive the verification code sent to my old phone number to log in. On November 2nd, I made a payment of $24.76 to renew our plus membership. Historically, we have chosen the annual subscription rate, but given the holiday season approaching, I opted for the 3-month option. Unexpectedly, on February 4th, $26.69 was automatically withdrawn from my bank account for another 3-month renewal without my permission. This recurring payment was not authorized by me and was not intentional. I did not want the 3-month subscription and would have preferred to renew for the full year. I request an immediate adjustment to this error and request that you cease any unauthorized access to my accounts. I insist that no further auto payments are made without my explicit consent as no recurring payment setup exists, nor will it be allowed in the future.

I am seeking advice on optimizing network settings for my PS4 to address online gaming latency issues. My PS4 is connected via an Ethernet cable directly to the modem router, maintaining a consistent 90 mbps download and 5 mbps upload speed. Despite this, I encounter fluctuating ping rates between 30-90 mbps while playing online games like Fortnite, Overwatch, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. These fluctuations occur rapidly within 2 seconds, causing noticeable spikes in latency during gameplay. I have attempted to improve the situation by changing DNS settings to servers like Cloudflare and Google with no success. I am looking for suggestions on adjustments I can make to my PS4 setup to achieve lower and more stable ping rates while gaming.

I was banned from the service for no reason. I've been in contact with customer service multiple times, and was instructed to pay a fee of $26.69. I purchased a $50 PlayStation card, tried to input the code yesterday at 8:00 AM, was told to wait 24 hours, and it's now past the 24-hour mark. I haven't received any confirmation that my account is active, and this situation is frustrating. My PlayStation 4 Pro is essentially useless. I'm unsure when my account will be reinstated. Every time I reach out, I receive different information. I've paid more than the required fee. Please reactivate my account promptly. This experience has been extremely inconvenient.

On Friday, February 15th, around 8:00 pm, I was using my PS4 getting ready to play "Apex Legends." Suddenly, I was logged out, and PlayStation indicated that someone else had logged into my account, even though I have not shared my account details with anyone. When I tried to log back in using my email [redacted], it kept saying my email was incorrect, which I usually use to sign in. After discussing with my uncle, he provided me with a link to the PlayStation help page to recover my account. Despite my attempts to recover it, I have not received any emails from Sony PlayStation. My account 'kiillerboyx' holds sentimental value as my father has invested over £70.00 in it, and I do not wish to start anew. My brother, who suffers from muscular dystrophy, also uses this account, and we often play together on weekends or holidays. Last night, my PlayStation 4 froze while playing a game with friends. Since I was about to log off, it didn't seem like a big issue. After unplugging my PS4 before bedtime, I reconnected it this morning. However, upon restarting, it displayed a message saying it needed to check the system storage and would reset afterward. I didn't think it would be a problem until I encountered an error message asking me to connect a DualShock controller and press the PS button. Despite several attempts with different USB ports and resetting the controller, it only flashes white briefly. Even in safe mode, the controller charges but won't connect to the PS4. Resetting the PS4 and attempting various troubleshooting steps didn't resolve the issue. The console emits three beeps when not held down for 10 seconds. Any assistance on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

My young daughter accidentally purchased the Fortnite Founder's Pack on February 15 for $42.39. The transaction is still pending in my bank account. She is too young to understand what she was doing. Back in [redacted], I purchased a Playstation 3 for £50. I created an account with a date of birth that I now can't recall. Since then, I've upgraded to a Playstation 4 Pro after 4 years on the PS3. Recently, the main issue arose with my account. I had deposited £20 into my Playstation wallet for my birthday, but I seem to have set a password for any purchases without realizing it. After resetting my password on January 13th, I find myself in a situation where I can't remember my account password. It's a master account, and even though I'm only 16 now, I have all the necessary access, including to the email associated with it, to help with the recovery process. My credit card information was used without my consent to purchase the game "Call of Duty Black Ops 4." I am perplexed because I do not store my credit card details on the console, indicating the payment likely occurred through your platform. I had an unpleasant interaction with a customer service representative who accused someone in my household of making the transaction despite my explanation that no one was home at the time. The representative's disrespectful attitude and lack of understanding left me frustrated. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was informed one was unavailable and that I might receive a callback, which seems unlikely. I recently deleted my PlayStation account from my PS4 without realizing I could lose game files/saves.
