I have noticed that the ladies' bathrooms at Planet Fitness on Clemson Road are not well-maintained. The sanitary box is often overflowing despite my complaints at the front office. The bathrooms are unclean, and in the evenings, I've found there is no toilet paper after informing the front office multiple times. Some staff at the front desk are impolite and do not want to be bothered by questions or requests for assistance, showing a lack of courtesy and respect expected from customer service. Improvements are needed in this area for a better experience for clients throughout the day.

I believe the sanitation box should be cleaned and emptied more frequently. The lack of toilet paper in the ladies' room is unacceptable, even after notifying the staff multiple times, the issue remains unresolved the next day. It is essential for the manager to fulfill her duties by regularly inspecting the bathrooms. Personal hygiene is important, especially in a public facility where cleanliness should be a priority. Perhaps stricter measures need to be put in place, as paying a fee starting at $10.00 does not give anyone the right to misuse the bathroom facilities.

This particular staff member has been consistently rude to me, causing frequent conflicts. Despite being a member for over 12 years without any previous complications, I have encountered challenges only at this specific gym. I am having an ongoing issue with one of the employees at Planet Fitness. I am trying to reach the manager but he is not available this Memorial Day weekend. The problem involves a female staff member who works at the front desk, and I believe she may be a manager or supervisor. Hello, my name is David. I wanted to share my experience at your Arcadia branch. I encountered an employee named Claudia who mentioned I couldn't enter the club in open-toed shoes, which I found surprising as the policy typically only restricts working out in open-toed shoes. I believe training for staff on the club policies may be beneficial. It would be appreciated if rude behavior in client service roles could be addressed. I have been trying really hard to resolve the issue with my mother's account so that I can use it. Despite our efforts, my mom and I have encountered difficulties with the service. I had to cancel my account earlier due to an unpleasant encounter with a rude staff member, and my mom promised to switch her account to cover for me as a birthday gift. It seems like there might have been misunderstandings as I've been a loyal customer with multiple memberships over the years. I offered to pay in cash at the counter but was informed that cash payments weren't accepted. This situation has left me feeling stressed and frustrated. I believe that effective management is crucial for the success of your business. I have experienced issues with computer fraud and communication that have persisted for a decade. I unintentionally dozed off on the hydro machine after a tiring day, and when politely reminded by the staff, I complied and moved to the lounging area. However, I nodded off again and was rudely approached by a lady insisting I either leave or be escorted out. Despite explaining my situation as a loyal paying customer with a black card membership and a need to rest due to a sleeping disorder, security was still called. The handling of the situation by the staff could have been more professional and understanding given the circumstances.

I joined the gym in early April and went twice that month before falling ill and unable to continue. In May, I tried to cancel over the phone but was informed it had to be done in writing or in person. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it in person, so I mailed them a letter. However, it seems they never received it. As a result, I was charged for May and an annual fee when I visited the gym today to cancel my membership. I am hoping to get a refund on the annual fee since I did send the letter in May, even though they claim not to have received it. I didn't use the gym in May or June, so I believe a refund would be fair.

I am disappointed that PF has chosen to promote the pride month agenda, which goes against traditional family values. I have bought memberships for my grandkids and myself annually, but I will not renew them if this continues. I support being judgement-free, but it can be done without alienating others and their beliefs. If this happens again next year, I will have to cancel all our memberships.

Today, I visited the St. Peters Missouri Mid Rivers gym location for a workout. Unfortunately, they were out of paper towels to clean the machines after each use. Instead, they were using a community towel for this purpose. When I inquired about this method, I was informed that the paper towel shipment had been delayed. I expressed my concern about this practice as it poses a risk of spreading bacteria like MRSA among users. I suggested that purchasing paper towels immediately would be a more hygienic solution until the shipment arrived. The sight of members using the same towel to clean machines was unsettling, akin to a hospital using a soiled cleaning cloth from one room to clean another. This cleaning procedure does not meet the standards that the CDC would approve of.

The setup of free weights at the Sterling Va. fitness court is problematic. Many members, including myself, have safety concerns. The arrangement of equipment is inconvenient and potentially unsafe, particularly when multiple exercises overlap. Despite bringing this up with the local management, I was redirected to corporate for any changes, as they lack the authorization. I am looking for a way to address this issue and improve the layout for everyone's safety and comfort.

I signed up for the 24-hour trial at the club and had a negative experience. The senior male employee doubted the validity of my trial, which I had received an email confirming. After a delay, I was allowed in. I believed the trial included full club access, but he prevented me from using the massage chairs and threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. This made me feel embarrassed and humiliated. I am upset and request immediate action against this employee. If I am mistaken about the trial terms, I apologize. I apologize for any past inconveniences but rest assured they are accessible. Concerning the heat issue, we acknowledge the problem and are actively working on it. HVAC technicians are assessing and procuring necessary parts. Our regional facilities team is handling the matter, and while there is no specific completion date yet due to the complexity of the issues, progress is underway. As for the employees' awareness of the situation, they are informed that the units are not functioning correctly but have limited details as the resolution process is managed by myself, the assistant manager, and our Regional Facilities team. I mistakenly believed my annual fee was due in February, but it was actually taken out in June. After finally managing to cancel my membership due to the Dothan, Alabama gym being closed for renovations, I now need the fees prorated. Despite visiting the Enterprise location and encountering technical issues, my request for cancellation wasn't properly processed. I want the June payment refunded since I was unable to stop it in time, as the gym has been closed for weeks until the end of June, delaying my cancellation efforts. I kindly request the annual fee to be prorated and the June fee to be waived.

I visited a Planet Fitness location solely to tan. Upon arrival, I was informed that my membership had been canceled. I suspect it was due to insufficient funds that month. This occurred a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, my bank charged me a $30 overdraft fee because I was still charged. Consequently, I missed several months of tanning while unknowingly still being billed. I am seeking a refund for the months I missed due to the actions of one of your employees. Despite this issue, I would like to reinstate my account to continue using your services.

I attempted to cancel my subscription with Planet Fitness, but I was informed that I cannot do so. I reside in Woonsocket, RI. Despite my attempts to cancel and even sending a letter, they insist on billing me monthly. They advised me to cancel all my bank cards to prevent further charges and warned that it may affect my credit. I haven't visited the gym in months, and they say I cannot end my subscription with them. I am frustrated as I do not even utilize the gym; I simply want to terminate this subscription.

I cancelled my membership over the phone a year ago, but Planet Fitness kept deducting $10 from my account. I discovered this by checking my statement. I am disappointed that they did not inform me of this error. It is frustrating when a business does not monitor their customers' accounts. I will not be using their services again and will leave a negative review.
